Need guidance on renting

Looking for a spacious 2bhk or 3bhk near Snehsparsh Neuropsychiatric Clinic, Dr Snehal Todkar. What is area name called. Looking for a good residential locality. What would be approx rent.

Have 0 idea about things so it would be helpful if you guide.

Not fixed on locality by 5-10 mins by car from that place would be helpful.

Edit : even if you don't know flats/houses, guiding me for approx rent and area names would be very helpful

अस्सल रत्नागिरी हापूस - Update

You people genuinely surprised us 😭❤️

Our last mango post received so much love that we actually had to pause orders for a while because stock got over way faster than expected 🥭😂

For a small farm that has been running only on word-of-mouth for the last 3 years, this response honestly meant a lot to us. Thank you so much 🙏

And the craziest part?
We successfully delivered mangoes to customers in Bangalore, Delhi, Pune, Gujarat, and Akola 🚚🥭
Seeing people from different cities enjoying mangoes directly from our farm felt unreal ❤️
But now…
WE ARE BACK WITH FRESH STOCK 😎🥭
✅ 100% chemical-free mangoes
✅ Naturally grown with care
✅ Direct from farm to your home
✅ Same premium quality
✅ Same sweet taste that makes people hide the last mango from family members 😜

This time we’re trying to manage orders a little better before all the mangoes disappear again into Maharashtra households 😂

If you missed the previous batch… this is your second chance 👀🥭

A serious question

There's simply too much waste at the Bhatye Beach. It's reached up to the point that ignoring it is impossible now. And it's mostly plastic garbage so it's going nowhere. So... can't we do anything about it?

Chilling experience on rd towards aare ware😥

I’m not sure what to expect from posting this here, but I genuinely wanted to share something that happened to me recently in Ratnagiri during my friend’s wedding.

I’ve driven solo to Ratnagiri before, and honestly, it has always felt peaceful and calming. But this trip was… different. It was probably the first time in my life I experienced something that I still can’t logically explain. I’ve never really believed in supernatural things, but what happened there genuinely shook me.

So here’s the story.

We had reached my friend’s home near Aare Ware Road late in the evening. My friends took the luggage inside while I stayed back in the car near a small lane entrance, waiting to park it properly. The place had huge trees around, an old well nearby, and absolutely nobody around. It was unusually quiet.

One of my friend’s brothers was standing outside helping me guide the car into parking.

And then suddenly…

Three knocks.

Not random sounds. Not branches. Proper human-like knocks on the rear window of the car.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

The kind that instantly makes your heart sink.

I froze for a second and immediately looked into the rear-view mirror expecting someone to be standing there.

There was nobody.

Not a single person.

Even my friend’s brother heard it clearly. He got shocked too, immediately stepped out, looked around the car, checked the lane… nothing. No one nearby. No movement. Just silence.

That moment genuinely gave both of us goosebumps.

Later that night, when I told my friends about it, they laughed it off at first and didn’t really believe us. But one of them casually mentioned stories locals talk about something Kantara-like, spirits or energies believed to protect certain regions and forests around Konkan.

I still tried convincing myself there had to be some explanation.

Now comes the strange part.

The next day after the Haldi function, the three of us went back late at night to our hotel Seafans. Since my friends were still making fun of the incident, I even stopped at the same spot near the house again, secretly hoping the sound would happen once more so they’d finally believe me.

Nothing happened.

We laughed about it and left.

But when we reached Seafans around 1 AM, parked the vehicle, and stepped out…

We heard the exact same three knocks again.

This time, it didn’t come from our car. It came from the plot beside the parking area.

And this time, all three of us heard it.

Nobody laughed after that.

The sound was so clear and so similar to the previous night that all of us just stood there silent for a few seconds. That cold feeling, goosebumps, that sudden fear it all came rushing back instantly.

Honestly, after that night, I barely slept. Every small sound around the room felt unsettling. There were a few other things we heard later that night too, but even now I don’t really feel comfortable talking about them.

Maybe there’s a logical explanation to all this. Maybe there isn’t.

But I know what we heard.

And I’m genuinely curious now, has anyone native to Ratnagiri or the Konkan region experienced anything similar around Aare Ware Road or nearby areas?

Memory...

I (24M) used to live in Bhatye, Ratnagiri and I still visit there atleast once a year. I used to go to school till 3rd standard there. And I started remember most of the details of my life from early 2nd standard.

THIS MEMORY IS DEEPLY EDGED INTO MY BRAIN. And I saw it with my own eyes and remember being scared as f***.

I don't know if it is a true or a false memory but I remember there was an earthquake near bhatye or somewhere else but that tremor shook our house and a कौल (for lack of an English word) fell on my little sisters head and shoulders. But she didn't have any major injuries. I think the year was 2008 or 2009.

But whenever I try to bring this topic up with my family members or my parents they just try to avoid it or straight up say that there was no such earthquake. They say you must have imagined it or something.

I even tried to ask my sister but she barely remembers anything happening. I think it's because she was in 1st or 2nd standard.

I just wanted to know why they keep avoiding it or was the earthquake ever happened or not.
