Hi all, I just got a black widow keyboard, and would like to know which game has official rgb profile and which game not, how to activate or download ? I am a bit confused because there are something different from what I search on AI. Thank you!
Can anyone point me in the direction to find a new dongle. Already contacted support and no help there. Can use it wired, but prefer wireless of course.
As title says. 7 RMAs in less than a year. Thought i finally got a decent one and now getting some annoying touchpad issue (different to the first 5 RMAs on the other machine) like its stuck pressed down. This machine went through the white glove centre and to be honest its lasted about 3 or 4 weeks so way longer than I expected.
I know the drill now. Wait to be contacted and then send it off for another machine that does the same thing.
Thanks Razer
I can't really configure my mouse on my MacBook, and I've tried looking really into what program supports my mouse. Is there a program/app that supports it?
My Headset is a bit older, but I don't want to get a new one as it still works great. The fake leather disapperaing just bothers me. Is there a way to repair or Cover it? Or can I replace this headband part?
Thanks!
Hello, I recently posted about my "muffled" sound of my Razer Blade 16 2026. This issue is still not fixed. Now it is even getting worse... my whole device gets a BSOD when the NVIDIA 5090 Laptop GPU is stressed. I can replicate the issue 100%. After 30-60 seconds the system crashes completly and I get BSODs:
I have not changed anything to the system and also not updates or new drivers where installed. I'm already on the newest BIOS and firmware. I also resetted to factory image...nothing helps. DDU the drivers, also no success. From the beginning the device was running every game at max settings without a problem. Temperatures are also very good. Even the palmrest keeps cool under load, which is just insane for a thin and light. The trackpad issue is finally history with 2026. But a hardware error is another story...
As you can image I'm really sad, because everything is pointing to a GPU malfunction. A Ticket is already open at Razer but it is taking days to get an answer (yes, I know about the Razer Support reputation).
Any ideas what else I can do or somebody who has the same issue ? Or how push the RMA process to start?
I own the Blade since March 2026. GPU died last week.
Hi all,
Hope everyone is doing well.
I just wanted to share my setup and Keyboards.
Love the brand, love the designs, never have an issue with the products.
My main mouse is the Basilisk as it fits my hand perfectly, also I use it to play BF, to play COD I use the Veper V3 Pro
Mice:
- Basilisk v3 Pro 35k.
- Basilisk v3 x Hyperspeed.
- Viper v3 Pro X2.
- Viper Ultimate Cyberpunk Edition (my 1st Razer mouse).
- Aetheris (used to work).
Keyboard:
- Ornata V3. (My first keyboard)
- Blackwidow v4 75% white edition.
- Blackwidow v4 Pro 75%.
Also I'm dying to get the Basilisk V3 Pro 35k Ghost edition (all collection)
So, the app updated when I turned on my PC this morning and now when I mute on the headset, it turns the mic all the way down to 0, so I manually have to open the app and turn it up again..
Anyone else having this issue? idk how to fix this
I apologize if this is a stupid question or if I’m misunderstanding. What’s the difference between using hypershift and switch profiles on the naga v2? My understanding is they both allow you to bind different keys to the same button but switch profiles allows you to have more than just two and be more specific about which profile you’re switching to unlike using standard and hypershift which is just those two.
I know that the main selling point of Pro are those analog keys that can emulate a 360º of analog sticks found on consoles, but if I'm buying a keypad with a thumbstick I want to use the goddamn thumbstick to free my other fingers.
I've searched comparisons everywhere, but nobody seems to touch on the subject of the thumbsticks directly. So, is there any difference?
Does the thumbstick of pro emulate the analog function of its keys or is it only 8 side binary actuation like in the v2?
I can guess that neither thumbsticks are truly analog like the azeron's, but I also can't find anyone adressing this properly.
Hi,
Who has this laptop, can you post an image with a black image on the display to see how much ips glow/bleed is acceptable for this to have? I'm curios since in Jarrod's review basically has none, but I don't know which iso and settings used for camera since in other reviews there can be seen some.
Thanks
Hello all I have a razer mouse that requires a dougle (idk how to say it) to connect to the pc.
My partner was using my pc to game with his friend on discord and all of a sudden something was connecting and disconnecting. Thought it was my pc but turned out to be my razer mouse. We unplugged this and the sound of the connecting and disconnecting stopped.
I have had this mouse since 3yrs so idk if it’s time to get a new one or not. This is the first time it’s done this so I am alittle freaked out. The disconnecting and the connecting sound was coming from discord and kept popping up multiple windows of discord on the web as well that’s why i uninstalled it and the window pop ups went away but the sound of discord call sound ending didn’t stop.
Is this a glitch or could there be something wrong with the usb connector?
We tried pugging it in after he took a q tip to it saying dust came out but when plugged back in it was doing the same thing.
Sorry if this was long and possibly incoherent I’m still alittle freaked out.
Here is my honest opinion on why Razer operates more like a predatory, anti-consumer corporation than a brand you should ever trust. I spent €4,799.99 on a top-tier Razer Blade 18, expecting premium hardware and professional treatment. Instead, I have been treated like a burden, ran into immediate quality issues, and have been trapped in a bureaucratic support nightmare trying to get my money back.
If you are currently looking at their flashy marketing, please read this before you drop thousands of euros on a paperweight. The old slogan "For Gamers, By Gamers" feels completely dead. From where I stand, it looks like cheap hardware wrapped in a premium shell, targeted at players who trust the brand name.
Here is why I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this company:
1. Severe Payout Delays (Holding a Full €4,799.99 Hostage)
Under consumer protection laws, a company is expected to return your money promptly once a withdrawal is declared and proof of return is provided. Razer completely disregards this in practice. Their logistics partner, Ingram Micro in Flensburg, officially signed for and processed my laptop return on May 12, 2026. Yet, Razer has buried me in administrative loops. I have been trapped in automated "VIP Review" sequences, repeatedly being told to wait "another 1–3 business days" while they hold nearly €4,800 of my capital completely out of reach.
2. Calculated Support Bureaucracy and Ticket Tangling
If you buy accessories alongside a laptop, their support team will weaponize the logistics against you. They will intentionally try to tangle completely separate cases together, using the status or quick resolution of a minor accessory ticket to muddy the waters and delay the massive, independent financial refund owed for the laptop itself. It is an incredibly draining tactic designed to exhaust the consumer.
3. Systematic Deadnaming and Disrespectful Support Conduct
Their support team has shown a shocking lack of basic human dignity and corporate sensitivity. Despite me explicitly stating my identity, explaining the situation multiple times, and requesting correct forms of address within the exact same support ticket, Razer’s agents—including their "VIP Response Team"—have repeatedly ignored this and continued to deadname me. Even after their own staff admitted this failure in writing, the very next "VIP" response did it again. It is a toxic, dismissive support culture.
4. Immense Professional and Business Disruptions
They show absolutely zero regard for the real-world financial damage they cause to independent operators. I am self-employed and run a small business (Kleingewerbe); this flagship laptop was my primary workstation. After dealing with consecutive hardware failures, their ongoing support stall tactics have actively crippled my workflow. By holding onto my full €4,799.99 refund, they are blocking my working capital and directly preventing me from purchasing a functioning alternative to resume my work.
5. Premium Price Tag for Apparently Subpar Internal Components
When you pay nearly €4,800 for a machine, you expect every internal component to be top-of-the-line. Instead, it feels like Razer cuts corners on the vital infrastructure under the hood. In my unit, the Embedded Controller (EC) tuning felt completely unstable, and across their lineup, they pad spec sheets while using what appear to be budget RAM modules, generic high-latency NVMe drives, and highly unreliable WLAN cards. You are paying a massive premium for a beautiful aluminum case, while the silicon inside underperforms.
6. An Artificially Locked, Unoptimized Generic BIOS
For a premium enthusiast machine, the BIOS is completely castrated. Instead of building a robust, custom-developed firmware to handle advanced hardware management, thermal curves, or power states, Razer ships their laptops with a basic, locked-down generic BIOS. You have virtually zero control over your own expensive hardware parameters, leaving you completely at the mercy of their factory firmware bugs.
7. Severe Peripheral Audio Bleeding (Kraken v4)
The quality control issues spill directly over into their high-end peripheral lineup. My Kraken v4 headset suffered from widespread hardware crosstalk/bleeding issues. Because of poor internal grounding, the audio from my game or system completely bled directly into the microphone line. People on Discord or in-game channels were forced to constantly hear echoes of themselves or my gameplay audio back through my mic.
8. Unstable Software Ecosystem (Synapse Mixer Reset Bug)
The software is an absolute trainwreck. If you use the Razer Stream Controller or Audio Mixer, Synapse completely fails to retain your configuration. I spent hours setting up a precise audio routing matrix for my stream, game audio, and chat, but the Synapse soundmixer completely wipes out custom settings and resets back to default with every single restart of the PC.
Summary: Razer wants the profit margins of an elite, luxury tech giant but provides the product reliability and customer support experience of a sketchy dropshipping site. I gave them every reasonable opportunity and a clear final deadline to return my money, but they chose to let the clock run out. Now, I am simply exhausted and forced to activate professional external help to resolve this case and retrieve my capital.
Everything I've written above is just a reflection of my own personal experience and evaluation as a consumer, but based on how badly this has messed up my workflow, I strongly believe anyone looking at their hardware right now should be fully aware of what can happen behind the scenes before dropping this kind of cash. Take your money elsewhere and buy from brands that actually build real hardware and respect their customers.
Update Edit:
I got my Refund Finally, Yeah 🥰

There seems to be literally no way for me to configure my Blackshark v2 Pro (2023) headset. I just picked it up second hand. I want to enable sidetone. But Synapse 2 doesn't verify credentials, Synapse 3 isn't supported on mac (yes, mac user -- just skipped mac support for 3.0? odd), Synapse 4 doesnt support Blackshark V2 Pro. What's the solve here? This seems insane to me to just abandon a 2.5 year old product.
I bought a razer usb wireless transceiver on Amazon to replace my dongle I broke for my headset. I’m now trying to use the audio pairing utility and it will detect the new dongle fine but not the headset. Disclaimer I have already tried to double click the eq. It flashes green when I first turn it on for a few and then goes to blue and will not change even after double clicking the eq. I can not get the audio pairing utility to recognize the headset when I wire it in like it asks and I have tried different usb ports all over my computer. PLS help me my headset was fine before this and I don’t want to have to drop another 200+ on a headset bc of a 30 dollar part razer support was no help on the phone fml
