I bought this thing like 2 hours ago. I have no clue what that dongle adapter is. I plug in both USB and I connect them both to Bluetooth, but I want to connect them to the razor synapse app so I only use the USB. Once I do that only the mouse works and the keyboard only works on Bluetooth. If it only works on Bluetooth then what is the whole point in the USB?

I bought the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro a few days ago on Amazon, but I only realized afterwards that it is the PlayStation version.
I can still return it, and I don’t use consoles at all. I only use PC, both Windows and Linux.
Does anyone know what the real practical differences are between the PlayStation version and the regular PC version?
Audio/mic work fine, but since I’m still within the return window, I’m wondering if keeping the PlayStation version is a bad idea for PC-only use.
Would you keep it, or return it and get the regular BlackShark V3 Pro instead? Just to point out: I am very hppy with it, I don't have any issue (did firmware upgrade immediately).
I also noticed the regular Pro version costs more... Does it make sense to take that one?

My friend has been gifting me razer gold cards for a while and Im very happy with that, ive been using them time to time to buy apple giftcards or topup my zenless zone zero account. Recently I tried buying another membership + currency with razer gold for my zenless zone zero account and i didnt see an option to checkout with razer gold. I was confused at first and refreshed my page numerous times before realizing that razer gold wasnt being accepted at all and razer only took paypall and card as a payment method but not the very currency they advertise their website around. Now I got all of this razer gold in my account and I dont know what to do with it.
I was on a trip to Shanghai when my 2025 Blade 18 started tweaking out, the trackpad became loose and the bottom D-plate warped and got wobbly so my friend suggested using Razer's official wechat mini program to file an RMA. After I sent evidence and videos they approved my application within an hour and I shipped the laptop out the same day. You can even track the RMA progress right in the mini program itself.
The laptop came back two days later, everything fixed, and I wasn't charged a single penny. Razer's the goat fr. 🙏
I approve ts so much so I bought a new 2026 Blade 16 which was so much cheaper compared to New Zealand too.
Just bought a $189 keyboard and what I got was hours of frustration with no resolution. What world are we living in where you pay this much for a keyboard the basic app to control the setup won't install? No error message, and nothing online (despite registration walls to get what looked like support info)... the only thing I can find are community posts from people trying to help each other. Awesome from people, but pathetic reflection on this company. There wasn't even a QR code on the box anywhere with a link to the app, manual, etc. I have a high end latptop, latest version of windows, fully updated, no issues at all anywhere else. Seriously, this is a BASIC stuff. This company is trash. Stop buying from them.

I bought a Basilisk V3 Pro (Wireless) for dev work (9 hours a day of scrolling). After just 1 week, I already pulled a tiny ball of fibrous debris out of the wheel housing, which got me paranoid about physical wear and tear.
I know the tactile mode relies on a physical pin riding against an exposed plastic gear inside the wheel. For those who have used this mouse heavily for a year or two: do the plastic teeth eventually grind down and lose their tactile bump? Or does the mechanism actually hold up?

I just got a Raiju V3 Pro yesterday and while I hit the mute button in the controller and it shows the muted orange light, it doesn’t actually mute my headset and in the game.
Is this a common issue?

I recently bought the Razer Viper V4 Pro after using the previous version for a long time, and it was honestly the best mouse I’ve ever owned.
However, when I unboxed the new one, I immediately felt that something was off about the mouse skates. They feel cheap, and I honestly can’t tell if I’m just imagining it or if I’ve been scammed.
I searched for the mouse’s serial number, and to my surprise, I couldn’t find any information or record of that serial number. But when I connected the mouse to my PC, it was recognized by the system without any issues, and I was even able to update its firmware.
At this point, I really don’t know if I have a fake copy of the mouse or if it’s actually genuine and I’m just overthinking it.

I know its refurbished, but it's certified and I haven't had any issues with Back Market for other purchases. I also know there are some complaints about this model, but do you think they warrant a $6000 discount? Thoughts? Would you pick this up?
I'm trying to decide between the Razer Raiju V3 Pro and the DualSense Edge for my PS5.
Honestly, I prefer the Raiju V3 Pro. I think it looks much better, I like the overall design more.
The problem is that I've been reading a lot of negative posts and reviews. I've seen people mention:
- High input latency on PS5.
- Unstable wireless connection/disconnects.
- L3 or other buttons failing after only 1–2 months.
- A surprisingly high number of returns.
Are these just early issues that have been fixed with firmware updates, or are they still common today?
My main game will be Call of Duty, so low latency and reliability are much more important to me than extra features. Later I'll also be playing GTA 6, but CoD is my priority.
For those of you who actually own the Raiju V3 Pro:
- Has your experience been good?
- Have you had any hardware issues?
- Would you recommend it for competitive FPS gaming on PS5?
- Or would you say the DualSense Edge is still the better choice overall for PlayStation?

I ordered a mouse. I had the package shipped to German. According to FedEx, the mouse was delivered and signed for. The problem is: I never received anything. At the time of delivery by FedEx, no one was even home; there was no authorization to leave the package or hand it over to someone else. That same day, I asked my neighbors received anything. The next day, I opened a support ticket. They said, “We need 2–3 business days to figure out what happened to the package.” Okay, so I waited. After 5 days, I asked, and they said, “We still need a little more time.”
I asked right away if they could send me the signature -they did not. After following up twice more, I set a deadline for Razer. If I didn’t hear from them by the deadline (which was very reasonable), I would get my money back through PayPal Buyer Protection.
The deadline passed, and I requested a refund. Four days later, I received an email with a PDF containing the signature of the person who signed for it. And what can I say… that signature is 1000% not mine.
According to Razer, I’m now supposed to file a police report. Excuse me? In Germany and other countries, the SENDER is liable until the package reaches the recipient. I’m an honest person and wouldn’t have opened a support case if I had received it, but
And now I’m supposed to deal with this?
It’s a real shame—I just wanted to try something new. Now I know what—and where—I definitely won’t be ordering from again!

I think the support team’s behavior is absolutely outrageous. Especially since I offered to send them my actual signature.
Is the Raiju V3 worth it if I use it wired??
I’ve seen multiple people say it’s no latency and others say it doesn’t help much.(on PS5)
I have a Dualsense with Ginful TMR and also a Cyclone 2 Gamesir. I got a PS5 recently and been playing on it a lot and considering getting a pro controller for it.
Right now, what available here would be Raiju V3 Pro vs Dualsense Edge vs modded my other controller with TMR.
The extra buttons is important to me too.
Games I play mostly is Apex Legends, Resurgence, GT7, and Overwatch.
Is this controller worth it for PS5 and PC? $200 seems a bit of a stretch for me when I can get a cheaper one like Wolvering V3 Tournament Edition.
