Is there any fix for this?
I put a brand new servo horn on and it sticks out pretty far, and it hits on one of the front links, any fixes for this? This is a TRX4 Sport High Trail.
An Aspect Of The Hobby I Wasn't Warned About: Windows Reliance!
This is a very minor gripe I've developed this past month, something that has not impacted me negatively but will be annoying to keep up with certain things. I have a GensAce battery charger and a Meus transmitter that is out of date in terms of firmware. In order to update them both I need to use a Windows PC or some Windows emulator software, both of which I do not have any desire to buy/install. One of my friends has found out the same thing for another piece of RC electronics, he's trying to figure out the emulator end of things, so eventually I may be able to run some updates through that in the future. Again, it's only a small nitpick of mine, as everything still works fine as is, but it is something I figured I'd share.
Testing out DJI OM8 w/ SCX30
What a difference! I also tried out the Hohem V3 ultra. The DJI tracking and low angle stability were just light years better.
Have anyone tried the INJORA 1.9" (120*42mm 4.75" OD) MAVERIX S5 R/T Tires?
I was going to order some tools from Injora and saw the price on these. 28,99 is very cheap, but they got som every good reviews. I also bought blue inserts. Medium. Might be too hard, but i hope this will be a good setup for my Redcat Scout II Gen 8. What do you thing? I mostly do trail, but also some rock.
What’s wrong with my brand new truck? :(
fcx24m Tacoma. I got it today. I ran it for one battery And it ran great climbed some awesome stuff. Battery died, I charged it, plug it back in and now it is doing this. The back wheels are skipping under any amount of pressure which just makes the front wheels spin and it won’t climb anything anymore!! They also seem to spin much more freely, while the front wheels turn the motor over. I don’t know what’s wrong but it definitely wasn’t doing this before. I didn’t even drop it or crash it or anything. please help, it is my first crawler and it was so cool for the first 30 minutes :(
Is it normal to have this sound in the MJX Hyper Go H12Y? This is a brand new one.
I'm really new to this RC thing and still learning. There is a sound, something like "kir kir," coming from the crawler. It's like a metal-touching-metal sound. Is that normal? The wheels are tight to the axles. I have no idea actually where it's coming from.

3D printed body - Volkswagen Transporter T3 with camper Roof
3D printer VOLKSWAGEN TRANSPORTER T3 with Camper ROOF. I use SLA technology and print this body in one piece from ABS resin. For transparent parts i use clear resin. Wheelbase of body is 313mm.
Trx4 Defender or Axial CJ-7
Birthday tomorrow and I want to get a Trx4 Defender or an Axial CJ-7. I keep waffling between the two. Help me decide! Any help would be much appreciated!
LDRC 1297 rocks
Finally took my LDRC 1297S for a proper run on the rocks by the sea today, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
After all the experimenting, small modifications and occasional frustration with upgrade parts, this was the first time I could just forget about the setup and enjoy driving it.
And it works REALLY well.
It handled the rocks much better than I expected. The suspension setup feels almost perfect now. It articulates smoothly over larger obstacles, keeps the tires in contact with the surface, and on flatter sections it absorbs all the small bumps instead of bouncing around like it used to.
The 60 mm soft tires also made a huge difference. There’s plenty of grip without the rubbing problems I had with the 68 mm setup.
What I probably enjoyed most is that it still doesn’t feel like a hardcore crawler. It feels like a tiny scale trail truck. Watching the suspension work and the body naturally move over the terrain is half the fun for me.
After today, I don’t really feel like I need to change anything else. I just want to drive it.
This little Pajero has become one of my favorite RCs.
Venture18 accessories!
Added some scale accessories and stickers last night. She was feeling a little plain, all black.
AKERS Engineering IGUANA 🦎
Using a Rustler 4x4 body in this “Cheater/Pro Mod” form. If you’re looking for some inspiration to start another build or modify your current one, maybe this will help. If you’ve never tried 1-piece links in 1/10 scale, you won’t be disappointed.
It’s been great to build a rig that kills lines, meet SORRCA specs when it needs to and is reliable on the long trail runs/ team comps.
New Shoes
I’m loving these new wheels, tires, and inserts.

My first cheater build
I’ve been driving scaled trail rigs for years. Now I finally built myself something a little different.
