"A man cannot read a woman's mind. The man gazes at the woman as she sprawls carelessly across the bed, absorbed in a book. Suddenly the man says, 'Just look up here for a second.' She looks up, and the man takes a photo of her. Later, examining the photo, and while making the drawing from it, he attempts to fathom the unfathomable expression on her face. What is she thinking? What is she feeling? What lies behind those clear, knowing eyes, that slight smirk of her mouth? Impossible to know.
