To all Bravo weight loss users: be kind to yourself.

I've had this thought for a while since Rosie talked about her bleeding and wearing a diaper. This is not shaming anyone who is on GLP-1s. If they work for you and you feel healthy, that's amazing!

I have ulcerative colitis - when I was first diagnosed, I lost so much weight in blood - I'm 5'6 and I was about 115 pounds. I was only 15 years old and I can see in the old photos how sick I looked. I was diagnosed not long after that, but those few months trying different meds and colonoscopies and figuring out what was wrong with me was awful. I, like Rosie, bled out of my butt (sorry, TMI). I wouldn't wish that pain on my worst enemy.

After establishing what was wrong, I started taking meds but I also had to take steroids for a bit. I gained weight on those so quickly - I have never been able to be under 140 pounds since then (I'm heavier than that now but my body will never be tiny).

Luckily, I'm 33 now and have only had one very mild flair up since.

I also struggle with my weight and body image. Luckily, I have an amazing support system and a wonderful family. On my darkest days, I have considered ordering Ozempic online - but my GI has told me multiple times that she does not recommend me taking it - people with UC or other similar issues can have really bad issues with it. But I can't say I haven't been tempted. But obviously I want to listen to my doctor and never bleed out of my butt again :D

TLDR: don't compromise your health to look skinny. Make sure you take it for the right reasons and give yourself grace. Health and happiness comes in all different shapes and sizes.

RISP sought court approval of wiretap intercepts between Guilmette and a number of individuals, including Gerald and Elizabeth McGraw;  Matthew "Matty" Guglielmetti, the underboss of the New England-based Patriarca crime family of La Cosa Nostra; and Richard "Ricky" Dion another known La Cosa Nostra associate and close friend of Guilmette.

Rosie has really surprised me!
Call me crazy but she’s literally THEE anchor of the show. Rosie is emotionally intelligent and can READ the f-ck out of any woman there. I hope she’s back next season because she brings balance and can be a shit starter too😂😂

Also, Kelsey was giving JEALOUS thee entire reunion. Kelsey had no reason to actually dislike Rosie. Kelsey & Jo-Ellen revel in talking shit about everyone a little too much
