I'm on Bedrock and I just re-purchased realms after a while to play with my friend. It still says our realm is expired and says we don't have Realms purchased. Can anyone help? Microsoft support isn't helping with anything

Its unplayable. Unregistered eating, lag in front of enemy, block mining slower, etc.
