Ive been doing soccer fanpage on rednote for around 3yrs, but the policy lately is been ridiculous. Said things like you can not post similar contents so view goes down and down and down.
I do reposts and re-make fanpage stuff, I have a solid visual guideline for my page. But it’s not acceptable. I have a regular post schedule for all clubs and the matches every weekend. But it’s not acceptable.
So very confused and disappointed by the app’s updates, hesitate to move somewhere else to post, maybe ig, anywhere is making more sense than rednote.
I received this email from supposedly someone at Rednote, the Chinese social media platform. Because my content somewhat appeals to an asian demographic, I became curious. However, they want to continue the conversation in WhatsApp, and the email domain seems a bit fishy, being from “qq.com” and not affiliated with Rednote. Has anyone else received an email like this? Usually once I scan the QR code on the browser, I stay login even if I close the tab and then open XHS again some time (as long as it's the same browser). Dunno when it happened, but now every single time I open XHS on browser it's asking me to scan the QR. Good for security, I guess, but it wipes my search history and also inconvenient.
Does anyone know how I can stay logged in like before? Like do I have to find some setting to recognise the browser as safe/trusted device? Also in the mobile app it doesn't detect my computer browser on the "device history" at all, so the only "active" session is only the mobile app. Even when I've already logged in on PC. Maybe that's related?
Update: After contacting customer service, they said Web platform is currently limited for users outside China. They didn't say if it's an error or a new policy. Anyway, at least I know the reason and not because my account is in trouble.
My friends are trying to like my posts, which are visible but when they try to like them it says “this note has been deleted”. The posts is just a video of me in cosplay dancing, and they can like others, just not mine. And I’m not sure why.

I recently had my old Xiaohongshu account banned (not entirely sure why, maybe too many links or rapid activity). I’ve just created a new account and I’m terrified of getting banned again. I’ve heard that the app is very strict with "device bans" and tracking IP addresses. Does anyone have advice on how to properly "warm up" a new account so the system doesn't flag it as a bot or a ban evader? I really want to keep this account and start sharing my daily life/hobbies without getting deleted again.
Any tips from experienced users would be greatly appreciated!

I deleted RedNote a while ago and didn’t realize it got banned. At first I didn’t really care, but now I genuinely miss my account and want to access it again.
The problem is that I can’t find any proper way to download or use RedNote on my PC. I don’t use Android phones, so I’m also not sure if there’s any safe method to install it again or log back into my account. so if anyone have any way to download through some safe third party app I can use please your help will really help me 🥹🥹

Im currently doing passport verification but im running into an issue where the facial recognition says the photo it captured is too bright. I moved to the bathroom (no windows) and left the door cracked so it wouldn't be completely dark and still got this pop up. I contacted support via the app but it's been a while. What can I do?
(Tying to detail as much info as possible btw) So this morning I was looking up swatches for some flower knows makeup, and I came across an account (ID: 354311774) that reviews and swatches many different flower knows products amongst other things, so I saved a few posts (only 7 to be exact) to my notes/boards until midway through I suddenly got blocked?? I have no idea why; was I considered spam, or maybe it’s caused my account is unverified and maybe I was mistaken as a bot, but I’ve done this before and never had a problem with this till now.
I loved this account it was super helpful, I just wanted to look at makeup :(( is there any way I can get unblocked? I see a feature to message her account, and an email (at least I think) in her bio to contact her, I was wondering if I should just shot my shoot and literally beg to get unblocked lol, should I do that or is there a better way, even possibly making a new account? And would messaging her even work or no cause I’m blocked?
