Chatted online and was told I do have data but I'm not testing because you know like 200mb?

Anyone else have this problem?

I spend several hours on the phone with Redpocket today trying to switch from US Mobile to Redpocket. I got "not certified" when trying to activate. When talking with customer service I got there is a problem with the IEMI on CDMA, or the phone doesn't work in CDMA, and the last time they told me that they tried to port the number and that US mobile had the number locked, and when I checked with US Mobile they said there was no pending port in their system. From what I could gather Red Pocket hadn't really tried to port the number. I ended up having to cancel Redpocket and stay with US Mobile because this is the last day of US Mobile service for this month.

I don't see a reason my son's phone (Samsung A25 5G, SM-A256U) shouldn't work on Red Pocket's CDMA when it's working on US Mobile's Warp. And Red Pocket would not escalate the issue with their tech. I checked the IMEI before I purchased the Red Pocket plan, and it looked ok the, but when I rechecked today, there was an issue.

Also Red Pocket is suppose to be giving me a refund, but I did not get the email confirmation they said they would send.

I still intend on moving away from US Mobile, but it is going to be year now.

1. How do I confirm I am getting a refund?

2. What could be going on?

3. Overall I found Redpocket's customer service hard to work with. I was told different things by different people. It was hard to understand them sometimes. Not everything I was told was true. Can you give me a reason I should give Redpocket another chance next year?

Interested in red pocket ebay annual plan but want to confirm service works before porting number in.

Can't seem to find an equivalent to Tello "pay as you go option" on red pocket website.

Is the only way to try red pocket to sign up for a monthly plan and then switch to to annual ebay plan?

Hi, I ported in and activated the esim on one phone, now I'm wanting to transfer this line to another phone I bought recently with esim. Do I have to contact support to do this or can this be done online? Thank you.

Several months ago I convinced my brother to switch from Cricket to Redpocket. Recently due to issues with perceived flakiness of visual voicemail he switched to Verizon. On all carriers, he's been on a Pixel 7a. After switching to me he that the voice quality was much better with Verizon. This was not random calls he was telling me specifically his calls with his girlfriend have gotten a lot clearer since he moved to Verizon. Does anyone know if red pocket squeezes the bandwidth of the voice part of the service. I guess it could also be an AT&t issue as when he was on red pocket he was on GSMA.

Currently no connection for Good2go Mobile USA on my eSIM. Website says

Edit: I called support and there is a message saying that eSIM users should continue to check accounts online. When ready, Good2go will display QR codes for new eSIMs online. pSIM users should be able to just use the new SIMs they got by mail.

Update:

When I checked just now my account had a message saying "We have upgraded our services!" and a button to "Setup eSIM". After scanning the QR code, a "Ztar" eSIM was successfully installed. Everything seems to work fine so far. The original service interruption message is still at the top of the web page.

Spent hour with RP agent to no avail. No APN setting seems to work with my sons Kyocera Duraforce Pro 2 e6920. It worked fine with previous ATT MVNO, just switched him to the $30 eBay plan. Any suggestions?

Hello, I got my grandma a NUU F4L flip phone and the $30 eBay redpocket plan that is using ATT towers and everything was working but all of a sudden today she says it's not working and I looked and she has no service. I have restarted the phone, turned on and off airplane mode and taken out the sim card and put it back in to no avail. I checked her account and everything is active and good there as the plan is for 1 year and I just got it for her in July.

In her phone for sim status it says Network Unknown, Signal Strength 0, Mobile Network Type unknown, service state out of service, Not roaming, Mobile network state disconnected than lists her Phone # IMEI # and IMEI SV. So what are my next steps to try?

Edit; It seems to be working again, I finally got a hold of someone at Redpocket and she said she updated the account not sure what she did but as for now it's back to working.

Myself and family can only make intermittent calls, most calls fail, regardless of whether we call each other or landline phones.
Anyone else?

Currently on old TMo $30 annual plan purchased from eBay. Would like to port to the new ATT $30 annual plan from the eBay store. Do I select renewal in the eBay store and just enter the new confirmation code to my account a day before expiration? Or do I select a new eSIM in the eBay store instead?
