I received shipping tracking & it shows my package is in the US already, but says it’s with a partner shipper & USPS is awaiting the package. Any idea on how this works? Never seen it show up in the US almost immediately.
Long time lurker here that finally decided to go ahead with a purchase from Enzoo. Initially everything was good - He sent me his page, gave me a price for two pair chrome hearts frames, and told me he would arrange QC and shipping for me. I made payment the same day (7/21) and then it started to get strange.
It seemed like he ghosted me for an entire week when I sent a message asking about specifics of one of the models design, but I figured I'd be patient and just wait because maybe I'm just naive. After about 9 days I asked for QC to which he replied that he already mailed the glasses without QC?! Like dude, that was the point of my question 9 days ago, but whatever, figured I was being paranoid and decided to wait it out. Finally the glasses arrived today, and the quality was good except one problem: he only sent one pair of glasses?!
I tried reaching out about it, and to no surprise, dead silence. After doing some research I found several threads of similar experiences from others and I just wanted to leave this here for other newcomers like me: Beware of Enzoo
What does "frame only" mean when buying from Jimi's website?
I was under the impression there was no lens at all, but on whatsapp he said to select that option if you want "regular lens".

08.04.2026: Contacted Larry through WhatsApp on +86 189 4244 0844 with a custom order request for these frames but with specific lenses. Payment made.
08.07.2026: QC received, took a little longer than last time as I had requested custom lenses which understandably causes some delays. Still extremely fast as I was expecting more than a week or so.
08.08.2026: order shipped. Received on 18.08.2026.
Overall experience & quality
As always, the purchasing process was extremely smooth and fast. I must admit I was a bit of an annoying customer as I changed my mind with frames a few times but he was very accommodating as usual. I looked through his catalogue, screenshot the frames I like and send it to him and he responds very promptly with pricing, which is always reasonable.
With regard to the glasses themselves, I couldn’t be happier. The finishing is immaculate and they have great weight to them. The hardware and material of the frames are solid, and all the markings/labelling appears to be correct. I have had experience with authentic JMM previously - although not this particular model - and they really do stand up to them despite the massive price difference. Please note I am aware these lenses do not include the ‘JMM’ engraving on the lenses however again I believe this is because I chose custom lenses rather than the originals that came with the frame.
If you’re looking for a solid pair of sunglasses at a great price, highly recommend Larry and his team.

I picked the frame I wanted, then I sent her my prescription, and everything, from ordering to making the lenses and then delivering them to me in the US, took 20 days.

So I bought these on a whim whilst scrolling through 1688. I’ve always been a big Senna fan and am drawn towards almost anything bearing his name! I went for the Philip Morris colour scheme because it absolutely popped and is unlike any glasses I’ve seen before. I was worried about whether or not they would work through…
The Good:
The white and red colour scheme is, in my humble opinion, beautiful! Any doubts I had about it not working were quickly gone. The frame feels comfortable and nicely balanced on the face, and the arms sit securely. The red lens surrounds are a gorgeous colour, although the red border around the lens when looking through them does take a bit of getting used to. The grey lenses are perfectly sufficient, nothing I’ve not experienced before, but vision is crystal and sharp. I love the finer details, especially the Senna ‘Ss’ but also the attention the manufacturer has paid to capturing the other textual detail - for example the ‘CE’ mark by the tips of the arms (which I wasn’t sure about but like them in hand!) Overall I absolutely love these, and will be wearing them a lot…
The Bad(ish)
Sadly they didn’t come with the limited edition case and box. But a fruitless search convinced me that a replica of that doesn’t exist. Obviously despite the markings these are not going to be titanium, so there’s that. I’m also a little worried about the durability of the white paint, as we don’t know how the paintwork was finished off in the factory. Finally, the inclusion of a touch of gold on the nose pads does clash with the chrome detail on the rest of the frame.
Finally, and it’s important to be honest about this - because the colour scheme in this style is unique and the originals were a very limited run, the chances of being called out are higher than other more nondescript glasses. But hey, just like my watches I’ll always be honest - I love the style but can’t afford the real things! Simple!
The Ugly…
The only thing I didn’t like about these was the finishing of the arm fixing screws, particularly the underside. Close up it does hint at a powder coating paint finish and the way the screws appear underneath is not exquisite - if these were a genuine retail pair, you wouldn’t accept it that’s for sure…
I paid £28 from the supplier (raw and agent links in the comments) and shipping (along with a back of branded straps to go with my new Oakleys!) was £9 with my agent.
They were sourced from the ‘Light Luxury Trading Company’ of Shenzhen - I previously bought some JMM Admirals that I reviewed a while ago.
However, overall these have definitely jumped into my top three favourites glasses.
What do you think of them? Love them or hate them?

My first order from Larry and I must say it was a simple and great experience from him ordering to delivery. Always kept me up to date on QC pics and when they were being shipped. I opted for more expensive shipping as here in South Africa our local post office is not reliable and parcels tend to go missing or get lost.

I have a frame that I enjoy and I'd like to put prescription lenses into them. They are not rimless, in like new condition, and high quality. But most of the Aliexpress vendors I contact say they don't put lenses into customer owned frames. Has anyone found a 1688 or aliexpress vendor who does this? I know there is an online service for lenses but they cost $100+ and I'm not paying all that.
