Hey yall, I recently saw a post of someone (ill make sure to credit you once I find that post again) and he claimed to have found the alleged supplier for some of these trusted sellers.
I decided to buy 3 pairs to see if the quality holds up.

Models: Gentle Monster Rococo, Southside-N, and Numer.
Price: I paid around €27 per glasses so not bad (way cheaper than typical middlemen, they offered about €40-50 per glasses)).
Shipping: Just used my agent, idek if this seller offers direct shipment. Note: my agent removed 2 of the boxes due to a miscommunication?, but everything arrived safe.

Quality & Build:
Out of all he three southsideN was my favorite of the bunch. The weight is perfect and the acetate feels great, not like that cheap plastic, I was very surprised with the quality ngl. Only thing I was kinda disappointed about was the hinge of the rococo glasses closes a bit rougher on the right side than on the left side, but on all of the other glasses they are perfect.

Accuracy: the engravings and all the details is as far as I can see the same as retail (compared to retail pics), but id love to hear your thoughts on that.

Packaging: Comes with the full GM box set, cleaning cloth, and authenticity cards.

UV-Test: I ran a UV400 test on all three pairs using a UV flashlight and testing strips. And they all passed, (surprisingly.)

Hey all, correct me if I’m wrong but this is a glaringly faulty product?

I ordered the Vagillionaire 2 gold on 925 and the silver within the frame looks like plain polished silver. Jimi Optical tried to tell me this is how they’re meant to look and that only the inside of the arm and the silver overlying the frame is meant to be gold coated. Of course this is ridiculous because they advertise this model as gold coated inside and out, pair that with the fact there’s no two toned retail model it’s even more ridiculous.

I’m now waiting on a reply after what I think was an attempt to bluff me to avoid the exchange that I requested due to the aforementioned fault. Having requested QC images from my agent in both natural and unnatural lighting I’m 100% certain the silver inside the frame has not been coated as I’m sure it should be.

I was initially sent the wrong model, now this…..very disappointing after reading so many positive reviews. I’m hoping the people at Jimi Optical will make this right as I’ll have spent nearly $200 before postage.

Just received my prescription glasses from JimiOptical and I’m honestly really impressed with the whole experience.

The pair I got was the AMBIDIXTROUS SIZE: 53-21-151 (titanium batch).

I was talking with Amy on WhatsApp (+852 9707 5632 ) about the order, prescription lenses, pricing, etc. and replies were always super fast. The whole process felt very straightforward and easy even though I was ordering prescription glasses from China for the first time. I basically just sent my optician prescription and they handled the lens setup from there.

The frame itself was $48 and I paid another $58 for China 1.6 ASP anti-blue light / anti-glare lenses. They also have a lot of other lens options depending on what you want. I decided to use an agent for shipping, but they also offer direct shipping if you pay with crypto or Alipay.

Production and shipping to my agent were actually faster than I expected. No delays at all -the glasses were at my warehouse in about a week.

As for the quality, this is the part that surprised me the most. I expected them to be decent from the photos, but in hand they honestly feel even better. The frame feels solid, premium, and has a nice weight to it without feeling cheap at all. Everything matched the Yupoo pictures perfectly too.

The prescription was done correctly, vision feels great, and the lenses are pretty thin. Nice little detail: they also included the non-prescription lenses inside the lens packaging. You get the case and cleaning cloth as well.

Overall I think the price-to-quality ratio is seriously good here and I’d definitely order from them again. Easy recommendation from me.

What do you guys think about this two frames I got? Both of them have custom prescription, the T Henri are gradient brown but I can’t really tell from the video

Picked these Tom Ford reps up from Janie and wanted to leave a review because I’m very impressed. She didn’t ask me to write this.

Ordered around April 29th and they arrived pretty quickly considering they’re custom prescription progressive/varifocal lenses with transition coating.

The quality is great. The frame feels sturdy and substantial, not light or plasticky at all, and the hinges/details are very well done. I own several authentic Tom Ford glasses and if someone handed me these without packaging, I wouldn’t question them. The box is probably the only thing that gives it away, but who really cares about that.

The transition lenses work properly in sunlight and the progressive lenses were done surprisingly well too. No noticeable distortion or adjustment issues.

I’m not 100% sure of the exact Tom Ford model name, but it’s one of the chunky round acetate styles.

Also, Janie was super attentive throughout the whole process and replied very quickly whenever I had questions.

3rd purchase from Zheng. Once a saw these I had to have them.

Borodino from the Decades collection. Very solid and well built pair. Details are amazing. They are a bit on the heavy side and hug a little bit at the temples. Took care of that with a little heat from a hair dryer.

Wore them out to a festival and got a ton of compliments. Never a question if they were real or not.
