Just wanted to share my experience after ordering three pairs from Janie.

I ordered the Louis Vuitton Z2021U for myself, the Chanel CH5416A for my girlfriend, and a pair of Miu Miu prescription glasses with progressive lenses for a family member.

The ordering process was really straightforward. I sent over the prescription for the Miu Miu pair, asked a few questions, and Janie was very helpful throughout. Communication was quick and shipping took right around 2 weeks.

The biggest concern was the Miu Miu pair since progressive lenses can be hit or miss when ordering online, but they turned out great. The prescription is accurate, the lenses are comfortable, and my family member has been wearing them every day with no issues.

The LV Z2021U is my favorite of the three. The frame feels solid, the gold finish looks great, and the details came out really clean.

My girlfriend loves the Chanel CH5416A. The fit is comfortable, the frame feels well made, and it's become her everyday pair.

Overall, we're all really happy with the order. Communication was smooth, shipping was fast, and all three pairs exceeded our expectations. If anyone has questions or wants more close-up photos, feel free to ask.

I am looking for the CT0468 cartier but all colour lenses shared on sellers albums is totally wrong.. only one i was interested for is album zheng shared wich was looking perfect but it looks it was only for advertising and he tried to sell me anothe version which is very weird to me that all sellers just sell us model not a factory version you choose.

Just got these delivered today and man I am impressed with the quality!

The built quality is far superior from glasses I bought from Zenni Optical and Muukal Optical. These will be my go too for sure.

Received them today; single vision prescription using Chinese lenses. (MR-8s) Total cost including shipping £69. Communication was very good. Frames are solid and comfortable. I’ve got two further ‘own brand’ pairs on their way, but these were the ‘branded’ pair and I’m really pleased with the quality of the frames, the vision through the lens is perfect and I’m confident they’ll last well!

After weeks of digging I finally decided to get a pair of prescription glasses and the mod’s timing could not be any better. I was closely following his directions on the 1688 experience post and thankfully he discovered Cindy right on time.

Cindy has been a pleasure to work with. Great communication and actually an expert in the business who can help making the right decisions. This makes tons of differences. I have contacted a few other sellers such as Larry, Janie, Jinny, Zheng etc. Their responses really didn’t click with me. Cindy was directly to the point no fluff conversation - love it.

After dozens of back and forth I decided to go with Essilor lenses. Originally wanted a pair of Zeiss but my unconventional prescription was yielding high price. Also, for my first rep glasses I really wanted to keep my order below $200. Essilor seemed a good balance with all the bells and whistles. Also I’m familiar with it since my go to shop Costco uses them 😜

Long story short, QC took about a week and another 5 days to delivery.

A few hiccups:

⁠One: I was given the wrong frame for QC but it’s on me for not catching it during QC before she fitted the lenses. Now I actually like this frame more so I think it was a happy accident.

Two; The frame had some stubborn smudges, to clean which I used alcohol spray 🤦 I had no idea that this is how I have been damaging my frames. A quick query to Cindy revealed Plate materials are sensitive to alcohol and canccause damages. I had no idea!

She offered to send a replacement frame right away. I’m not very picky; I can probably buff off most of it. This frame will probably pick up a few more scratches in the next few months anyways. So I figured receiving a new frame would be unnecessary. So instead I asked for a small discount towards my next purchase and she said ‘YES’!

Yey! Now I’m shopping for my next pair. I’m so excited.

Hey guys. I tried out my new glasses today. The first thing I liked is that my eyes adjusted perfectly. With the ones I bought from Lisa, I was dizzy for two days.The saddle is too big and they keep falling off. I think I'll try modifying the leg and adding pads. The color transition is good. But it's a bit light. If the sun is shining directly on you, it's still bothersome. Perhaps the gray version would be better suited for sunlight.The frame feels good. It's not heavy. It seemed to get darker inside the car. I'm going to drive the bus with them this afternoon and I'll update if it gets darker.

I was trying to get one of the "TDs" (or rather several) to do this, and none managed

Just received a pair from Jaron and couldn’t be happier! These are prescription with transition lenses. The quality is great. I’m able to adjust the frames to fit my head rather easily without having to worry about them breaking.

Manufacturing & shipping took was fine. I ordered on 6/8. I received QC photos a few days later, and they were dispatched on 6/15. I just received them today, 7/2.

Forgot to mention previously, but paid $224 total for the frames (925 silver) and Chinese prescription lenses.

Just get my 4th pair JMM Dealan with 3 extra lenses from Larry.

Ordered directly from Cindy instead of 1688 only coz it was my first order with her. The Moscot Lemtosh are fitted with Zeiss polarized lenses.

Delivery took around 5 days to arrive to the USA. Using express UPS option provided by her.

Cost:

• Akoni Solis Frames: 320 CNY
• Moscot Lemtosh Frames: 320 CNY
• Prada Frames: 280 CNY
• ZEISS Polarized lenses: 498 CNY

• Express shipping: 420 CNY. I chose the express option for faster delivery. She originally offered what I assume a triangular shipping method which was much cheaper at 180 CNY but would have take about 15 days for delivery.

TOTAL = 1418 CNY + 420 CNY = $270.53

PSPs were sent promptly after about 4 days from order.
Her communication is excellent and she was very responsive with my questions.
