Resume Review for GenAi Engineer

I’m seeking honest feedback on my resume. I hold a B.Tech in Computer Science and have approximately 3.6 years of industry experience in building production AI systems.

My primary objective is to secure an AI Engineer position in India (or remotely in the UAE).

If you have a few minutes, I would greatly appreciate any suggestions you can provide on the following:

- How I can enhance my resume.
- Whether there are any red flags that need attention.
- Tips for finding AI/ML job opportunities.

Thank you in advance for your feedback. Any suggestions are highly valued.

Why is everyone using the resume template?🤔

Form what I have seen almost 80% of resume uses the same template. Why people are not using different template? Is there something behind this ? Can someone explain pls.

Please roast my resume brutally. I'm looking for an honest opinion on it...

Hey everyone, thank you for giving your time.

I am based in Bengaluru, looking for an entry-level data role, i.e., Data Analytics, Data Engineer, Junior Data Scientist, and so on.

I am attaching my resume. Please, if possible, have a look at my resume and give me feedback so that I can improve it.

Open to all types of feedback and suggestions. Thank you.

  • The tool blanked out is a low code tool

Roast my resume, not getting shortlisted

Hi, I am a 4th year engineering student. My resume is not getting shortlisted for off campus drives (on campus scene is not good, Tier 3 college) at product based companies. Please suggest what might be wrong with my resume and how I can improve it.

Resume Review for SOC Internship Applications (Cybersecurity)

I'm a cybersecurity student (just started my third year) applying for SOC internships.

I'd appreciate honest feedback on my resume. Does anything stand out as weak or worth improving before I start applying?

Thanks!

Applying for 2 months, zero offers, freelancing not working either — what's wrong?

Been applying non-stop for 2 months now and honestly starting to lose it a bit. Zero offers, hardly any interview calls. Tried picking up freelance work on the side too, thought that'd be easier tbh, but couldn't get a single client either.

Quick context — final year CS, graduating May 2026, I work with agentic AI/LLMs mostly. Built a few decent projects (multi-RAG system, a RAG chatbot, SyncBoard, JUITConnect), did an AI/ML internship at Hindalco, was an ML trainee at Teachnook, also have 2 patents pending.

Idk, on paper it doesn't feel like a "nobody's calling back" kind of profile so now I'm just confused. Is my resume bad? Am I applying to the wrong places? Is the market just this brutal right now? Or am I missing something obvious?

Can share my resume in comments/DM if anyone's up for roasting it. Would genuinely appreciate any honest advice at this point.

Am I cooked ??

Hi everyone!
I’m a first-year B.Tech CSE student from MAIT, and I recently updated my resume. I’d really appreciate it if you could roast it, rate it, and tell me what I should improve.
A little background:
Just finished my first year.
I’ve recently started learning the basics of C++ (planning to move on to DSA and LeetCode after building a strong foundation).
I’ve built a few beginner projects and participated in hackathons, but I know there’s still a lot to improve.
I’d love feedback on:
Overall resume rating (out of 10)
What looks good and what should be removed or changed
Whether this is a decent resume for someone who has just completed first year
What skills, projects, or achievements I should focus on during my second year
Any general advice that you wish someone had given you after first year
Please don’t hold back—I’d rather hear honest criticism now than make the same mistakes later.
Thanks in advance to everyone who takes the time to help!
