Junior level dev, how is my resume for junior level?

My resume here: https://imgur.com/a/gl314fp

Is it fine? I am applying to junior level software dev with around 2 YoE. I was full time as I completed my degree at my last place and then am working after grad.

Should there be a kind of job that I can target? (mid level or other junior level roles? as well as are there any other roles that I can target with my XP?)

BCA Graduated, 100+ applications, almost no responses. Is my resume the problem or should I switch domains?

Hi everyone,

I'm a final-year BCA student from India and I've been applying for frontend internships and entry-level developer roles for the past few months. I've applied to well over 100 positions through LinkedIn, company career pages, Internshala, and other job portals, but I've received almost no responses.

My current stack includes:

  • React.js
  • JavaScript (ES6+)
  • HTML/CSS
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Vite
  • Git/GitHub
  • Basic Node.js, Express, and MongoDB

Some of my projects include:

  • Typing Speed Tester (React)
  • Todo App with MVC architecture and Webpack
  • Password Generator (React)

I'm attaching my resume and I'd really appreciate brutally honest feedback.

I'm not looking for reassurance—I'd rather hear the truth if something is wrong.

Some specific questions:

  1. What's the biggest weakness in my resume?
  2. Do my projects look too basic or tutorial-like?
  3. Is my skill set enough for frontend internships in the current market?
  4. If you were screening resumes, would you reject mine? If yes, why?
  5. Should I continue focusing on frontend development, move toward full-stack, or pivot to another domain entirely?
  6. If you were in my position today, what would you spend the next 3–6 months learning or building?

Please don't hold back. I'd rather hear harsh but actionable criticism than generic advice.

Thanks in advance to everyone who takes the time to review it.

Seeking Resume Feeback

Hi all! I am going into my second year of university, and was accepted into my programs co-op program. As such, I want to try and fine-tune my resume as much as I possibly can to prepare to apply for co-op placements. I have tried to put as many punch words into my bullet points as I could, and put numbers where relevant. I was told to include hobbies/interests, but am failing to understand the relevance/necessity of this information. Any and all advice, comments or criticisms are accepted! Thank you so much in advance :)

MBA Graduate Struggling to Get Interviews – Resume Review Needed

Hi everyone,

I would really appreciate some honest feedback on my resume.

I recently completed my MBA in Finance & Marketing and have been applying for roles in Finance, Consulting, Business Analysis, Asset Management, and Big 4 firms. Over the last few months, I've submitted hundreds of applications, reached out to recruiters and hiring managers, and even received referrals from employees at several companies.

Unfortunately, I'm still getting very few interview calls.

To be transparent, this job search has been quite frustrating. I spent months waiting for delayed university results and even lost opportunities because of it. Now that I've graduated, I'm trying to understand whether the issue is my resume, my profile, the roles I'm targeting, or simply the current job market.

I'd be grateful if you could review my resume and tell me:

• What's working well?
• What should I remove or improve?
• Are there any red flags?
• Does it look ATS-friendly?
• What types of roles would my profile realistically be competitive for?

Please don't hold back—I genuinely want constructive criticism and actionable advice.

Thank you to everyone who takes the time to help.

Resume tips

Hi Reddit I am currently having a difficult time trying to find a job and I’m jumping on here to see if there’s any tips or advice I can do on my resume to fix it

I blackout anything that’s personal information such as: phone number, location, school etc but I do have those on there.

(Also don’t go to hard I’m 17 after all 😅)
