What am I?
Hello everyone,
A few days ago, my friend sent me a picture of a riddle called the “Jindosh Riddle”, from the game Dishonored (I’ll attach the picture), and asked me to solve it. I spent around 45 minutes working on it, and honestly, it was the most fun I’ve had in months.
What is this type of riddle called, and does anyone have recommendations for where I can find more of them? Are there any good books, websites, or games that include these kinds of riddles/puzzles — or even games entirely built around them?
I’d also love any other recommendations for similar puzzles/games, or even completely different kinds of puzzles that you think I might enjoy too.
Thank you all so much!
PS. I wasn't allowed to post this in r/puzzles cause there's no general questions allowed, but I don't know where else I would go to ask general questions like this.
I’m trying out riddle writing! Please let me know your thoughts.
What am I?
A kingdom built upon its grain,
With crimson spilled upon its plains,
Yet from the blood that once was shed
Soft white in green still rears its head.
What am I?
I was there since ancient times
I’ve countless hands but I am one
Folks look for me when things go wrong
P.S. adding this hint to narrow the answer since there are so many creative responses that apply to most hints
Growth could flow where I have gone
Skin to skin but you couldn't wait when the other woman called,
And when I looked back, at last I saw the places where I'd walked.
Who are you?
With your thumb though my eye,
And my face black and blue,
I ask through fishhook'd lips:
"So this is art to you?"
I can start things off fast,
But then slow to a hop,
I can fell mighty foes,
At ten or two o'clock,
I leave seven sisters,
For the end of our plane,
To don a brand new robe,
And helm a brand new reign.
What am I?

Oh I could sew had I but thread
Could serve a treat 'pon my child's head
My blood could boil your morning brew
My bones could yours at last entomb.
