Lore Question: Why do some soldiers have healthbars and others do not?

I noticed this when I decided to play some HELLMET, in the images that I shown, some soldiers are shown with the healthbars while others are not, and I wonder, is this in the lore, like are the Health Bars hard to program or cost a lot of materials?

I'm in the process of making a safe and rescue CQC PvE top down shooter game with my own version of DvN lore, I need your opinions.

Anything you wanna see? Ask me anything, felt kinda burned out tho and there's not much progress rn due to how restricted roblox rendering engine is.

Most importantly; I am conteplating weather to make it a:

  1. Single player strategy game where you play as the commander and the swats are NPC you control and command.

OR

  1. Multiplayer where you and your crew controls the swats, might be harder due to handling ping difference, which i am very bad at.
