Hi all, I plan on attending RaR for the first time in 2027.

A friend of mine bought the fast pass for convenience and i was planning on doing the same but saw there's also a VIP upgrade. Is there a difference in access to zone A/B with the VIP upgrade? is it similar to the fast pass? Or is it just for the access to the roof and balcony while for zone A/B it remains the same as a general entry ticket?

I tried to search the site and this subreddit for these infos but didn't manage to find anything.

hatte an mehreren Stellen hier berichtet, dass man mir bei einem Stand etwas falsches von meinem Wallet abgebucht hat. Rückbuchung angeblich gemacht, Geld noch immer nicht da. Zwei E-Mails an die cashless Mail-Adresse geschickt und bis jetzt keine Antwort erhalten.

Hatte das jemand auch mal?

Und ist so ein Umgang bei RaR normal?

Was sollte ich als nächstes machen?
