Painted a rock. That's it.

Idk where else to post this. Bf's sister got me acrylic markers as a late b'day gift, and I just decided to try them during a chill vacation night at home. That's it, that's the post. Hope y'all are doing well 🩵

Edit: 100 upvotes???? Y'all guys are crazy, thank u so much 🥺❤️

We created a place just for painted-rock artists 🪨🎨

I’ve seen so many incredible painted rocks here that I wanted to share something we’ve been working on.

It’s called MYSTONE UNIVERSE.

It’s a social community dedicated to painted rocks where artists can share their creations, receive feedback and place their rocks on a world map for other people to discover.

One of our goals is to connect rock painters from different countries instead of having all these amazing creations scattered across different social networks.

We’d love to have more real rock painters involved while we keep improving it.

If you paint rocks, what feature would you want in a community like this?

Space marine - rockpainting with acrylic markers under 100 min.

I was reshaping the helmet again and again. The result seems to be identified well.

Assortment of rocks ft. Mr Blobby

Do any people outside of the UK know the legend that is Mr Blobby? He was a birthday gift for my best friend. Sadly he got abit smudged once I applied top coat coz I was impatient but honestly I feel like it adds to his chaotic, unhinged energy.

A little offering

Lots of famine graveyards all over Ireland, sadly. This rock was a departure from my usual hippy mandala; I tried a design from a rock painting book, and it was a lot of fun.

202 min of rock painting during night with acrylic markers

I have used POSCA and Artmagico brands of markers with 0,7 tip. The stone has been something like 8X5 cm wide.
Most pictures are taken during night. That’s why it seems to be more yellow than it is.
