I know this sounds like a loaded question, but it's something that's been weighing on my mind for nearly 20 years.

I started RPing in 2006. Starting very basic one-liners and stuff. I would RP here and there throughout the college life. But it feels like as time went on, the better I got (at least I felt), being able to connect with other writers was much more difficult than anything else. Borderline impossible until I ended up switching it up and RPing as female characters. Unlike my male characters, I never put much effort into building the character or plotting out possible scenes. Simply saying "open to RP" was more than enough.

Apparently in a lot of fanbases, its taboo for men to RP ad women, but not the other way around. So for the longest of time, it made me feel guilty since that was the only way I could manage to hold someone's attention, even when they are OK writing with men.

I'm not saying RP isn't for male. I see them all the time, and even know several who're still. Nor am I expecting entitlement to anyone's time. But being nearly 40 years old, I feel like RP just simply isn't for me anymore.

Today, I'm looking for someone to play out a roleplay scene in where Harley Quinn have some fun with a normal everyday guy!

I like this scenario to be a more light hearted scenario, leaving out darker themes, abuse, violence etc.

As for the scenario itself, I like this to play out at a regular evening or night, as it's a quite calm night, except for Harley, who has just finished up a bank heist, and is now on her way back to her hideout, a discrete apartment where no one suspects her to hide out. At the same time, he's on his way home from hanging out with a friend. He takes a shortcut through an alley, where he run into Harley, a somewhat famous face around here!

While Harley might normally not be the person you like to run into in a dark alley, she has no reason or intention to harm or rob him, as she's on her way home. Showing that she's no threat, they start to chat a little bit, and she decides he could be fun to hang out with, and invite him to her place, which of course ends up being a lot of fun! I do like to focus this roleplay on our characters, so I do prefer to leave out any characters like Batman, the Joker etc.

The scene will play out partly in the alley where they meet, and partly in her hideout as well where more build up and the act itself will happen! I'm open for different locations, like in the couch, on a bed, or other fun locations in her apartment,

In this roleplay, I like Harley to be a less crazy version of her regular self. Still joking and fun, but not aggressive or violent. She's overall confident, yet casual. She might show off a wilder side in public, but in private, she shows herself to be much more relaxed, when she don't have to keep up with appearances! We can decide on her looks and body when we set the roleplay up, though I like her to be a bit taller than him, larger breasts, somewhat athletic and flexible as well, to fit her character! As for her age, I do like her to be a bit older than him, at around 35 years old

As for him, I like him to be more of a regular guy, 18-20 years old. He's a regular college guy, thinner body rather than big and buff, a bit shorter than Harley. I like him to not be too shy, as I feel it makes him too passive if he's scared of her, but initially, he could be more nervous until he sees that she's not a crazy maniac, that she is in fact rather nice and fun :) I also like him to have a normal cock for this roleplay, so no monster cocks or anything crazy.

As for the scene, I like this to have a little bit of build up before the fun happens, not rushing into it. I've played a lot of roleplays where there is good fun build up, but then when the fun starts, it's just mindless humping, the characters lose all personality and don't interact etc. I don't want that.

Hello, I have an RP in mind set in an apocalyptic world. The setting will have fantasy elements, including magic. The details of the plot are below. A few notes of my writing style, I tend to write two paragraphs of around 3-5 sentences, yet I am able to adapt to particularly upward. If you are interested either DM me or comment below. Also note that this RP may have some horror elements including body horror. Limits will be discussed before we begin.

Preface:
It all happened in a frenzied blur. A new disease which researchers found, but couldn’t treat. Then the disease infected a large chunk of the population quickly spreading world wide. After that, the infected began to die too quickly for the hospitals and cemeteries to handle so few were able to be buried. Those bodies that weren’t buried, soon started twitching and moving once again. After just a month, the first city fell and that started a chain of events that caused many others to fall as well. 

After just two more months, many of the major cities around the world have fallen causing civilization to collapse. When the fifth collapsed, the last defenders of the city reported that they could see someone commanding the undead. Treating them as if they were but puppets. Many didn’t believe it at first. But then that person was seen again in a different city just a week later. Then again at a third city, no one could deny it at that point. 

This individual was known as the Queen of the Apocalypse. For her control over the undead, as well as the fact that she was seen to be treating her destroyed city as her kingdom for a time before moving on. It took only six short months for human civilization to collapse, and for the world to change forever. During that time, the Queen of the Apocalypse has been seen time and time again. Her reputation as a myth has spread throughout the world. Along with the fact that the undead have been seen transforming as well as some retaining their intelligence, but gaining total loyalty to her. 

After most of humanity has been consumed or turned, the Queen of the Apocalypse has remained as the leader of the undead. Using them to destroy the most powerful of the colonies of humanity. Yet almost always leaves survivors, some of which she prevents from leaving. All of these have caused divided groups to form among humanity, the two major groups have formed among humans. 

The first is a militarist group who work to safeguard humanity and ensure the survival of its remaining colonies. This group has the best of the world’s remaining warriors, arms and equipment. But even that isn’t enough for when the queen comes especially with her experiments.

The second group is, for lack of a better term, a cult around her. They believe that she will bring upon the ascension of humanity as a species. Culling the weak and leaving the strongest and smartest to rule along with her. When she inevitably comes to wherever they are, they will readily throw themselves into the horde getting torn apart and eaten. Those who get to see her with their own eyes, have the chance to be spared and transformed into one of her experiments.

Character:
She is a tall and strong woman with a perpetually serious expression on her face. Her nails have been sharpened into weaponized claws. Along with strange tattoos and scars along her body which seem to mostly follow her blood vessels. While initially she is very cold and dangerous. Once she’s taken a liking to someone, she can be very protective of them, even gentle with them or possessive over them. The gentler side of her is something very few get the chance to see of her. 

Beginning:
The story we shall write begins soon after a horde of undead is approaching a city where your character is within. (Whether your character is a cultist, a researcher, warrior, or something else is up to you.) The destruction of the city is a certain thing, you and everyone else know it. But, the city is trying its best to save who they can and defend for as long as possible.

Yet, it is only a matter of time until the undead make it over the walls that the city has put up to defend itself. As they do, the refugees within the city know that it will be their last moments alive one way or another. This becomes more certain as the people around you spot Her, the Monarch. The undead spread out as her silent commands, killing and feasting upon the flesh of the living.

Her cold eyes look over the environment, seeming almost to glow faintly as a faint hum fills the air. That gaze turns curious as it lands upon you, as it sees something which is not obvious to others. The predatory grin that comes to the monarch’s lips sends shivers down your spine as the undead move around her.

Additional, due to the relationship of our characters, my own being the Queen of the Apocalypses and yours being a Herald, a creation of hers. The Monarch will have some ability to control your own, I won't use this often and it will mainly be in the form of rules. The primary rule being that your character is not able to physically harm the Monarch in any way. Just a bit of a warning.

YC is the heir to the kingdom. Whether they are a prince or princess is entirely up for discussion, but one thing is certain: their future does not belong to them. MC is chosen.

At first, the arrangement is purely professional. MC is expected to escort YC through court functions, diplomatic visits, hunting trips, and long journeys across the kingdom. He is there to protect them, nothing more.

But years spent in close proximity have a way of changing people. Maybe they travel together as war threatens the borders. Maybe assassination attempts force them to rely on each other. The idea isn’t 100% fleshed out, and I’d prefer to build the details together with my partner’s input. The setting can be grounded medieval, lightly fantastical, or lean more heavily into fantasy elements depending on what we both enjoy. The kingdom, political conflicts, magic system, and overall tone are all open for discussion.

As a writer I have always been drawn to the deeper, darker crevices of the human mind. To the parts of the soul that shelter the insanity from unfurling, and the parts of the heart that try to balance and hold onto stability.

More often than not I like to write with characters who have begun to lose that game.

Give me your unhinged guys. Give me the ones who are insane, painted grey and red in the blood of their actions. Make them worthy of redemption. Or not. As long as they find salvation in my characters.

My characters aren’t all sunshine and roses, or people with their hearts full of sunflowers in bloom. I write them, ofcourse I do, but I also write characters who would dip their knives in honey before sticking it into someone’s gut. Characters who are scheming, and ambitious and capable of malice and treachery. Who lie, who play games and who still end up falling for their ruin because why not?

Give me your violent, obsessed, possessive men. Lets craft tales etched in blood or luxury haunted by the corpses that lay buried under the foundations of it. Give me gritty and realistic.

First and foremost I am in my 3rd year of college so I am pretty busy with classes, but I do have time most days to role play, but I do ask for some patience with me if I'm slow some days.

Every day you watch the maid doing her job gliding her way throughout the house, cleaning as needed and sometimes even cooking, usually people don't think much of their maids other than looking after them.

While I'm absolutely open to roleplaying if we click, what I'm really searching for is someone who'd enjoy helping each other develop original characters, stories, and ideas over time. For the past few years I've been creating an alternate-history, modern-fantasy setting where humans coexist with several species explained in a very scientific manner, lol. It's become a huge passion project and I currently have a 40+ page encyclopedia that I've shared and worked on with friends, covering history, cultures, and plenty of opportunities for stories and character interactions. I also draw, so a lot of these characters and concepts have accompanying artwork.

I am committed and prefer longterm in order to create a great story that we can take our time with and enjoy down to the nitty gritty details.

* Writing/experience level: I have many years of experience and have enjoyed many different story themes/genres. I like to write in first person. I am fine with various response lengths, as long as it keeps the story flowing!

* Meeting place: Discord preferred

* Max size: 1 on 1 preferred. I’ve never written in group of more than 1 on 1 before.
