Hello everyone! I hope everyone’s days are going as well as they can get <3 I come before everyone to ask if anyone was interested in doing a marvel roleplay! I am a pretty big fan of marvel, introduced by the MCU but recently had gotten heavy into the comics. I read primarily xmen, but I indulge in other things too! Such as the Spider man, Strange comics— which will lead into my next thing…—

There are three ships that I am particularly drawn to at the moment! And that would be:

• Strange x Clea
There is no particular vision with these two, though I would love to do something based off of one of their newer comics( Strange 2022 ) I am also currently reading Doctor Strange 2023! Anything based around those comics are fine. If you haven’t read them? Totally fine too! Just providing basis for a plot. (This also goes for the other comic mentions I will be making in this post!) I am totally down to come up with a plot with you as well :)

• Gambit x Rogue
The classic. My loves. I’ve read a lot of x-men media and consider myself pretty knowledgeable on their relationship, especially Rogue as she’s my favorite marvel character :) I love putting these in a slice of life sort of plot, I am also pretty knowledgeable of the current Rogue run as well as their Uncanny x-men run. Would love to do something surrounding Remy’s relationship with the eye of Agamotto 👀 but again, not required! We can make a plot of our own as well.

• Spider man x Black Cat
This is a newer marvel relationship/side that I am getting into so I apologize if I am not quite as knowledgeable! But I find their relationship particularly interesting, regarding all the angst surrounding it. Never being able to actually be in a relationship with one and other. I have read Black Cat’s solo runs! If we do this one…get ready to suffer💔

Feel free to suggest more ships if none of these interest you! I am open to ocs, but I’m not particularly fond of playing canon characters for them unless they are very interesting to me. (And if I break your heart, I’m sorry!)

I am a detailed literate roleplayer. I write quite a lot. Depending on the type of roleplay we do, I can go beyond the discord limit and WAY more. I can also write average responses that go a little under the limit. It really just depends!

The idea I'm proposing is to create a website/app with features like money, maps, lore, events, etc. All features are specifically aimed at improving the roleplay experience. For example: if most of you suggest a wizard-experience, I would add features like spells, spelbooks, beasts, etc. But if you suggest medieval I would add lords, armies, families, etc.

I have a list of roles to help give you some ideas but if you already have some of your own, I’d love to hear them! Each scenario on my list includes a small storyline/plot to help give us a clear idea of what the roleplay is about, It’s not necessarily the actual plot unless you’d like it to be, it’s just something to give us an idea and your welcome to editing it. Also! some scenarios are short-term or long-term, so if you like a scenario that’s short-term but would prefer it to be long-term, your also welcomed to editing the storyline/plot it make it last longer.”

Now I do have a few rules:

1. DESCRIPTIVENESS! I really value thoughtful, immersive conversations, especially when it comes to roleplaying. For me, the experience feels much more engaging when the responses are detail, emotion, and meaningful rather than being short or rushed. I enjoy writing in a way that describes feelings, surroundings, and actions so the scene feels alive and easy to imagine. Typically, I’m usually write up to 4-6 paragraphs, depending on the response. I tend to lose interest if responses are very short or lack detail, so I look for partners who can consistently write at least 7-12 sentences per reply (bare minimum!!)

2. COMMUNICATION! I completely understand that life can get busy and unexpected things come up—we all have responsibilities and moments where we need to step away. That said, I really appreciate open and honest communication when it comes to roleplaying. If you know ahead of time that you’ll be away for a while or need to take a break, whether it’s temporary or permanent, it means a lot to simply get a quick heads-up. Also! I’m totally down for ooc chatting! I find it fun to get to know each other on a personal level and even sometimes helps make our roleplaying experience stronger! (That’s only if you’re comfy with ooc chatting ofc!)

3. RESPECTFUL! Please be respectful of my boundaries, just as I will always make an effort to respect yours. Mutual respect is really important to me, especially when it comes to creating a comfortable and positive environment for both of us. I want our interactions to feel safe, enjoyable, and free from pressure on either side. Now when I talk about boundaries, I’m mostly referring to things like not asking for personal details outside of the roleplay such as photos, social media, or other private information

Overview:

First of all, I would like to say thank you for clicking on my post! The basics, I am a 24-year-old female living in the United Kingdom. I am a stay-at-home mum, so I tend to be available during reasonable hours. My current timezone is BST (GMT when daylight savings passes). I write only on Discord, where I like to make a server for us to keep things organised and easily referenced — still dm me on Reddit first to discuss things before we head over there. Include your favourite animal so ik you read the post.

For the past 2 years I have primarily been writing male primary characters in MxF pairings. This would be my preference but I am flexible.

• I write in 3rd person, past tense.
• I consider myself advanced literate, writing anywhere between 1 paragraph and twice the Discord limit, depending on the context.
• I will not godmod, metagame, or write a Gary Stu.
• I will respond to the entirety of your post, not each snippet of dialogue separately; this avoids godmodding in my experience.
• I will not write smut or anything overly explicit.

Fandoms:

The Hunger Games

I am not interested in any canon pairings for this fandom.

What I am looking for is to further worldbuild Panem; this would be through the lens of someone who has won the Hunger Games and is now in the same situation Finnick describes. This would very much be a hurt/comfort story with some essence of an AU rebellion coming to light throughout. Pairings for this would be either Victor/Victor or Victor/Sponsor.

RDR2

I would be interested in taking inspiration either from the main story or online mode, or ofc both. The western genre at large would act as inspiration, just like it did for R*, I just think that the map of Red Dead gives us permission to not be too historically or geographically accurate.

There are a couple of plots that could work for this idea. Here are some of my ideas.

• Our characters already know each other (i.e. lovers, members of the same gang, childhood acquaintances) and they decide to radically change their lives. Their whole world would change when comrades turn hostile and their past chases after them. Ideally, this would end up in an equivalent of John buying Beecher's Hope, but a girl can dream.
• A female mc meets the other mc and decides to use this as an opportunity to escape her old life (i.e. stifling family situation, prostitution, etc.). This will more likely be a monster of the week gang RP, but it can still be a lot of fun as we explore and could eventually turn into the situation above.
• An upstanding member of society falls into hard times and becomes a bounty hunter. (the list could really go on with variations of this)

ASOIAF/GOT

• Lyanna survives the Tower of Joy. There are several ways this could go - my preference would be for Robert and Lyanna to still marry. Still, there are other questions, like did she really love Rhaegar or just believe the prophecy? Will she still have a child by him? etc. etc.
• Our own AU/prequel set during any era. I haven't watched HotD, but I know enough from reading the books and reading up on lore. OCs would be preferable for this. AWOIAF is our best friend.
• AU GoT. We could create whatever OCs we like, fulfil whatever tropes we like and see how that affects the canon long-term. Maybe Rhaegar's daughter Rhaenys survived the war and has become a pawn in a great game, perhaps Cersei didn't have incestuous children, and there's a marriage alliance formed with the Starks, like between Sansa and Joffrey.

ATLA/LOK

• I would like to write a sympathetic prequel, perhaps we could replace Avatar Roku and Fire Lord Sozin for our own dynamic, and things could arrive at wherever the tide takes us.
• Azula's redemption? It's my opinion that the comics have done a poor job at exploring the world after Book 3. Making our own Book 4/5 would be particularly fun and definitely would lean into the Star Wars inspirations for the series. Azula is a character that mostly gets left behind as unsalvagable, which is a great shame because she is only 14 by the time the canon story ended. This gives us other opportunities for post-canon Gaang, which would be pretty fun!
• Korra Sequel. One of us would take up the mantle of the new Earth "Kingdom" Avatar, we may have to change some things from Korra's canon, or worldbuild them out to get a grasp of where we are and what the rules of the world are.

Other Fandoms:

• The 100 - basically rewrite it using the original premise, post-apocalypse, a group are sent back to earth to see it is habitable only to find out it had been inhabited all that time and a new primative culture has come about. I would want to respecify who the 100 are, so that they aren't minors.
• HTTYD - again a rewrite, vikings and dragons in a more gritty setting.
• Star Wars - basic. Jedi that survives Order 66
• Stardew Valley - again, just stealing the concept.
• Once Upon a Time - Stolen concept, storybook characters reintrepreted/stuck in the modern world.
• More, just lmk if you have any niche requests I haven't listed here.

Non-Fandom

HIFI - History is one of my great loves in life and I would be pretty confident approaching more or less any time period or location. That established, I would be especially interested in doing a story inspired by the works of Tolstoy or some AU history.

Fantasy - I really love worldbuilding, mythical creatures and silly tropes!

SoL - Comfy romances with enough of a twist that the plot keeps feeling fresh and moving forward. Perhaps this is a crime-mystery, or one of our characters is famous and is super cautious of their new relationship. The world is your oyster.

Plot 1:

After receiving an unusual commission from an infamous recluse, a painter travels to an isolated castle to create the count’s portrait. As the work progresses, the artist notices impossible details: the count never ages, never eats, and never appears in mirrors. Piece by piece, the painter uncovers the terrifying reality that the count is a vampire.

Plot 2:

Every fifty years, an isolated castle hosts a secret gathering where nobles bid for marriage alliances. A poor human noblewoman attends hoping to save her bankrupt family, only to realize the attendees are vampires selecting companions to endure immortality beside them. The ancient host, terrifying and cold, chooses her immediately, not for political reasons, but because she resembles the human lover he lost during the Black Death.
