[B&M] Track Spotted Near Port of Los Angeles, Headed North [Six Flags Discovery Kingdom]?
[Firebird] has rumoured to be purchased by [Wonderla Amusement Bangalore], the same park to buy T3 when that closed.
News came straight from the Bangalore newspaper but it’s Opposite Day and this is made up

[Steel Vengeance] at [Cedar Point] is closed for the remainder of the 2026 season
I built a browser sim of running a park for a day — would like the numbers torn apart
I write about park design from an engineering angle, and I got tired of writing "capacity has to cover attendance" as if it were obvious. So I made it something you operate: you run a park through one day and try not to lose it.
Every ride has a THRC and a train count, and trains come out of a shared pool of 18 crews that also staff the walkways, the gate and food. Running everything at full trains would be 7,750 pph, and you can't afford it. Guests route themselves around congested paths, and they pick rides by weighing how much they want it against the posted wait, so demand runs away from queues instead of piling into the most popular ride forever.
There's a parade at 16:00 that cuts the central path, breakdowns you send mechanics to, and virtual queue / fastpass / single rider / baby swap per ride.
Free, runs in the browser, no signup, no ads. It's a prototype and the balance is raw — I tuned it by feel, which makes me the worst possible judge of it.
What I'd actually like from this sub: tell me which numbers are wrong. The THRCs, the staffing ratios, how long a breakdown should take. I'd rather be corrected than stay wrong.
(Start screen opens in Spanish — there's an EN/ES toggle top right. Desktop is much better than mobile.)
