Police beating up homeless woman and stealing her stuff. MAGA community backing police and random man that put his hand on a woman

Roseburg Oregon. Roseburg Police department should be ashamed. They have no empathy or compassion and see anyone different than them as not people worthy of anything. Help me find the random man that took this as an opportunity to put his hands on a fragile suffering woman so he could feel inferior and important. Why are the cops not yelling at him for obstruction? Make it make sense

FFL Transfer?

Does anyone know a gun shop that will do an FFL transfer for a reasonable price? Did one in Eugene one time and it was $50. Appreciate any help!

Looking for a 4th of July party to attend in Roseburg

My friend and I are wildland fire paramedics in the area for work. We’re from Michigan and away from our families. We have the day off for the holiday and we’re looking for a little party to join. We can bring a dish to pass and we don’t get rowdy! Bonus points if it has a pool!

Any good places for flying RC planes?

( random picture)

I moved here from Arizona recently... 40 years in the desert was more than enough.

I've been here for a few years but I haven't found a decent field for flying RC planes. Just looking for a little strip of road concrete tarmac something flat and smooth next to an area with minimal trees or obstructions.

You could drive 20 minutes in any direction ( but North) and you would be in BLM land and able to fly without worry about someone coming out to wonder what you're doing over their fields. I live near Harvard & lookingglass Rd but willing to drive 20-30 mins

Any suggestions?

Food drive for Umpqua Basin Food Not Bombs July 4th across the street from Sherms.

This is in coordination with Indivisible Douglas County's regular Saturday protest. You can drop off food from 10am to 12pm and stay for a protest if you like.

EV Chargers

Anyone else notice that the EV chargers in the Rose St parking garage were removed? Also, the chargers at the park are powered off? I wouldn’t mind as much if they weren’t free anymore, but removing them/rendering them useless is questionable.

Roseburg ( douglas county) Voted Red In May 2026

The elections, results were insulting to the causes and solutions.
This past May election came and went.
Majority voted red, and then crickets.

Jobless stats show still losing jobs.
Homeless line the streets.
Mercy is over charging and not being transparent.
More Felony crimes, person on person and property crimes highest I have seen.
Rent continues to rise.
Home sales are now only afforded by those coming from out of state.

Its too bad one can not sue fellow voters. We are getting nothing.
Same people in office, not helping with public safety, not helping the homeless.
But sure is nice they share their plane rides as they fly over us peasants.

You voted red and wanted what? Nothing to change?
Admins this is 100% relative to the areas. As funding and housing are effected by local
policies and funding.
Larry Rich did side with Pride Month, not sure if that is genuine or just trying to hold his office
before the next election.

The whole are is ripping at the seams and those in charge, drink their ICE TEA ( PUN INTENDED)
I am in disgust how locals could fail so poorly at voting.
