Rooms for rent?

Hi folks! Got here about a week or so ago and I've been in Oregon since May.

Finally have some work lined up after a season on The Rogue, but have been struggling to find a room to rent -- is there a better resource than Nextdoor/Craigslist? Do I need to get back on Facebook?

City jobs

Does anybody here work for the city or know anybody that works for the city? I'm looking for opinions on accepting a job with the city of Roseburg.

Specifically a street maintenance job.
