My hope was to do the Springtime 10 miler next year. When i signed up, i figured, it would be the easiest shot i had to get through registration.

However, after watching Wine and Dine, Marathon Weekend and Princess registrations, I’m starting to sweat that I’ll get in.

Furthermore, I’m really starting to worry about the weather.

Here in my home state of NH we’re in the 87-90 degree weather with humidity in the 60s.

I’ve done the Castaway Cay 5K and have a ten miler this August up here, but I’m starting to think the weather may be my downfall.

I’ve done the parks in both march and September and was pretty ok. But does anyone have any comforting thoughts or wisdom to share?

It seems that the people who joined the waiting room super early (before 9:30 am) were the ones who were successful in obtaining a registration. Let's compare notes!

Which browser was successful: Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.?

What time did you join the waiting room?

Which devices did you use to register? laptop, tablet, phone

EDIT: After reading the responses, it does seem very random who was able to register and who wasn't! I knew it was going to be be twice as hard to get a spot since there are no Disneyland races, but I still had Pikachu face this morning.

Lucky enough to get into the half today for the Princess in February. I’m already thinking of attire (probably wayyy too soon, but it’s my first half marathon and I’m a little excited since it’s a huge bucket list item) and am wondering where everyone shops for their cute Disney themed running bras/shirts and leggings? I see Crowned Athletics which look great, but they’re sold out and heard they are frequently out of stock.

Approximate wait time - More than an hour.

I didn’t get into Princess weekend, but I’m thinking about trying for Springtime Surprise. I’ve only done Princess and W&D. Is Springtime Surprise fun? Is it as popular as Princess?

Me and my bf bought tickets for the half marathon in Oct, we were so excited to run together but he tore his acl recently and will probably do surgery around august, so he won't be able to run at all. We are so sad about this but still want to figure out how to use his ticket instead of going to waste. Has this ever happen to anyone? we thought about asking for a friend to run in his place, but we don't know if its possible because we're aware Disney doesn't allow us to sell or transfer, but because this is actually a medical condition maybe there is another way

My bestie pointed out to me that we just SO MUCH money today!! I guess not getting to register has a silver lining. Congratulations to all of those who scored a registration!!!! For the rest of us, we now have more time to save up for the next run!

I used two devices: Safari on my iPhone and Google Chrome on my computer, logged into the pre-queue and still didn't get a spot before everything sold out. How do you beat this system??

When they ship these things are they generally sent in a plain box or are they clearly labeled as coming from Disney? Didn’t think about it when we registered that we’ve had issues in the past with stuff that’s very clearly labeled as coming from Disney magically go missing and never get delivered and it’s only our Disney stuff it happens with and only when it’s got very obvious packaging. So hoping they send this stuff in something more plain and less obvious.

I was able to register myself and my sister-in-law for the Princess 5k this morning. Because I registered both of us, her race is appearing on my account but not hers. How do I get her race registration under her account?

The half marathon just sold out. Is there a way to get tickets after the initial sell out? Do they ever add additional registration slots?

I understand that it’s essentially a lottery and if you don’t get it you don’t get it. But what isn’t right is that some people were able to get 2 races and others got none. I know someone who got both the 5K and the half marathon. Meanwhile my wife who works nights came home from work at 8AM and stayed up another 3 hours staring at the computer only to find out she didn’t get anything.

So a few of my family members were able to get registered. They are APs, but it will be the first time they are attending marathon weekend events. I tried too but was not successful (I did it separate just incase I wasn't able to travel to Orlando). If i'm able go, can I go and watch them run? Like can people stand at the start/finish line??

Got in for the 5k and finished and paid for the registration at 1002AM (I am in Central Time). Got the email, went to my RunDisney account, and it said there was a document I needed to fill out. I pressed the link, and I got an " Oops, no race linked to account." Ran and registered again, got an email, and now I have two email registrations and no race on my RunDisney account.

Now, I am furious because I have two charges pending in my account, and Disney does not refund the money or let me transfer it to someone who might want to run.

ALL of my tabs are over one hour on all 3 devices 😅 what are the chances I’m actually waiting over an hour? This is my first time trying to sign up!

My husband registered us for some races, this is our first time. I wasn't with him and he purchased a passholder bundle for me because he thought I would like the sweater that came with it.

We are not passholders and won't be as we live out of state.

Can I still get that merch at pick up? Or will they not allow me to because I won't have proof of my pass.

I know that the runDisney account management system is TERRIBLE, but I seem to find myself in a unique situation. I have two race registrations, one for Wine and Dine 10k and one for the Princess 5k I just signed up for today. Neither registration shows up on my runDisney account when I sign in.

I emailed the runDisney support staff, they have sent me multiple emails to claim my registration (over a few weeks with the W&D 10k registration), every time I attempt this, I can see my registrations when I first claim them, and then they disappear as soon as I click on anything else on the website.

Yes, I have already verified that I am signing in with the same email that I use to sign up and to communicate with runDisney staff. I only use one email for all my Disney stuff.

Yes, I have called the support line and left multiple voicemails, no one ever calls me back.

Has anyone else experienced something like this before? It's just frustrating, I'd like to be able to see my registrations. I know I can just sign waivers at the events, I would just like to see them in my account. 😅

Edit: Forgot to mention, the runDisney email support is claiming that my registrations are linked, but I can't see them.
