I have played both 2 and 3. But got no voice acting in 1 since I played the EU version which has no voices. While I haven't played the Japaanese versions and only heard clips online, I actually like the character voices in the dub better than the original for both (especially 3, where I actually like the voices better than the Special redub (which I also haven't played) clips as well. And do at some point intens to play US version of RF to hear the dub. Anyone else like the DS game dubs and prefer them over the originals?

I have not yet got any dating realtrd requests. Though I read lot of positive things about marrued life in this game as well as having a child. I initially was going to marry whoever proposed first but lately have kind of waivered to Forte even if I feel have been marrying lot of blonde characters in similar games and would want a different type for change. Though what is it about married life and having a kid that it has such positive reception? Is the pregnancy dialogue and child growth dialogue really fleshed out or something? Or are there more events than most games?

Im almost to Spring 20, and im already 16 hours into the game. I feel like I spend each day talking to every single marriage and non marriage candidate trying to get their friendship up.

Everyone says to let the villagers do the farming for me but I feel like its faster to just water and pick crops myself. There have been days where I let the villagers do the work and when I checked on the crops late at night there were still patches that they didnt water.

I'm looking for the Nine-Tails from the storyline. Since that stupid bestiary doesn't tell you where exactly that monster resides and the internet is of no assistance at all I'm turning to you Reddit users. I need to know the exact sky island. I'm already in post game and I also fought the lv 110 counterpart

Hi, I’m hooked on rf4 after restarting (actually for the 3rd time due to learning about levelling up crops) but never mind that!

Would someone please tell me, what materials I should use to upgrade my first forged tools? I’ve looked online and it’s just so vague!

What are your go to materials to upgrade your newly forged tools once you find bronze?

Same question for weapons, please.

Please help me! This game is way more in-depth than I realised (hence the 1st and then 2nd restart as I didn’t know what I had lol).

I unlocked the trials but I got my ass handed to me. What gear do I need to withstand the onslaught? I already got the 2nd best gear but they still do a crapton of damage

Rune Factory 4 is genuinely one of my favorite games. But the difficult rng is killing the fun. I’ve been trying to do this one event FOREVER! And I can’t really progress unless I do. So much so that I keep thinking I’m missing something, BUT IM NOT! I found a day where nothing is happening and am trying to trigger the event BUT I JUST CANT!

I’m having a lot of fun with GoA and it’s got me even more excited for RF6, but I’ve been thinking of some of the newer mechanics and gameplay things I’d like to see kept and what I’d like to see go back to a more traditional RF way.

I like the way items are collected in GoA a lot, and feel like it’s more a qol improvement than a mechanic so I hope it stays, but I’m not a HUGE fan of having villagers and managing towns and not really having a “home”. I like it for this game, but I don’t really hope it returns. I also don’t like some of the friendship mechanics but I do like the party system. I wish I could just give gifts to villagers, and it’s kind of a hassle to track them down between towns. It’s not a big problem since you can warp but everyone being in one place really helps keep track of who I’ve talked to and hung out with. Speaking of, the “hang out” option is cool and I’d like to see it return.

I’m basically just rambling my thoughts as they come to me, but I want to hear everyone’s thoughts! I figured this might be a fun discussion.
