Anyone else get suspended after paying for an annual Runway subscription?
I honestly don't know what to think anymore.
Paid for an annual Runway sub about a month ago, used it a ton. As far as I know I didn't break anything - no warnings, nobody telling me to knock it off.
Then out of nowhere, suspended. No explanation, no example of what content supposedly crossed a line, nothing pointing to an actual rule. Just banned, on a paid annual plan, and left to figure it out myself.
Emailed support asking what policy I broke, what content triggered it, and for an actual human to look at the account. Still waiting.
The timing's what really gets me - Runway's apparently rolling out some big subscription changes right now, and as someone who just paid for a full year, I can't help wondering if I'm not the only one this is happening to.
Not saying there's definitely something connecting the two. But when a company suspends paid accounts and won't say why, it's hard not to wonder.
Anyone else run into this lately? Did you get your account back? Did they ever actually tell you what set it off?
