Anyone else get suspended after paying for an annual Runway subscription?

I honestly don't know what to think anymore.

Paid for an annual Runway sub about a month ago, used it a ton. As far as I know I didn't break anything - no warnings, nobody telling me to knock it off.

Then out of nowhere, suspended. No explanation, no example of what content supposedly crossed a line, nothing pointing to an actual rule. Just banned, on a paid annual plan, and left to figure it out myself.

Emailed support asking what policy I broke, what content triggered it, and for an actual human to look at the account. Still waiting.

The timing's what really gets me - Runway's apparently rolling out some big subscription changes right now, and as someone who just paid for a full year, I can't help wondering if I'm not the only one this is happening to.

Not saying there's definitely something connecting the two. But when a company suspends paid accounts and won't say why, it's hard not to wonder.

Anyone else run into this lately? Did you get your account back? Did they ever actually tell you what set it off?

Only 2 successful videos in 2 days. Everything else is "Oops, this one's on us" (Please don't delete this)

Ever since I subscribed, I only had a few days where everything worked normally. After that, it started throttling. Sometimes it would take 4 hours to generate a 15-second video. Other times, it felt like I was getting the lite version of Seedance. Then the "Oops, this one's on us" errors started appearing. I'd wait hours for a generation, only for it to fail.

Then this happened. For the past two days, I've only been able to make 2 videos. Every other result is the same "Oops" error.

Before anyone says it's my prompt, I've tried changing the prompts. I've changed just a few words. I've rewritten them completely. I've changed the images. I've tried different images. I've tried different combinations. Same result every single time. "Oops, this one's on us."

You don't understand. My time is worth more than the subscription. Your AI customer support isn't supporting much. Where is customer service? Why is every generation glitching? Who's giving me back the time I've wasted on your platform?

What's the compensation here???????

And please be fair and leave this post up. I've seen too many critical posts disappear, and paying customers should be allowed to discuss their experience openly, especially when they're trying to get answers.
