Spotted in a quiet, rural area. It's been spinning for more than 10 minutes. Went to check in the daylight and nothing is there. Has anyone seen anything similar or knows what it could be?

I saw 5-6 before filming this while walking the dog. I’ve seen many of these before but this was the best shot I’ve ever captured. This one disappears but can be faintly seen if you zoom in.
