Hi, I’m considering BTech CSE at RVU, Bengaluru and want honest info from students or anyone.
I want to apply through the normal/merit route (like RVSAT/through website, not management quota) and want to know the real total fee for 4 years, whether there are any hidden or donation-type charges, and if RVSAT is still the main admission exam.
Also, there isn’t much clear official placement data on their website, so how are the actual placements for CSE and is the college worth it overall?
So hi there
I wana know which should I choose
Nmims bcom or rv bba
Tbh idk what to choose
I WANA KNOW IF RV IS GOOD BRO FOR BBA
Like class timings the portions is good or not
Like is it easy to pass
And bro I dont want any placements
I want to know if bba is liberal Like in timings and stuff I dont want load on my head uk
Yeah I'm not actually a student of rvu , I'm just here to advertise my bookclub.
But reddit won't allow me to advertise it , unless I make a normal post first so here we go lol.
So yeah I'm creating a new Bookclub called Books & Banter (B&B).
Every month we will select a Book for everyone to read and we will then discuss it during the monthly meetup.
These Meetups will occur in central areas of Bangalore like Church street, cubbon park, Koramangala and Indiranagar.
They will usually be free but sometimes small venue charges might be charged to pay for the venue. I will not make any profit off it tho.
Anyway June's selection is the 72 page classic, 'The Metamorphosis' by Franz Kafka. We will be discussing it on 28th June, ie, this sunday at B&B's first event.
After that I was thinking we will be reading two books per month from July until January, mostly classics or popular books most would have already read, so that we can build up a solid base of readers before we shift to newer ,non classic books selected by democratic voting among the members.
The books we will be reading till January are likely :
1). Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen.
2). The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky.
3). The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera.
4). The Picture of Dorian Grey by Oscar Wilde.
5). 1984 by George Orwell.
6). Brave New World by Aldous Huxley.
7). The Shining or Salem's Lot by Stephen King.
8). The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath.
9). A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khalid Hossaini.
10). Norwegian Wood by Haruki Murakami.
11). Siddhartha by Herman Hesse.
***12).The Palace of Illusions by Chitra Banerjee ***
So yeah if anyone is interested, then lmk.
And pls do follow my insta page whose link is in the bio.
Invitation is mandatory for participation.
