Non-Negotiable thing for any SAAS Founder

I have seen that most of the founders are shy and like they cannot talk about their product. Even if they talk about their product and try to distribute them the videos and presentations looks so cheap. In coming days every SAAS founders must be able to talk openly about their product or service. People trust your product when they know who is actually behind it.

I run a SAAS app and when I started creating content and talked about my product people trusted more. I got a lot of feedbacks and improved the platform. I learned that not just meta ads and video marketing are the ways for scaling. For trust you just need to create a POV as a founder and talk about your product.

After I realised this I started looking for people who really can do great edits on tech. I taught them tech, few programming languages and invested my time teaching them about tech and AI. Currently I have around 30K+ followers around my socials and I post around 4 short form videos a month, about my product and others are educational videos.

I am looking for those SAAS founders who are really trying to scale up their content or planning to create one. I am not here for your generic gaming or fun or entertainment kind of content. I felt a gap that most of the technical founders don't know how to deliver and all. What kind of content will work and all. So for that reason I am just looking up for SAAS founders.

If you are that SAAS founder, lets connect, see what you are doing and what can be produced from your side.

{Selling} Algorithmic Software

Updated post to answer a lot of questions I’ve been receiving.

Figured I’d throw this out there and see if there’s any interest.

I’ve been running a Polymarket bot that I built over the last several months. It’s made a little over $11k this past week and around $53k over the last month.

I already know what people are going to say: “Why would you sell it if it makes that much?”

Honestly, I have a six figure buyout due at the end of September with a business partner (Moving and storage industry). I’m still keeping it and running it myself.

I’m not trying to sell 100 copies, start a course, or promise anyone they’re going to make the same amount. I’d only sell a small number of them.

For anyone seriously interested, I can show it running live, show the actual trades and results, and walk through how it works before anything is purchased. I’ll also help with setup and getting it running.

Results depend on capital deployed. I’m just being transparent about what it has done for me recently.

Software is ran on AWS Ireland. It does not matter if you’re in a region where polymarket is geo restricted. I’ve been running scripts from Oregon since last August.

Maker orders only. No taker orders.

Message me if you’re actually interested and know your way around Polymarket. I’m not posting the full strategy or code publicly. (Obviously) Feel free to look up my profile on Polymarket-https://polymarket.com/@pspspsps5

Full Setup — $2,500

Includes the bot, full installation, deployment, configuration based on your available capital, a walkthrough of how everything works, and 30 days of setup support.

Premium Setup — $5,000

Includes full deployment, custom settings, multiple setup calls, priority support, and help reviewing the bot’s performance and configuration during the first 90 days.

All options are for one user, one wallet, and one deployment. The software cannot be shared, resold, or redistributed.

Ongoing expenses are negligible. $10-$12/month for AWS. $30/month for Astril VPN to access the Poly dashboard.

These are MAKER orders only. This script does not cross the spread to take liquidity. There for, I do not pay fees on the platform. Happy to answer any other questions. If you're interested, message me. I'll show you everything running live via Google Meet or Zoom.

$12,142.27 from 61 sales.

I almost missed how big this number really is.

$12,142.27.

Not from a huge company.

Not from a massive team.

Not from millions of visitors.

Just 61 customers who believed enough in a SaaS tool to pay for it.

And the most motivating part?

The graph is moving up. 📈

When you build something from scratch, you spend months wondering:

“Will anyone actually use this?”

Then one sale comes.

Then another.

Then 10.

Then 50.

And suddenly, you're looking at $12K+ in revenue and realizing:

The thing you were building in silence is becoming a real business.

This is why I keep building.

Because you don't need everyone.

You need the right people to believe in the solution you're creating.

If you're building something right now and nobody is talking about it yet—

keep going.

Your first 10 customers may feel impossible.

Your first $1,000 may feel impossible.

Your first $10,000 may feel impossible.

Until it isn't.

Build. Improve. Listen. Ship again.

One day, you'll look back at the numbers and realize that all those nights nobody saw you working...

were not wasted. 🚀

Looking to Sell my Micro SaaS: $3K in Sales, Mostly Organic

I’m looking to sell a launched web product focused on guided manifestation practice for the Spanish-speaking LATAM market.

The product has been live for about 6 months. Almost all of the traction came from organic content, with very little paid advertising involved.

Business overview

•	Revenue: $3,000 in sales so far
•	Traffic: mostly organic, minimal paid ads
•	Payments: fully automated end-to-end, from checkout to delivery
•	Refunds: handled automatically by the checkout provider, no manual work needed
•	Customer feedback: positive, based on real buyer testimonials

What the product does
The product helps users practice a structured manifestation method, combining guided audio content, a step-by-step course, and a daily practice protocol.
Target market
The product is a good fit for:
• Wellness and spiritual coaches
• Self-help and mindfulness content creators
• Personal development agencies
• Affiliate marketers in the self-help/spirituality niche

Technology and infrastructure

Built as a PWA (progressive web app) — installs straight from the browser, no app store needed. Modern, low-maintenance stack; no server to manage.
The sale includes the full codebase, domain, database, and existing marketing assets.

Operations
The product is low-touch and mostly automated. Ongoing work is limited to occasional customer support, light maintenance, and periodic content updates.

Reason for selling
Although the business is profitable, I need cash quickly for personal reasons.
Asking price
$5,000

The price is slightly negotiable for a serious buyer who can move quickly. Crypto payment accepted.

Please contact me only if you have genuine acquisition intent — I’ll share the live link and more details directly with serious buyers.

Does anyone have or know anyone who has a SAAS that matches this criteria?

- consumer facing only
- minimum $20k MRR held consistently
- should be open to seller financing (I’m happy to put down a $100k deposit at most)
- not vibe coded slop
- at least 6 months old.

If you own a SAAS in this criteria, or if you know anyone who does, pls dm me. I’m looking for a quick purchase within the next 10 days.

Built a complete plumbing SaaS platform — selling the entire codebase + IP for $23K

I built a full vertical SaaS platform specifically for plumbing companies and I'm considering selling the entire codebase, architecture, and IP rather than taking it through a full commercial launch myself.

To be transparent: this is a pre-revenue technology acquisition, not an established SaaS business. There are currently $0 MRR and no production customers.

I recently ran a buyer-side forensic valuation of the repository, deliberately treating it as a pre-revenue software asset rather than assigning value to hypothetical revenue.

The internal valuation model came back at:

  • $23,000 USD — asking price
  • $26,500 — hypothetical maximum buyer wire
  • $28,500 — estimated technology FMV
  • $78,500 — estimated agency replacement cost

These are valuation estimates, not an external M&A appraisal.

What's built

This is a functioning multi-tenant application rather than a landing page or prototype:

  • Multi-tenant plumbing company architecture
  • Dispatcher / operations dashboard
  • Technician mobile PWA
  • Customer portal and permanent accounts
  • Customer booking
  • Dispatch and technician workflows
  • Job state management
  • Labor/time tracking
  • Parts & materials
  • Customer signatures
  • Before/after photos
  • Estimates
  • Invoicing
  • Tax engine
  • Stripe Connect
  • Stripe webhook idempotency
  • Private file storage/proxy
  • RBAC and tenant isolation
  • PostgreSQL + Prisma
  • Redis/BullMQ background processing
  • Notifications/outbox architecture

Testing

The current repository has 47 test suites / 269 automated tests passing.

I've also built a dedicated multi-tenant load/acceptance harness that creates synthetic companies, staff and customers and tests:

  • Cross-tenant IDOR attempts
  • Customer isolation
  • Staff authorization boundaries
  • Concurrent authentication/token redemption
  • Duplicate Stripe webhook delivery
  • Financial idempotency
  • Database integrity
  • Synthetic-data cleanup
  • Load and soak scenarios

The latest test runs reported zero cross-tenant leaks, zero unauthorized mutations, zero duplicate payment effects and zero test-data residue across the tested scenarios.

Obviously, passing automated tests doesn't mean "zero possible bugs forever." It means those scenarios have been explicitly tested and passed.

What the buyer would actually need to configure

The purchaser would use their own production accounts/credentials for services such as:

  • Stripe Connect
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • S3/R2
  • Resend
  • Twilio
  • Sentry

The technician application is a mobile-optimized PWA, not native iOS/Android apps.

Why I'm selling

I think the technology is far enough along that someone with an existing plumbing/HVAC/field-service distribution channel could get considerably more value from it than I will by continuing to build infrastructure.

I'm more interested in finding someone who can actually commercialize it than trying to maximize the last dollar of the sale.

Asking: $23,000 USD for the complete software asset + IP, subject to a proper asset purchase/IP assignment agreement.

Serious buyers can conduct repository-level technical due diligence before closing.

If you're building in field service, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or vertical SaaS, I'd genuinely be interested in hearing what you think this is worth.

Looking to acquire small, profitable SaaS products ($5K–30K range) — happy to talk if you're thinking of exiting

Hey all,

I work with a small acquisitions team that buys bootstrapped SaaS products in the $5K–30K range — the kind of thing that's too small for most brokers or PE funds to bother with, but too big to just let sit if you've lost interest or moved on to something else.

If you've got a SaaS product that:

  • Has some paying customers (even a handful) or steady MRR
  • Doesn't need you actively building/growing it anymore
  • You've mentally "checked out" of, or just don't have bandwidth for

...we'd genuinely love to talk. No obligation, no pressure — just a conversation about the product, what it's doing, and whether a sale makes sense for you.

We move fast, keep things simple (no drawn-out due diligence circus for deals this size), and we're not looking to lowball — just a fair number for something you built and want to hand off cleanly.

Drop a comment or DM me with a quick rundown (what it does, MRR/revenue if any, why you're considering selling) and I'll get back to you personally.

Global healthcare startup website for sale

Around a year ago I had this really great Idea that had a big potential at succeeding. It was about making a website that connects every doctor from around the world to every patient around the world making much easier to contact a really good doctor from your home without paying a lot of travelling expenses.

But I didn't have quite a plan for it which ended up making the website just another project laying on my pc. So, I thought of selling for someone that will take much better care for it thane me and expand the idea in the future.

Here what the website offers:

-A simple UI for the Patients and the Doctors

-A dashboard for the patients healthcare info

-A world-wide appointment booking system

-Commission system for Website and Doctor revenue

-Medicine lookup category

-Pharmacy lookup category

-Online social media category only for Doctors to post on to share their portfolio and researches with the patients or other Doctors

-Doctor lookup category

-Doctor check-up system on login to ensure the patients safety

-Chatting system for connecting the doctor with the patient via text messages, voice calls, and video calls

And that well be it.

But there are some simple issues. I never had a server for the website so it's missing some simple backend connections but it's supposed to be easy to setup.

If you are interested in buying it or wanna have some more info feel free to DM me or leave a comment.

A Working Startup Up for Acquisition.

→ 900+ creators

→ ₹2.5L+ in creator sales

It’s a working business with real users and transactions, not an idea, MVP, or pitch deck.

I’m looking for a serious buyer who can take it to the next level with better distribution and growth.

After 1200 registered users we are selling our platform

Okay, i have been working on this platform for a while: me, the marketing co-founder, 22, and a technical co-founder, 19. The platform is a unique and growing asset that makes you want to stay on it, but we are not at a point where we can actually support that anymore, given our young age and educational life (i have my final year in this new educational year, engineering degree) and even financial one (since we both are working on this as a side project)

The platform has potential as an advertising business model, similar to Product Hunt, Reddit, Facebook, etc. But there's something that it does better than any advertising platform: it does not just provide vague clicks or impressions; it provides users/testers. when they advertise, the advertiser will get testers AND feedback. that's already 10x more valuable than any other advertising platform.

We have had 1200 registered users but am not much good at retention, as i suck at that. I am and have always worked at conversions, but retention? that's my weak spot. we have not even tried to email them since we were already busy working on other things. So retention is indeed our main problem, and I wanted to be transparent about it before anyone wastes his and my time DMing.

we have had revenue proving the will of the users to pay even at this early stage.

if you are interested, please do comment or DMAfter

Looking to Sell my AI SaaS: $1.8K revenue in 3.5 months, <$45/month in costs

I’m looking to sell a launched AI SaaS focused on X/Twitter growth, content creation, engagement, and lead generation.

The product has been live for approximately 3.5 months and has generated revenue with very limited marketing, no paid advertising, and minimal ongoing maintenance.

Business overview

  • Revenue: $1,800 in the first 3.5 months
  • Revenue model: Lifetime deals
  • Current recurring revenue: None yet
  • Profit margin: Approximately 92%
  • Monthly operating costs: Under $45/month, potentially reducible to $0
  • Website traffic: Approximately 1,500 visitors in the last 3 months
  • Average order value: $80–$100
  • Refunds: None so far
  • Customer feedback: Overwhelmingly positive

What the product does

The software is an AI-powered X growth and lead-generation tool that helps users:

  • Generate contextual AI replies
  • Create original posts
  • Train custom writing styles
  • Monitor keywords and conversations
  • Track target accounts with watchlists
  • Draft outreach and direct messages
  • Automate parts of their organic growth workflow
  • Use their own preferred AI provider and model

The product uses a BYOK model, meaning customers connect their own AI provider and pay their own AI usage costs. This keeps infrastructure and operating expenses very low for the owner.

Target market

The product is suitable for:

  • Founders
  • Creators
  • Agencies
  • Developers
  • Digital marketers
  • Lead-generation professionals
  • Local SEO providers
  • Sales and outreach teams
  • Personal brands
  • Growth consultants

Technology and infrastructure

  • Website: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
  • Browser extension: TypeScript and Tailwind CSS
  • Hosting: Cloudflare
  • Payments: Dodo Payments
  • Email: Resend
  • Analytics: Umami
  • Domain management: Spaceship
  • Account-based licensing system
  • Custom-built affiliate platform using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Resend

The sale also includes access to up to $10,000 in Cloudflare credits, subject to transfer eligibility and any applicable expiration or account restrictions.

Growth opportunity

The product has received very little promotion so far:

  • No paid advertising
  • No major SEO campaign
  • No large affiliate program
  • Only a few Facebook group affiliate partnerships

A buyer with experience in SaaS marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, affiliates, partnerships, or X growth could potentially scale the business significantly.

There is also a recently established revenue-share partnership with an established distribution platform. I’m not naming the platform publicly, but relevant details can be shared with serious buyers during due diligence.

The current lifetime-deal model could also be transitioned into a recurring subscription SaaS model.

Operations

The product is currently low-touch and mostly automated. Ongoing work mainly consists of occasional customer support, maintenance, and periodic product updates.

Reason for selling

I need the capital now because of a family emergency.

Asking price

$6,000

The price is slightly negotiable for a serious buyer who can move quickly.

Please contact me only if you have genuine acquisition intent. I’m happy to provide additional information, revenue evidence, analytics, product access, and technical details during a serious due-diligence process.
