Memories from the 1994 World Cup

NanoWar - 2023 - Dislike To False Metal - Pasadena 1994 [feat Joakim]

Pasadena 1994

Last fight of the heroes sent to war

Pasadena 1994 for the glory

Eleven soldiers marching

Under the sun on fields of green

It's their last battle, death or victory

Against the odds and all the bets

Bookmakers say there is no chance

Carioca's win outnumbers two to one

And Captain Baresi leads bravely the last line of defence (immortal)

While Roberto Baggio is ready to fire on Taffarel

Pasadena 1994

Last fight of the heroes sеnt to war

Pasadena 1994 for the glory

Pasadena 1994

First half is ovеr and no score

Pasadena 1994 for the FIFA World Cup

36 degrees of fire

70% of humidity

Castel Sant'Angelo sets a jumbo screen

Their nation stands behind them

Catenaccio dignified

To defend the honour of the FIGC

Romario and Bebeto are neutralized by the Italian offside trap (Maldini)

While general Sacchi displaces his troops for the final stand

Pasadena 1994

Last fight of the heroes sent to war

Pasadena 1994 for the glory

Pasadena 1994

Second half is over, still a draw

Pasadena 1994 for the FIFA World Cup

Baresi shot towards Japan like a North Korean warhead

Albertini lights up the crowd as napalm in Vietnam

Evani quickly outflanks the Maginot line of Taffarel

Massaro got pushed back like the Entente in Gallipoli

Baggio's charge collapses, it's the Italian Waterloo

Pasadena 1994

Last fight of the heroes sent to war

Pasadena 1994 for the glory

Pasadena 1994

The battle is lost and the hope is gone

Pasadena 1994 for the glory

Pasadena 1994

Their memory lives forevermore

Pasadena 1994 for the glory

For the second place

The divine ponytail waves on

Sabaton Song Tournament Day 48 (Group F, Match 8): Winged Hussars vs Sarajevo! Who will win?

Karolinens Bön won in Day 47, moving on to the next round!

(Fun fact: At some point during Day 47, these songs were only one vote apart, but Karolinens Bön eventually pulled further ahead)

Looks like they fixed the shirt?

Seems like they fixed the US flag to be correct. The first image is the new one and the second image is the original image posted.

What Does “Allies Have No Allies” Mean in A Tiger Among Dragons

I am not trying to be a hater, I just want an answer for this question.

I was listening to the song recently, and I noticed the line “Allies have no Allies” this would make sense if Lu Bu was a kind person to everyone around him even if they betrayed, like “good sportsmanship.” But Lu Bu was literally known for betraying his allies. The line does not make sense imo.

Yeah…got to see the actual aircraft that helped kick off “Nuclear Attack” by Sabaton on July 4th.

I love going into the "back in control" lyric video and seeing all the crying Argentines in the comments and the British making quick comebacks

I heard a different word in "The Price of a Mile" and now a line feels a bit empty

Ya'll please tell me if I'm overthinking or overanalysing, but I was just listening to the song, when I glanced over and read "Thousands of feet march to the beat" and I immediately realised that I'd been hearing it as "Thousand soft feet march to the beat".

Not only do I feel a bit dumb cuz I've been a fan for 7 years, but that particular line feels lacking now.

To me when I hear it as "Thousand soft feet" I get a feeling of closeness. Like it's a lot easier to imagine a thousand men rather than thousands. Then I also get an image of youthfulness to these faceless soldiers I'm imagining. The word "soft" has been used in context of unprepardness and innocence (compared to calloused or rough which give an image of experience), so it just hits harder to imagine these soldiers as being unprepared and innocent like they probably were, at least those who hadn't heard war stories from their fathers or grandfathers.

Has anyone else ever thought about this or misheard the lyric like I have? Am I fr just overthinking this?

Why do people say that sabaton promotes Nazism?

They stated that they're non political band, and they even make anti nazi type songs

Got Chris's pick

Not me per se, but my friend did and gave it to me. Got it at Resurrection Fest 2026. Left my voice on the field and left slightly saddened by their (what seems to be) AI visuals (not all, but a decent amount of them), but enjoyable over all.

Last night in Barcelona was amazing

Have you noticed the difference in the crowd's reaction between the long-established, classic bands and Sabaton? It’s all young people, and the atmosphere is way more energetic than with the old legends.

Opinions, please

How do you rate their first (and exclusive) songs: Father for Weapons Of The Modern Age, and The First Solider from Heroes Of The Great War?
