I would like to share my experience in applying for loan.

I was denied personal loans by multiple banks, maybe due to low credit or I don't have an account/CC with them. Ayoko rin ng OLA and mas preferred ko ang actual bank.

Aware na ko sa CTBC bank dahil sa reddit but never tried applying there, since I don't have an account with them and may posts here sa reddit about being ghosted. Pero since I desperately need it, I tried looking for other contact with CTBC here sa reddit na walang not so good reviews, then I saw a post about Ms. Riza. I lost the post but it is someone also sharing their experience.

Of course may doubt, but I reached out pa rin through viber, wala naman mawawala basta alert lang lagi for any red flags sa pakikipag communicate to anyone. Quick response siya and very helpful sa mga needs. She helped me to expedite the process. And luckily, na-approve ako. No other conflicts, except sa error encountered sa online banking.

Timeline:

June 22 (Mon) - Saw the reddit post and reached out via Viber.

- Sent the required documents via email to CTBC

June 23 (Tue) - Ms. Riza informed me na for CI na.

June 24 (Wed) - Had the CI call.

June 25 (Thurs) - Informed na approved and she explained the details (interest rate, tax, how to claim, etc.)

June 26 (Fri) - Nagpunta na ko sa nearest CTBC branch sakin. Opened an account with them. Claimed the loan.

Hindi ko na iisa-isahin yung timeline, pero this is how Ms. Jera helped me throughout the application process:
- Hands on siya since the start of application until approval.
- May inasikaso pa siyang endorsement ko kasi may something sa account ko, which I really aappreciate.
- Hindi nagkulang sa reminders and tips para smooth lng ang process.
