This is going to be my first ever leather jacket and I'd appreciate any advice, feedback or constructive criticism.
I'm 6 '1 - 220 lbs with a muscular build (17.5 inches arms). I tried Schott 530 in XL and I think it fits me well. I tried the L size and it definitely felt too snug especially around my shoulders and chest. Here's the pics in 530 XL.

Always wanted a real Schott jacket! I found this 141 Cafe Racer in my exact size on Facebook for $500 CAD, it was in mint condition too. The seller was super friendly, we ended up chatting it up for a while after I bought it - gotta love Facebook. What do you think? Good deal?
Bought a barely used L Schott 546 from u/DrRobot1222; how is my fit looking? A bit long in the sleeve perhaps, but those should pull up a little over time and I can take it in if need be. Feels really good other than that. The first 3 photos are with my T-shirt, the next 4 over a wool sweater.
Just received this Schott Jacket. It’s Sheepskin and Wool.
I bought it today, and just out of curiosity I was wondering what model it was. I think it’s an older model, as there isn’t any that 100% matches on the website. Thanks!
Just got this jacket from EBay it is a Schott 618. The fit is great but I just now realized that the previous owner cut the epaulettes off the jacket. I don’t know why someone would ruin a perfectly good jacket but here we are.
They never mentioned it in the description and never took pictures of the issue. With that being said the condition of the jacket is excellent and it fits very well so I think I’m going to reach out to Schott and see if they can add new epaulettes to the jacket.
I’ll definitely make sure to look closer at the pictures next time I take the blame for it but just can’t believe it was never mentioned.
I know everyone has their preferences, but I think that if you don’t like something that much you feel the need to cut off from your jacket, pick a different style. There are some many to options to choose from. I know they make biker jackets without epaulettes from other brands, I just honestly don’t get it.
If Schott can’t do it anyone else have any other recommendations that would be great if you have done this same repair before and might know what a quote for something like this would be thanks!
It’s really stiff. I chose my regular suit size and could barely get it on, but people say it stretches?

Hey everyone! Just picked up this vintage Schott 115 in size 42 for €255 with shipping included. It seems to be in really great condition overall. Im just entering the leather jacket world and i would love to hear your opinions on this one. I think is a little rarer than the usual 618. Honest thoughts about the price on this one?
And another question:Do you think it's better to grab an old-school 80s Schott than a brand new leather jacket today for the same price? In terms of leather quality, durability… Your responses are appreciated!! Thanks very much
