July 7th Tame Impala Concet Tampa Tickets

Hi, i bought tame impala tickets a month or so ago. Still haven't received them for Tuesday night's concert.

Seatgeek AI support is telling me to wait until tomorrow to receive them.

If I call the support line can they nudge my seller? Im debating to just buy through ticketmaster instead. I have to travel for this concert so im worried :/

When can I reach out for a refund realistically?

I dont want to double buy the tickets...

it’s already been past a week since the event i was supposed to attend and got sold
fake tickets too even tho seatgeek confirmed they were legitimate … and i’ve yet to hear anything back or receive a refund , it’s literally like they’re ignoring me😭 their customer support sucks … they have to investigate but i’m like you have proof of me
never getting into the event and proof of me being scammed … like hello ??? i would not recommend purchasing tickets from here for a ticket master event !!!

I got 2 GA tickets off of SeatGeek and I got a securemypass link that shows a barcode and I can’t add it to my Apple wallet. I’m sussed out and scared, has anyone had bad luck with this?

I've never purchased from Seatgeek and have previously only purchased resale tickets from TickPick, which has never failed me with their instant transfers. I noticed that the majority of listings on Seatgeek are not instant delivery, and for some reason, have up until the day before the concert to deliver them. I was just hoping for some insight--does this look legit or should I just spare the worry and buy verified resale from Ticketmaster?

Tame Impala - Seatgeek

Help! I bought 2 GA FLOOR tickets for tame impala through seatgeek and I’ve been told (numerous times) that tame impala has banned any ticket entry for tickets outside of Ticketmaster. Was wondering if anyone has had a similar situation happen to them. I’ve emailed seat geek and am waiting for response.

Trying to sell BTS tickets, but seatgeek says not eligible for resale.

I bought tickets to BTS in Baltimore- wish I didn't now as the whole situation with Seatgeek had been awful, but I am unable to make the concert and am trying to sell them and just get my money back. I followed the prompts, but my tickets say unavailable for resale- is it just because they're BTS tickets? I saw they said some tickets just aren't available for resale but that's bull imo. I'm basically trying to figure out if they're not eligible because the codes haven't gone out yet or if its just bc of the group. I've never used Seatgeek & never resold tickets before so really hoping someone can help! I did call Seatgeek support a while ago, but they were no help- the guy on the phone literally ignored my whole comment on how they said they were ineligible to resell so awful support too.

Bought FIFA World Cup tickets on SeatGeek. Seller botched the transfer. SeatGeek denied the refund anyway.

Never use SeatGeek for an event you can't afford to miss. They advertise a Buyer Guarantee, but in my experience they refused to honor it when my tickets weren't properly delivered in time for the event.

I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before buying tickets through SeatGeek.

Here's what happened:

  • I purchased tickets through SeatGeek at 12:54 PM for the Norway vs. Iraq FIFA World Cup match.
  • At 1:10 PM, I received an email from SeatGeek (not FIFA) stating that my tickets were ready and that I needed to accept them in the FIFA World Cup ticket app.
  • I immediately logged into the correct FIFA account using the same email address associated with my purchase.
  • There were no tickets waiting for me in the app or on the FIFA ticket website.
  • I immediately contacted SeatGeek support. While I was on hold with their phone support for 70 minutes (before the call ultimately disconnected), I simultaneously worked with their chat support. Over the course of more than two hours, the chat representative repeatedly contacted the seller and tried to resolve the issue.
  • Eventually, the seller resent the ticket transfer.
  • The second transfer worked immediately.

That tells me the original transfer had not been completed correctly by the seller. Once the seller resent the transfer, the tickets appeared instantly.

The sequence of events is what I find most troubling. Had I simply not contacted SeatGeek, the tickets likely never would have been delivered because the seller's original transfer had not been completed correctly. Instead, I did exactly what a buyer is supposed to do: I contacted support immediately and spent more than two hours working with SeatGeek to salvage the situation. By the time the seller finally resent the transfer, it was around 3:30 PM—too late for me to catch the last train that would have gotten me to the match. Ironically, my effort to resolve the seller's mistake appears to have left me in a worse position than if I had done nothing at all.

I requested a refund under SeatGeek's Buyer Guarantee because the tickets were not properly delivered in time for me to use them.

SeatGeek acknowledged the issue, opened an investigation, and spent more than a week reviewing my case. In the end, they denied my refund request, stating only that "all sales are final."

My takeaway is simple: if a seller fails to properly transfer tickets, support has to intervene for hours to fix it, and the buyer still misses the event, I don't know what value the Buyer Guarantee actually provides.

SeatGeek won't pay me after I sold my ticket. Has anyone resolved this?

I'm hoping someone has experienced this and can tell me how it ended.

I bought a ticket through SeatGeek and later resold it on the same platform because I couldn't attend the event. The ticket sold successfully, so I expected to receive my payout after the event.

When I tried to verify my payout, SeatGeek told me that only US sellers with a valid SSN or Canadian sellers can receive payouts. This was never made clear to me during the selling process. If I wasn't eligible to receive a payout, why was I allowed to list and sell the ticket in the first place?

I contacted support multiple times. They "escalated my case", but they simply referred me back to their terms and conditions.

I then updated the payout information using my sister's verified US bank account and her valid SSN. I uploaded the documents they requested. Their system rejected her US visa, even though support said it was an acceptable form of ID. I then uploaded her passport, and the verification screen appeared to accept it, but shortly afterward I received an email saying the verification failed.

Support hasn't been able to explain why this keeps happening, and I still haven't received my payout.

I'll update this post if anything changes.

Options for refund issue

I originally bought 2 tickets for the 8pm, June 28 Kayne concert. 24hrs before the show, the support team emails me saying that the seller wasn’t able to deliver the tickets I chose. They offered me either a full refund or upgraded seats, and I told him I wanted the refund. He acknowledged that I wanted the refund but when I asked if any action was needed for me to receive the refund, he stops responding entirely.

Instead of waiting for them to solve this, I bought new tickets on a different website on June 28. I only bought new tickets elsewhere because I was directly told via email and voicemail that I wouldn’t be getting my original tickets from seatgeek.

Literally, only 4hours before the show, they somehow send me my original tickets that I was told weren’t available. The email asked me to view and accept the tickets which I did not do since it was too late.

I then went on their website with ai chat box which was giving mixed messages about how I should be entitled to get refund but I may not get it because the tickets were technically still delivered. It said that it would escalate the issue. Ultimately, the chat conversation was useless.

Around 3hours before the show, I call the support line and explain. The guy on the phone asks me to send a picture of my new tickets that I purchased on my own. He says they’ll be doing an investigation into it further and he’ll give me an email update about the refund later in the night. He said nothing else should be needed on my part at the time. Never heard from him again.

It does say a refund may come within some business days, but I just want some clarity on what the actual status is. Idk whether to truly expect it since no one ever responds after the initial conversations. And then they may try to act like I waited too long or something.

I’m going to try to speak with a supervisor or something today, but are there any recommendations for what I can or should do here?

(I had never bought with seatgeek before and never will again as a result of this.) there was option to add flair sorry.

World Cup Tickets for Spain vs Austria July 02 2026 question

Bought these tickets in April 10 via seat geek but still have not received tickets when the match is in two days. Anyone else experience similar situation for this match? I don’t want a refund because my family traveled from out of the country to attend.

I bought two other previous World Cup games via seat geek and there were no issues and got my tickets. I emailed their support team and they said that the seller is supposed to transfer the tickets by July 1st which is nice day before the match. Any recommendations? Thank you!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY

I purchased a ticket to a concert yesterday in September of 2025 - 10 months ago. u/SeatGeek says you will have your ticket at least one day before the concert. I did not receive my ticket the day before, so I began to attempt to contact their support team. They ensured me that the ticket would be transferred to me before the event, that sometimes you may not get the tickets until the day of.

By the morning of the concert, I still did not have access to my ticket after driving 8 hours to the concert destination and paying for accommodations, so I began the support process again as soon as their support hours started, at 8AM my time. I spent 12 hours trying to gain access to my ticket to no avail. The support chat was insanely unhelpful, I actually got more answers from the initial AI chat bot than the actual human support employee. 3 hours before the concert I called their support line to try to get any information about my ticket, and I was met with the same type of communication. Not only were they not helpful, they called me the wrong name several times. They also told me they would 'make sure I was at the concert tonight.' They claimed they were going to contact the seller and call me back, they never called me back. I called back an hour before the show and was on hold for two hours.

Support chat never responded to me, I received no information or solution, I was not offered replacement tickets or a refund, I was just left there to deal with it after missing a highly anticipated AND EXPENSIVE event. After the two hour hold, I was put into contact with another support team member who finally was actually able to give me information on the situation. The only offer I received in form of a refund was an offer to refund only the ticket price, no extra fees, and a 20% discount on my next purchase. They have a 'Ticket Guarantee' where they claim every ticket is protected: "Have your tickets in hand before you get there. Get support when you need it most." I did not receive ANY support, and I did not have my ticket in hand at all, and was not given the opportunity to get a replacement ticket, as they only replace tickets for the same day event. Everyone should avoid purchasing tickets through this company.

Seatgeek World Cup Tickets

Early this afternoon I found the cheapest tickets so far for the Norway v Ivory Coast match in Dallas.

I was so hesitant because of all the horror stories around stubhub and seatgeek but when ahead and purchased them anyways.

Took only 30 minutes from the first email till I had them in the FIFA app.

I think the success comes from buying closer to the event instead of months ahead since a lot of these resellers don't have the tickets in hand unless its Seatgeek's event.

Frustrating experience with SeatGeek support,, anyone else relate?😭

I can’t access my Ariana Grande ticket for 6/30 at all and the support is HORRIBLE and can’t seem to help me properly

My friend had an extra ticket to see Ariana and she sent me it through a link with seat geek around almost a year ago, she bought it off a different site, ticket master I believe. I made an account with Seat Geek and claimed the ticket and everything was fine until last week when I was randomly logged out of my account and I wasn’t able to log back in at all :(

I tried everything- when I clicked reset password no instructions for it sent and the magic link to login with my email only left me stuck on the loading screen and would never work. After too many attempts my account is now permanently locked. After finally finding the seatgeek support phone number, they kept saying they’ll just escalate the situation to see what they can do and they’ll send me a follow up email which they never did. After 2 calls they told me they cannot unlock my account but they can transfer my Ari ticket to a new account. I made the new account while on the phone with them and they confirmed it and everything saying they’ll transfer the ticket to my new account and give me a follow up email. Today I call and a new representative told me they can’t transfer my ticket over and they’ll just escalate the situation again. Each time I call they just say they’ll escalate it and won’t help me further and never send me follow up emails as promised either

:( My event is tomorrow and at this point I don’t think i’ll be able to access my concert ticket and im just wasting my time talking to support ..I paid over $100 to be able to get this ticket and go with my friends and now my time and money is wasted because no one can help me.

Securemypass not being accepted at venues?

Hi, I am noticing multiple social media posts about Ariana grande’s tour and how the venues are not accepting securemypass as a valid ticket for this tour. There’s a few people who said they’ve been denied entry to moody center because they had a securemypass ticket.

I’m really concerned because I bought a ticket to Ariana’s Brooklyn show at Barclays and received a securemypass ticket. Someone who was denied entry said that SeatGeek was horrible with to deal with and did not provide them with replacement tickets and is delaying their refund for at least a week. I spent almost $2K on this ticket so I absolutely need this refunded if I am denied entry.

Has anyone had experience using securemypass specifically at the Barclays center in Brooklyn or getting refunded by SeatGeek for denied entry?

How to resell my non-transferable tickets ?

I bought tickets from SeatGeek for the R32 match in Kansas city hoping Portugal will play there but it'll be Colombia vs Ghana, and I'm not really interested in that game anymore. I'm not the owner of the ticket either, so I cannot resell it on the fifa website, can't list it on SeatGeek, what options do I have ?

Very bad #experience with SeatGeek

4 months ago I purchased two tickets on SeatGeek for a World Cup for a match taking place today in about 10 hours! and they have failed to provide me with tickets or honor their Purchase Guarantee that states the customer will receive similar or better tickets.
Spent 2 hours on the phone with them last night! Emailed them multiple times! And they have failed to resolved the issue.
I will never purchase another ticket with them and will be filing a complaint with my credit card company, better business bureau, and contact our state senator.
