You guys know simpleenergy recently acquired a huge amount of investment do they plan to launch gen 3 in next year q1

Hello all I want to go for a light weight scooter for a daily commute in Goa I am so confused about the Simple one wave 3.7 vs Chetak 3.5 kWh as the service center is a major need as Ola scam had made it stop selling in Goa completely so need something reliable

Charges for 15 min and gives system error. And every 5 second the charger fan keeps on and off/basically interrupting. Tried changing to direct line from meter a bigger socket With 32A mcb. Also tried in neighbours house where he charges his ather, and also in bolt charger socket same issue.,

But charging fine at service centre.

This is happening mostly after 2.0.2 update. If anyone can get any help. It would be great help. They are saying it's first time, they are seeing such issue
