1.4 Jet engines Lox Afterburner Issues

Anyone else having issues getting the new jet engine lox afterburner feature to cooperate? I understand its for space planes, but jeeze. I strap on the jet fuel. strap on the oxygen. Crank up the throttle and boom, the jet that normally flies evenly with normal afterburners, flips out of control. The only configuration where the craft flies straight with the lox is if I put the engine out in front like a damn pod racer. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

How do you balance a sub so it isn’t front or rear heavy while using it?

Having a hard time balancing a sub. Seems like a mass shifter is needed to do this. Is there a way to build one?

my rocket keeps snapping at my custom launch pad

i was just testing out my recreation of the Launch Site of Starbase until my rocket keeps snapping every time it loads in, this has actually been a problem for me for a really long time now and I've solved it with some solutions but this time i can't find any.

so please! if there's anyone who knows how to fix this or who's an expert on making custom launch pads or anything! please help me!

also my build only has one interstage attached to the rocket that connects it to the pad!

My first SSTO

This is basically a small SSTO designed to carry small satellites or payloads into orbit.

Thanks to the developers for bringing the Configuration Switch option. It’s something I once wished the game would have, and now it’s finally here!

Boy, if you think starship is big check mine out

So I’ve been developing a fully reusable ship for a year and a half and I tried to scale it to or around the size of starship. I started realizing I fucked up MONTHS into the project and it was WAYYYYY BIGGER than it should’ve been …so instead of restarting…I just went with it and never batted an eye and after finally comparing the sizes I bring to you “Andromeda” (starship on the left, mine in the right, human for scale dead center). Now I’ve moved on to tweaking the automatic flight control and vizzy scripts which I’m bad at but it flies and lands like a charm with a lil manual intervention

I expanded my Luna base a bit, what module should I add next?

The base now has a total of 3 modules, 1 module transportation vehicle, 1 large rover (4 crew capacity), an unmanned rover, and 4 small crew rovers (2 crew capacity each).

What do y'all think?

This is my Aurore-9 rocket. A fully reusable four stage rocket. Yes you heard that right. Four stages. I took a look at the 2016 Long March 9 design and said, "Ooh, this looks like a nice silhouette to yoink." I still have yet to post it on the website.

How do I do the Explorer Mission?

Just started this game and can't for the life of me figure this out. I don't have much tech, just the first liquid engines and solid boosters.

The mission is to put a probe in Brigos orbit, but the thing (including needed fairing) weighs 250kg. The contract pays 450k. Nothing I built for that money gets me anywhere near Brigo, sometimes not even in drools orbit lol

Any help? Some general building guidelines maybe for how big the fuel tanks should be for example. The liquid engines (and all settings increasing thrust) are as big as they can get and Im just barely at 1.0 TWR especially in second stage. Can't get above 5km/s delta v

  • wooow, 1/8 Brigo;
  • 5/8’s of Brigo;
  • Brigo and Droo are visible from here;
  • what is up with this massive crater on here dud?;
  • Holy [cungadero] what a crater;
  • wow;
  • full moon droo, or something;
  • all out of fuel ig;
  • brace for impact leg cameras;
  • i can see the shadow of my million dollar machine going to waste;

• first crash, most legs lost, 2/4 battery packs destroyed, most of our downwards velocity’s been converted to lateral velocity, where going really fast sideways;

LEGO2GO

LEGO2GO

A completely serious rocket built from completely serious LEGO™.

Designed for absolutely no important mission whatsoever, this rocket is a simple and slightly questionable launch vehicle made purely for fun.

GLOW UP | Juno: New Origins 1.4

The last couple years we've been working really hard on SimplePlanes 2, it was time to deliver on the years old promise, but why keep it at that? 1.4 is our biggest update since 1.0, there's so much to cover, and what a better way to start than with the amazing trailer made by @DeepSpaceIndustriesLOL

You can find all the new features, tweaks and fixes for the update in the release post:

My first ever flight on this game

I call her: “Cozmoz” :> it’s a simple orbit capable rocket, can fit up to 2 people;

it’s first stage can already achieve orbit alone, the second stage only really raises Cozmoz’s orbit up to 200 KM;

it even has a “Docking module” (img 8) equipped with a docking port (obviously) it’s own solar panel and a camera attached to stick (the stick in question is a battery tank);

i guess it’s pretty good for a first rocket in this game :>

Help my interstage keeps breaking

So I’ve been building a starship. But the interstage between the Starship and the Superheavy keeps breaking when I try to move the rocket, what do I do?
