Reminder-Buy All Your Add-Ons Once

I went to Discovery Kingdom in 2025 and got a gold pass and an all season dining pass last year for 2026. I wanted to use my Six Flags gift card to purchase the all-season drink pass, but the season pass desk and the drink stalls didn’t actually understand how to sell the all season drink pass.

I purchased an all-season fast pass through the app after the fact, so figured I could do the same as the drink pass. It turns out that purchasing a drink pass provides a voucher you must redeem at your home park. I live in NYS, and am not making it back to SF.

I tried to purchase a drink pass when I went to King’s Dominion, and succeeded, but it doesn’t show in my app, or in half the drink stalls.

I gave SF $80 for 2 drink passes that I cannot use, but I was able to purchase other add-ons through the app and use them. I now will have to pay Six Flags $20 per day every single time I visit if I want drinks since I plan on going to Magic Mountain, Six Flags great America, Canada’s Wonderland, Cedar point, Kings Island, often over 2 days each, this will add up to over $220 more. $300 for drinks that should’ve been $40.

Do not be like me. Purchase everything at once because Six Flags apparently cannot sell you things through the app correctly or cannot understand how to sell stuff in the park, and do not make your home park one that is not in your state.

Questions for Visiting SFGA

Hello all! Came all the way over from Singapore to NYC and thinking of visiting Great Adventure this Friday.

Was hoping to clear up a few things

  1. How were the crowds the past few days? Should I buy a flash pass?

  2. I'm taking the bus to Freehold then a Uber from there to the park, there and back, is it easy finding one in the area?

  3. How reliable is the bus generally? Does it arrive on time, or earlier, or later..

  4. I'm really torn on when to leave the park, there's an opera I would like to see that plays 730pm in the Met Opera. Theoretically that means I'd have to leave the park at around 4pm. Would 5+ hours be enough to enjoy the park or should I just stay till 9pm and skip the opera?

Confused on Season Pass Pricing

I am on the east cost. If I’m not mistaken, Six Flags and Dorney Park are owned by the same company now. Why is it that Six Flags Gold pass is $89 but Dorney Parks Gold pass is $105?

Does it matter which gold I buy as they both have access to all east cost parks?

*edited to change gold membership to gold pass because someone was being difficult.

Is Six Flags Georgia Closed or Sold Out June 13?

Has anyone heard of anything that’s happening? It’s the only date in June grayed out on Six Flag’s website, but I can’t find anything online about it. You can buy tickets for that date through third parties (like Tiqet) but I’m afraid it won’t go through or something if this whole date is grayed out.

Fast lane at enchanted parks

I'm planning a coaster trip to Missouri and tried purchasing some fast lane passes for Six flags St. Louis, but can't find anyway to do this on the Six Flags app or the new enchanted parks website. Tried to do this for worlds of fun and it was the same thing error message in the app and no info on the website. Does anyone know anyway to purchase fast lane at these new enchanted parks locations? Home park is sold out of all season fast lane add on so can't do that unfortunately.

Is this prestige pass plan going to work?

I’m going to Six Flags Great America in Illinois in a few weeks and I am paying for 8 people (a bunch of kids for my daughter’s birthday). So I was thinking I would get the prestige pass for my daughter, use the 2 free bring a friend passes and then purchase 5 of the discounted bring a friend passes.

It looks like in order to buy the bring a friend passes online, I need to have the prestige pass already..? Like I need a membership code maybe… So I’ll need to do one transaction with just the prestige pass, and then I’ll get the code by email and then I can do another transaction for the paid bring a friend passes? I was hoping to purchase as much as I can in advance. Or does the prestige pass need to be activated in person at the park before I can buy the bring a friend passes?

Her toddler sister is coming. Is there any chance we can take advantage of the free preschool pass? I wasn’t sure since it said it had to be activated in person by the end of May, but we’re not going until mid-June.

Also, can we all enter 2 hours early, or just the prestige pass holder? I’m planning to buy 6 fast lane passes as well. Any tips for that?

Six Flags Diamond Elite - I'm just about done

I've been a diamond elite now since covid and it is really starting to suck. I feel like a towel that is being rung out for all my cash.

Currently, I can't log into the system as my email address can't be found. I've tried doing support chat for 3 days and have opened 6 different tickets and not one agent. Yesterday I left the chat window open for 6 hours and was never connected.

Is there a number I can call?

For anyone who has worked at Six Flags (New England, Over Georgia, Magic Mountain, Discovery Kingdom, and America), what was it like driving the Thomas the Tank Engine/Whistlestop Train ride?

I’m genuinely curious because the ride is a Metalbau Emmeln ParkExpress 6000, I’m wondering what controls were there, are they prone to maintenance? Are the diesel fuel prices high and that’s why New England’s Whistlestop Train only runs in a certain period (Fright Fest)? I'm especially curious about the maintenance side. Since it's a diesel-hydraulic German system (Metallbau Emmeln), how hard was it getting parts? And for anyone from SFNE—is the train being mostly limited to Fright Fest a fuel cost issue, or purely a staffing/demographics problem?

Season tickets purchased last ywar

Does anyone know of a way to talk to someone at Six Flags? I have tried the phone number 817-607-6121 and left messages and am waiting in the chat session for a human agent.

I purchased season tickets last year at the end of the season for the entire family(6) for this year and it was good for the end of 2025 and 2026. I cannot find the confirmation email and thought i performed everything in the app but the app is blank. No ticket details. I have tried every email address I have, tried every look up process I can find online. I just need to talk to a human.

We are hoping to go in 2 weeks and spent 3 days trying to reach a human for help.

Thank you in advance.

All Season Fast Pass Not Bought at Home Park

The all season fast passes have sold out at my home park (Kings Island), but I have an all park Prestige Pass. Could I buy an all season fast pass from another park and be able to use it at Kings Island?

Parking at Canada's Wonderland

Disclaimer: English is not my first language so if my sentences sound weird you can put it under that

Hi ! I'll be doing a 3 weeks theme park road trip in August starting from Toronto. I'll be visiting 17 parks including 9 six flags parks so I want to get the best value for prestige pass. I have the choice to buy my pass at CW, CP or Darien lake but I already ruled out CP as it is by far the most expensive of all six flags parks. After studying prices of the perks and add-ons of each pass I'm still not sure of how parking works.

Has anyone had to pay for parking at Canada's Wonderland with a Prestige Pass from another six flags park ?

The other way around, has anyone who visited another six flags park with a Canada's Wonderland Prestige Pass had to pay for parking ?

I know it says on the website that CW prestige pass only includes parking at CW and la ronde but want to know from someone experience if it is true

PSA: Don’t cut the line. If you see someone do it, tell a ride op.

Was at Great Adventure today and it was rough. Park was slammed, most coasters were down to one train, and it was hot enough that someone passed out in a queue I was in. I did an hour in standby for El Toro and then another 40 minutes in the front row line (the ride even went down at one point), and as I was finally loading, someone cut straight into the front row queue — they had been in the second row line and just slid over. The op did call security on them, but they were still let on the ride. I don’t know what happened after that. Earlier in the day I also saw a whole group hop a switchback to link up with their friends.

So, PSA for anyone who needs to hear it: Being with a group does not give you the right to cut. If your group is in the second row queue and you jump into the front row queue at the station, that’s cutting. If you hop a switchback to catch up with your party, that’s cutting. It doesn’t matter how short the skip is or how much you wanted that specific row.

Having a Flash Pass does not give you the right to cut beyond what the pass actually buys you. The pass gets you into the Flash Pass line, which merges with standby at the station — that’s the deal you paid for. It does not entitle you to switch queues, jump rows, or treat any other line in the park as optional.

And if you see someone do it: tell a ride op. They genuinely cannot see most of the queue from the station, and they do act on it — the op today called security on the people who cut in front of me. Even when the outcome isn’t perfect, staying quiet is what makes cutters think it’s fine.

Everyone in that line stood in the same heat you did. Act like it.

(Separate gripe for the park: why is El Toro on one train on what was clearly the busiest day of the season? Throw us a bone.)

Edit: Want to be clear — the ride ops were hustling today and doing a great job in tough conditions. You could see them working their tails off. This post is about guest behavior, not the people running the rides. They’ve got enough to deal with.

Kings Dominion brief trip review

I was able to make a brief stop at Kings Dominion for my first visit! I was overall impressed, but did get caught off-guard by their article policy. The attendants didn't seem to like my drawstring backpack, but oddly enough had no problem with a phone in my pocket for most rides. (No, I did not take it out on any rides, and don't want to. I adhere to park policies.)

I have a Diamond legacy membership badge, but the attendant didn't give anything for preferred parking. (I did have to ask for it at Dorney, so I guess legacy Cedar Fair parks aren't as familiar yet.) I got to the park early, so I was able to get a pretty nice parking spot anyways.

The first ride I hopped on was Rapterra, back row. This was when they told me my drawstring bag was not allowed… Interesting. There was on-platform storage where I feel I could've stashed my drawstring bag, but I was at least able to store my drink bottle there. That LSM launch caught me off-guard, mainly because I didn't pay attention to the layout and didn't realize it was gonna be a launch until we crawled to the launch track lol. Noticed a bit of a rattle (sat on an inner seat), but nothing terrible and had a lot of fun with it. (I thought Hydra at Dorney was more rattle-y, though of course that's much older.) I ended up getting another ride in the middle of the train before I left.

While I was in the area, I went on Reptilian. The first part seemed okay, but after the block zone I was caught wildly off-guard. A little bumpy, but still pretty fun! I skipped Tumbili since I've been on Great Adventure's Joker before and figured S&S Free Spins are gonna have similar experience. Feel free to tell me if that was a huge mistake or not.

I went to Flight of Fear, but was told my drink bottle was not allowed. I wasn't aware it had a separate unload platform, but it made sense once I learned that. I've never been on a Premier LIM launch, but damn. That spaghetti bowl packed a punch. While going through the queue for this and Rapterra, I was appreciating the level of theming compared to Great Adventure.

I wanted to go on Pantherian next, but it was down at the time. It looked like they were pulling the orange train off the track in the morning, but it was either still down or went down again when I looped back around to it.

After that, I hopped on Grizzly and then Twister Timbers, my first RMC hybrid. Holy crap, I thought Jersey Devil's restraints could be brutal on the thighs if you were just a little off.

I got the sirloin barbecue with baked beans from Firehouse BBQ. It wasn't quite ready when the park opened, but I returned to try it. For theme park food, it's pretty good; much better than what I got at Dorney anyways. (I'd say it's on par with Great Adventure before their executive chef came on board… I mean that in the best, least negative way possible!)

I left early since the heat was beating down, but overall I had a lot of fun. It would be nice if the loose article policy allowed us to bring drawstring bags to either the platform storage or in-queue lockers.

Is this Tweety shirt shown on Beyond Scared Straight a Six Flags shirt?

10 years ago I watched the "Blood Orange" episode from season 7 of A&E's Beyond Scared Straight. One of the participants (Jefferson) wears what appears to be a pink Tweety Bird shirt with the same art as a similar shirt I have from one of the parks. Same artwork, just with a completely different background of Tweety in various sketches. I've got a Woody Woodpecker shirt from Universal Studios circa 1998 like this, as well, but it is gray.

I'm curious to know if this specific shirt is a Six Flags shirt. As Six Flags Over Georgia is not far from the Fulton County Jail, it would actually make sense. Anyone own it? What year was it sold? Looking at the background it almost certainly looks like a park's shirt. I wanted to find the exact version to wear at an anime convention in Atlanta as a joke, as the episode itself is hilarious (what Jefferson did though, is absolutely not).

Six flags Darien Lake

Darien Lake is now a "Midwest" Park and isn't included in the East Coast pass? Absolutely wild it's on a different pass than the parks that are in close driving distance to it. What a weird choice
