Archive of my early experiments: 36 wacky electronic tracks by CIRC
I’m happy to share Early Works for free: 36 tracks from my early days with Fruity Loops, composed between 2000 and 2007.
Back then, my approach was very spontaneous. It was pure fun, almost like playing a video game. Whenever I had some free time, I’d build a loop and let it play on repeat while adding sounds, tweaking knobs, and introducing variations until a song gradually took shape. The result was a collection of playful, melancholic, dark, and weird tracks that I originally shared online across three albums, all of which are compiled in this archive.
Listening to them again brings a smile to my face and stirs up so many memories. While some tracks are a little rough around the edges and not always perfectly mixed, this period marked the genesis of my main musical project: CIRC.
I hope some of you enjoy listening to them.

youtube.comAkal-nneɣ yeqqim — Pure Acoustic Tuareg Desert Blues. Arranged strictly with 4 nylon-string guitars, a calabash, and Tamasheq chants. No synths. 🏜️
Azul everyone,
I’m an independent producer working under the project 'CyberSidq', heavily inspired by the deep Tishoumaren and Assouf movements of the Sahara (like Tinariwen, Imarhan, and Bombino).
With this specific track, "Akal-nneɣ yeqqim" (Our Land Remains), I wanted to strip away all modern electronic production. There are no drum kits, no synths, and no electronic beats. I focused entirely on a strict pentatonic dialogue between 4 nylon-string guitars, anchored only by the deep, hollow pulse of a traditional Calabash.
The goal was to capture the raw, wandering, trance-like state of a lonely night in the Ténéré desert.
I would love to hear feedback from this community, especially from those who appreciate acoustic world music. Does the strict acoustic arrangement translate that 'vast desert' feeling effectively?
Tanemmirt (Thank you)!

We are Vitamin Manifest and we just put out a new EP
My partner and I have been making experimental music together for years, but we rarely publish stuff. We just put out a new EP: two tracks recorded live in one session using field recordings, shortwave numbers stations, a synth, Nintendo 3DS, a telephone pickup coil and whatever other noise we could get out of the setup. No overdubs or production afterwards.
Thought some people here might enjoy it. We would love to hear what you think.
