It's Skate 3's real engine, not a remake: same flick-it, same physics, Hall of Meat bails and Skate 3's own sounds, but in Valheim's open world. You can skate over Viking builds, and the board swing hits trolls and boars.

You need Valheim on PC and your own Skate 3 (Xbox 360 game files). Engine by chasm (2010 Rust Rewrite Mashup). Unofficial, not affiliated with EA or Iron Gate.

Hey everyone — I'm working on 
HOPE: Hills, Ollies, Pavement, Expression
. I started it because I love Skate 3 and want to help people get back to skating, finding spots, and making videos.


First, credit where it belongs: 
HOPE is built on Skate3Recomp by mchughalex
. The original recompilation and native renderer are their work. HOPE is my community fork, with a Windows launcher and additional PC tools.


What's included on Windows:


- A mouse/keyboard/controller-friendly launcher with separate careers.
- Graphics controls: resolution scale, MSAA, ambient occlusion, fog/haze, bloom, shadows, reflections, FOV and more. Options depend on the renderer.
- Save browsing, backup/restore tools, and confirmed removal with recovery copies.
- Import tools for Skate 3 DLC you already own.
- Optional experimental crowd styles, No Intro Videos, and compatible settings-manifest imports. The importer is not a universal loader for every Skate 3 mod.


Start/Menu still opens Skate 3's original menu for Restart, Trick Book, map and replay. Escape or RB + Start opens HOPE's PC settings.


You must provide your own Skate 3 Xbox 360 ISO. No game files, DLC files, or ISO links are included.


It's still a work in progress. The blank new-career difficulty/camera screen and a clothing issue remain under investigation. The latest source includes a welcome-screen bypass that is not yet in the downloadable release. Returning to the launcher closes the game; returning to Skate 3's actual title screen is unfinished. Linux/macOS downloads are experimental native-game builds without the Windows launcher.

The images show the actual launcher using an empty test setup, not gameplay proof. If you try it, I'd appreciate your platform/GPU/controller, what works, and reproducible bug reports. What PC feature would help your sessions most?
