Hi I just downloaded sleepcycle to record my sleep, as I checked my snoring this morning, I heard some wierd background beep frequency sounding like a morse code or something.
Has any of you experienced the same or have an explanation for this?

I have a paid version of the app on an iphone 16 and I also have an apple watch SE 2024 - I have the app on the watch and I don't use this for morning alarm, just wat to use for sleep tracking.
It seems random to me, but some nights I have records, other nights I don't. What am I missing here? I don't start the app on the phone or the watch. Does it matter what is the battery status on the devices? Or something else?
I have a backup plan, I used to use the app on the phone to record my snore and talk, I don't need that anymore, but I believe the app on the watch should work.
