I built a larger one, because the first model turned out to be a bit too small for my liking. Looking at the smaller one, after several hundred shots, you can clearly see that the EVA-foam can certainly withstand quite a few hits.
As always: both are made from foam puzzle mats, they are collapsible, portable, easy to build, and really inexpensive. The backstop is 100% cotton T-shirt fabric.
I am looking for a powerful slingshot setup with a large pouch capable of shooting marbles long distances. We occasionally encounter aggressive coyotes while walking our dogs, and my goal is simply to raise some dust near them to discourage and harass them—not to injure them.
I'm interested in either a flat-band slingshot or a traditional round-band slingshot. I would need a fairly large pouch to accommodate marbles.
This may be obvious to experienced users, but I don't know much about slingshots, so I would appreciate any recommendations for suitable slingshots, bands, and pouches.

I'm currently in the process of making a slingshot rifle stock out of an old door frame, but it has some drill holes, cracks, and cavities (including one that I made accidentally) and I'm looking for a cheap way to fix the gaps. I met a guy who is currently living in Taiwan but moved there from China. He is highly skilled slingshot shooter and he sells slingshots and accessories. Including CUSTOM fit to your hand after submitting hand measurements to him. I was highly skeptical at first to send this man over $200 for my custom build. However after a while I realized he is a very good guy and 100% safe and honest. After making my purchase I waited about two weeks for the custom build to be completed (I paid a little extra for rush manufacturing). Then he shipped it to me which was very pricey BUT it arrived all the way from the factory in China to my door(USA) in 3 days! Here are some photos. It's all titanium 10025 but adjustable on ball bearings. Came with tons of extra hardware and the tools as well as a sight. I have done extensive research searching the market and I have never seen or found anything better yet. If you guys are interested I can link his YouTube and setup for anyone to get one who wants.

I've been wanting a holster for a few months, but I'm not a leather worker, so I've been putting it off. I finally ordered a sheet of imitation leather from Amazon, and this is what I came up with. No hardware, nothing fancy. But it's functional. I just went out and walked a mile with it on my belt and I'm super pleased how well it works
got this synthetic dog bone at the indy 500 and my dog doesn’t like it all, an I turn this into a decent slingshot with a flat band or something?
Finishing these up and having a blast shooting them... Core is T6, G10 and acrylic layered with micarta and carbon fiber for toughness. Frames are aluminum plated on the back side in case of fork hits. Still learning as I go. I am in no way a pro, but these frames are turning out awesome. Both are accurate and fit my hand (Im 6'4" and 220lbs) perfectly. Glad I took up this hobby. Big thanks to all you folks out there that have offered advice.

OK, got the pouch out, had it on my hip for a short two and a half hour(ish) walk with the dog, and it's pretty much perfect.
First off, I got it a few years back from Aliexpress, it's made by "Elite Spanker" (stop laughing) and it's well made. I believe I got it from the official "Elite Spanker" (I said stop laughing) store, but it was a while ago and I can't remember how much I paid, but the quality is good regardless. 1 full width and 2 half width slip pockets under the flap, and 2 main pockets each with an internal slip pocket, perfect for spare bands. The front, rear, and dividing panels are padded and the single zips go in opposite directions, which is great for me as it sits just past my right hip and I'm reaching for it blind a lot of the time and that tells me which pocket I'm in. The rear pocket is a bit thicker than the front, but even with this chonky frame I can still comfortably still fit the WendiGLO in the front, although I used the front pocket for my phone today as it does block half my back pocket where it sits on my belt.
I don't really like carrying pouches, but this one needs it, and I'm really enjoying shooting it. I don't want to stretch out my hoodie pocket or cause my knee an injury.
