they voided my winnings because i supposedly played a restricted game (blackjack) with the money i won from the sign up bonus. what’s the point of offering a sign up bonus if i couldn’t play with the money i won?? i completed the playthrough requirement and then played blackjack with the money i won (AFTER the playthrough requirement. 

now its not letting me withdraw?? and the customer service guy voided my money??? this is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. 

this is a completely bogus casino. my winnings were voided for no reason. it took me a week to verify my identity. and then they tell me that i played a restricted game with my winnings. complete bs. i’m gonna try to file a lawsuit. this is ridiculous and scam. never gonna play here again and i’m gonna make sure others don’t play here either.

i was expecting them to be a good honest casino, but i was wrong. and the customer service guy closed the chat on me??? after coding my winnings. they should fix the way you do business. i wasn’t even told that blackjack was a “restricted” game, and i believe the casino should at least let customers know that a game is restricted. this is against the law and i promise i will try to get the casino in trouble if i am not contacted. see you soon. 

Don’t play crowns they are a scam they took my bonus win of 440$ and said that the game malfunctioned and I didn’t win that. Shittest app to use. If you’re a degenerate just use spinquest. They pay much better and can actually see your winnings the same day.
