honestly, I don't look for anything very especial, just want it to happen during hogwarts years, but I've read most of the popular ones, hope you have some hidden pearls to recommend me ❤️

(Obviously this is a joke. Also the fic I read was called Blind Trust by Crickett_89 and was a lovely little fic and i hope the author if seeing this knows I mean no harm)

*voice-over* Sammie was reading a lovely new Snarry fic published 1st July. It was a post war setting, 2 years had passed since the war infact and Severus Snape was in a Coma due to wake up any day while Harry struggling with depression decided to end his life by flying high into the air and stepping off his broom.

It was a really good fic, only about 15k words, full of emotional poetry, care and some mild angst.

Coming to the end and having decided this was a good fic it received kudos, a comment and a bookmark.

If only she had stopped there.

There were alot of fics without Harry in but interdispersed were tags like "Harry Potter/Fenrir Greyback, Harry potter/Remus Lupin" and then came something so atrocious, something absolutely for beyond absurd. I think at this point I knew I had to turn my back. I knew at this point that perhaps this author wasn't what they first seemed.....Severus Snape/Neville Longbottom"

I'm looking for a post-war snarry fic that I read a while ago but can't remember the title.

Here's what I remember:

-It's post-war.

-Harry is very mature and calm. He never rises to Snape's provocations or lets himself be baited into arguments.

-The story begins with Harry going to Snape's quarters at Hogwarts to propose that they get married. I can't remember why the marriage is necessary (magical, legal, or something else).

-Harry is hiding a secret about his job/occupation, which is revealed later in the story.

-Harry is openly gay and had previously dated Oliver Wood.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? I'd really appreciate any help finding it!

All I really remember is this one scene where Snape and Harry have travelled somewhere foreign to check on draco. Who over the years(?) has been having segs with people polyjuiced to look like Harry or lucius. Maybe severus as well at some point. For revenge

Looking for a snarry fic with top!harry and bottom!snape. It has mpreg too ig and harry and severus are also reincarnation of either merlin and morgana or merlin and Arthur. It's post second Wizarding war fic. I don't remember much read it long time ago.

I’m in a weird fanfic block at the minute, I feel like I’ve read everything (I really haven’t) and I can’t even think of new searches to find something different to read.
My top 2 fanfics are blowing smoke and big bang: a long time coming.
Not sure how helpful that is but I’m desperate for something new.
I don’t really mind the length I’m happy with one shots or full 50+ chapter fics. Like I’ve said I enjoy the miscommunication trope (I think) or just like naive harry/snape.
I also like sevritis fics but I can’t think of any specific examples that I’ve enjoyed.
Please help ! Any suggestions are appreciated 🙏

It was a Snarry fic on AO3, probably rated E, and the only thing I remember about it was a conversation between Severus and Harry where Severus said something like “how could you like me, I’m all greasy and bony” and Harry replies “maybe I like greasy and bony”.

Edit: Or maybe it was a conversation between Harry and Ron/Hermione and they say Snape is all greasy and bony and Harry says he likes greasy and bony?

okay so i’m making a book while a story with many chapters many different parts it’s gonna be pretty long and it’s from Snapes POV. With everything that happened and it’s gonna be really detailed as much as I can I’m young and I’m not the best writer so it’s not gonna be the best version that you’ve ever read but I just published the first chapter and I was wondering if you guys could please look at it for me.

Basically, Harry and Dumbledore both agree that Snape shouldn't have died. Right after the Battle of Hogwarts, Dumbledore shows Harry a different kind of Time-Turner. His mission is to go back two weeks, warn Snape, and give him enough time to prepare an antidote so he can survive Nagini's bite.

But, as always, everything goes wrong, and Harry ends up traveling eight months into the past instead.

During that time, he has to stay hidden to avoid interfering with the events of the war. That's where the title comes from. He spends those eight months living in Snape's quarters, and from there, their relationship slowly begins to develop.

What stood out to me the most was the author's writing. It's almost like reading poetry—very lyrical. We get such deep insight into Harry's emotions, and the author uses beautiful comparisons that really make you understand what he's feeling and how the romance unfolds at such a slow, natural pace.

For anyone wondering: Top Severus/Bottom Harry.

Debo admitir que me resulta bastante tierno imaginar que, con el paso de los años, Severus gradualmente tendría que aceptar un papel más pasivo en la cama debido a su edad; es algo que simplemente sucede. Creo que en el fondo odiaría tener que parar.

Al mismo tiempo, me imagino perfectamente a Severus oponiéndose. Se convertiría en un debate recurrente entre ellos. Severus insistiría en que puede ayudarse a sí mismo todo lo que quiera, a regañadientes, pero con terquedad.

Otra cosa que me he preguntado es si Severus terminaría desarrollando algún tipo de poción rejuvenecedora.

No estoy pensando en la inmortalidad, sino en una poción que restauraría temporalmente parte de su juventud y vitalidad. Me imagino que podría obsesionarse un poco con perfeccionarla para mantenerse físicamente capaz el mayor tiempo posible.

No porque le disguste asumir un papel más pasivo, sino porque creo que disfrutaría de la ironía de ser de repente más joven que su marido. Parece muy típico (y retorcido) de Severus querer darle la vuelta a la situación de esa manera. Porque no se conformaría con perder 20 años para al menos igualar la edad de Harry; no. Sin duda intentaría volver a tener 15… ¿Estaría Harry dispuesto a acostarse con Severus a esa edad?

En fin, tengo mucha curiosidad por saber qué opinan los demás. Se habla mucho de cómo Harry y Severus terminan juntos, aceptando (o ignorando) su diferencia de edad, pero mucho menos de cómo sería cuarenta o sesenta años después. Es algo que rara vez veo que se discuta, y me encantaría escuchar las opiniones de los demás ✨

Does anyone remember a fic where Harry had a twin that was presumed to be the bwl and I think he was given to the Dursleys instead and they broke the twinbond between him and his brother? I'm pretty sure its the same fic but at some point Harry comes to Hogwarts and falls for Snape? I think Snape had been tricked by Harry's twin into thinking he liked him and strung him along before telling him it was a prank or something so Snape was weary about letting Harry close? I can't remember much more than that but I'm sure James and Lily were alive, teaching at Hogwarts and they had a younger daughter who Harry got to know?

Snarry again, I'm pretty sure Harry was still a student and began a relationship with Severus. At some point Harry decorated Severus' rooms for christmas and he tore it all down in an angry fit, upsetting Harry and I think the next christmas Harry refused to put up christmas decorations because Severus reaction scared/upset him so much and Sev felt guilty? I think this one included Harry buying severus two tickets to a potions conference but after severus tore the decorations down Harry didnt turn up for the portkey and sev went alone and was miserable.

(This might have had severus being invited to join some dark lord potion master undercover to reveal their plot and maybe one of the potion masters tried sleeping with severus or something?)

Edit: theres also one where Harry decides to complete his Newts early (maybe) but he and severus fight or break up so Harry goes to catch the train and Severus runs after him to get him back.

All these fics I'm looking for might not be singular ones with all that I've written. Its entirely possible that ive merged more than one story together 😭

Recently, I stumbled upon a Regency/Victorian AU where Sirius and Harry lives in the same manor and they have financial trouble. Sirius is trying to introduce Harry to Severus, who is wealthy and single, in an attempt to improve their reputations. I remember that in the last chapters I read, Severus was ill and Harry was taking care of him. Sirius also gets shot in the thigh after courting a married woman.

It was on AO3 and I forgot to bookmark it ! I went through tags, but couldn't find anything.

Ron cheats on Hermione

Hermione is devastated and cries on Neville

Nevilles room is FULL of plants

Neville and Harry can apparate in and out of the Hogwarts wards

Im pretty sure not only does Hermione end up with Neville she also ends up with Draco too
