Idk how much this is worth. Ive been playing the game since release, and anyone who’s been on sd that long knows the whole economy is bs and unreliable. I don’t really do trading, but the FT AWP Inverted despite how underrepresented it is on illegitimate sites like SD values. Is actually an item I’ve seen less than almost any other including base true inverteds. So naturally given that, and the current state of the art 3rd party economic system that SD trading runs off of. You could bet I’ve gotten crazy good offers, and crazy shit offers with more emphasis on the shit offers, which is usually given by newer players or people getting conned by the Israeli government involved website that is SD values (usually new players) and on occasion whatever idiot is trying to shark me. The game has no like real economic system, its really all about finding the right buyer especially with the rarer items. Which is hard cz the way anything is valued in this game might aswell be entirely subjective and fully up to the interpretation of the either individual atp, which is terrible for a game centered around trading. So I really have no idea how to value a rare item like ft awp inverted. Those who know js know, and those who don’t js don’t. Thats what Ive picked up on so far and idk maybe someone who knows something could lmk. Or idk not try to shark me out of my rare sniper like an idiot who thinks I’m also an idiot would. If anyones willing to provide some nuance then thank you. I’m js pretty tired of roblox and sd. Especially how the devs have done nothing but milk the trading economy, and turn the game into a cash cow by basically only releasing cases, and no like actual infrastructure for the market. When they’d make so much more if they js actually added some sort of built in value system into the game. You know like actually make it a trading game sort of like mm2? and stop letting your whales and top donators run a 3rd party illegitimate, unreliable, and inconsistent website to dictate values for your whole community, so you can just keep on running another predatory slop roblox money printer. Not even mentioning the private gatekept value lists in discord servers you practically have to beg to get into like wtf? How do yall acc take ts serious? Your either serious about trading and the economy and shi and your getting fucked, or your serious about scamming and shi and your doing the fucking theres little to no in between. This is all exactly why SD doesn’t hold onto any sort of player base most of everyone is a new player and I’m starting to think its by design atp. Js keep the flux of new players coming so you can keep making money when the older ones get tired of your bs and blatantly predatory development choices. The only player base it holds on to is the whales and rich players who manage to benefit from the system currently in place. Which I’m gna be honest I don’t think its possible to benefit from it without making immoral decisions, and js taking advantage of the whole situation. The game is literally predatory by design, and it’s so annoying cz I js wanna trade in a game where the whole system in place is not entirely bogus. Am I crazy? Like eventually they gotta do something right? None of ts makes any sense and it never has since launch. Its cool tho the game is dying anyway tho, because the devs are idiots, and I’m sure whoever they let in their pockets ain’t gna be too happy when theres no more prey to leech money out of. So hopefully they js lock tf in idk what do any of you guys think?
