2007/8 Burton Vapor

2007/8 Burton Vapor

Hey everyone, I have a 2007/8 Burton Vapor that I have rode well since I bought it. I love this board to death and its been all I have known - may have rented once or twice during that time. However, I am moving to the Midwest and with my life now, it is unlikely I will have the opportunity to ride much, if at all, for the foreseeable future. My wife brought up the option of selling on marketplace. It is still rideable and a board I would take out confidently, albeit with some scratches and dinks that have accumulated over the years. I would keep it but it just collect dust/space (per my wife) which we cant really afford as the kids start to take over. Is it worth to sell this board or should I toss it? It hurts to say "toss it" cause I love the board, but not sure if people would buy a near 20-year-old board.

Beginner purchased first set up

First time posting in here but I recently just purchased my first set up. I know I still need to get boots but plan on purchasing in store some Burton Photons so please give any opinions on those. But yeah please let me know how I did with this setup and any feedback, tips, etc. I’ve went for two seasons and a few times when younger. Last season went for around a week straight for an avg of 6 hours a day. Really love snowboarding and wanted to invest into this so I can commit come winter time.

Once again please let me know anything since I’m still a child in this essentially lol

Do your knees click when you straighten them? How do you solve this?

I’ve had a lot of subluxations and one dislocation and although I’ve been strengthening my knees they still click when I straighten them. Is there a way to stop this?
