4mins altogether straight from fridge.
Provided a photo this time 😇
Good steak! Good egg! And good chips-ish!
Didn’t get the best sear but nailed the temperature. Can’t beat $8.60
1 extra cooked last night and put in the fridge… blade is from Japan. Handle from my front yard in Texas.
How do you guys make steak tender? 🥩😭 I’ve tried making it a few times, even marinated it, but it always turns out so tough. What am I doing wrong? Any tips?
