Have you found any used sneakers for a great price on StockX?
I feel like private sellers have been taxing on used sneakers, but if listed by StockX themselves they have been priced fairly.

So I was able to bid for these for super cheap. The listing is “new and verified”. For the price I got em for, I’m definitely still gonna keep em. But my question is should I hit up customer service for a coupon or something? The right shoe is mad creased on the back panel and the toe box is kinda squared. Left shoe is pretty much perfect otherwise. Box is also kinda roughed up, but that’s whatever.
Recently there was an update to StockX which reflect your local Lowest Ask rather than a standardize listing price worldwide.
As a seller, listing an item for 2600usd will now reflect as $3546 usd for users in my country. That price stated is not including processing fee and shipping during checkout. The UNKNOWN markup of almost 1000usd are not being explained.
Using this PSA 10 Shanks card as example, you guys go and check how much it is reflected in your own country. I am currently this only lister selling at 2600usd
Placed two express ship orders on the same day & both shipped out within a day, smooth. Only problem is… one shipped with FedEx 🙂 & the other with some shit carrier called UniUni. Did my Google research on them, Reddit research on them … turns out everything was true. Theft, fake delivery attempts & zero customer support. At this point, it’s SX’s fault. They gotta stop using these idiotic last mile companies bro. I never got my shoes. They sent a photo of delivery confirmation & it was just the front of my building for which I provided delivery instructions for. PLEASE BEWARE OF THE FINAL DELIVERY BOSS UNIUNI
It’s an extra 3$ per sale with 2 items, how much for 3?
this was my first purchase on StockX and I’m feeling disappointed. ☹️
Stock pics didn’t show the suede issues IMO. They were advertised as new…is this just how this style is?
didn’t realize they were final sale, darnit.
Hi, I just sold a Nike 1998 Brazil Ronaldo reissue jersey this week.
StockX claimed I sent the wrong size and the photo from their email shows an M tag on both the shirt and bag, which are all correct.
Has anyone had stockx failed an item by mistake? What did they do for your case? I have already contacted StockX, finger crossed I guess :)
I'm planning to sell my Steam Machine, do you think it will be possible on StockX? I had good experience with selling my Steamdeck there.
Like the title says, StockX sold me one fake sneaker out of the pair I bought from them, back in late 2025.
After many, many purchases (and sales) that I made through StockX, I finally was bitten by the lack of professionalism and tricky business model of this company.
I bought a pair of Jordan 1s OG in sail color. I did check it briefly with no apparent issue at the time of purchase. I bought so many before that I trusted this company. We all know that we paid a hefty fee for their “guarantee” that comes with caveats. One of this caveats is that you must be an expert yourself (with no payment from StockX of course) to assess the sneakers you are getting.
The sneaker in question is even the one with the StockX green tag (never removed) that I notice the sole stars to be different from the other sneaker. The stars are muddled in shape instead of sharp stars that my other sneakers have (even the other sneaker oof this pair)
I brought it up in June 2026, asking StockX to do right by me. The sneakers are unworn and as you all know, we are allowed to sell them through StockX. I made the point that now if I ought to sell through StockX, knowingly that the sneakers are fake, this action would be wrong. Now I am stuck with a fake product to which I paid hard earned money for.
After some back and forth, the Customer Rep (Rep 1) told me that they would do an exception and provide me with a refund. I should wait 48 hours to get an email confirming the refund process. Of course, no follow up email was made by StockX, so I contacted them to know about the status of my refund. To my surprise, another rep now tells me that the request was rejected and gives me a snapshot of the last text where the previous Rep (Rep 1) told me about the matter being elevated to a specialized team to help with the refund. I asked the new Rep to provide me with the text where Rep 1 told me that a refund would be given. The new Rep just ignored that request.
Now, StockX is sticking to the 14 day return period as the reason of the rejection. Nothing else matters.
Now this is advise to all those who want to deal with this company. You are responsible to verify the sneakers for yourself after you paid StockX for that same service. Otherwise, if you sell the same unworn product with tags (the same product that StockX failed to identify as fake); StockX will destroy the sneaker and you will be out of sneakers and out of money. Perfect business model for selling a guarantee for real sneakers, selling fakes, and hiding evidence.
I must admit I feel burned by this. More so after trusting this company. If this helps you make the right decision in your future purchase then so be it!
Now the evidence below….
I've been clicking "Print" on the app but it's always asking me to Login and after I type in my password it goes back to the Home Page and doesn't show the label. I go back to the "Pending" tab and it's the same shit all over again. Can StockX be as simple as Goat? So extra.
How do I work around this? Or what has worked for anyone with the similar issue?
Completely unacceptable for StockX to be accepting items that look like this and tell ME I’m the one that’s wrong and that they allow “lightly used listings” to pass their authentication measures… how this is even a listing blows my mind. What also blows my mind is the fact they started allowing used listings at all on their platform. My last 2 purchases were both refunded in their entirety (completely new items summing over $400) due to one failing authentication and one actually passing authentication only to arrive and turn out to be completely fake. I honestly cannot believe the lack of customer care as a whole that I’ve personally been receiving from a decade old account with these guys. In my opinion - this type of negligence is completely unacceptable and completely warrants their lack of business…
These guys used to be known for 100% authentic listings - selling only NEW items no matter what. They’ve totally shot themselves in the foot with this new “business strategy” and are absolutely going to suffer from it long term. Seriously - who lists completely battered blue tints with unoriginal (likely fake Prada) insoles? The bottoms aren’t even existent either AND doesn’t come with a box… yet it’s listed on StockX for $200. Absolutely insane…
Not to mention I was in their customer service channel for well over an hour with maybe 4-5 responses from the individual with absolutely 0 help. Telling me what their policies are and just copy/pasting their prompted responses… their lack of care was surmounting over this listing itself. I even reported this listing and yet it still remains..
Oh well, thats just my rant and 2 cents lol. I just wanted to layout my most recent experience with StockX because holy cow their entire platform has degraded as of late and it couldn’t be any more obvious now. Shoutout to Jorge tho - you were the only real help that got me my money back in full on both occasions so thank you for that (only took a week to get him on the other line) but oh well… thus the account deletion.
Besides - my personal sneaker/apparel collection is at its best it’s ever been and don’t plan on adding anything new until time sees fit.
I don’t think I’ve ever written this much on a Reddit post either so, hopefully this helps someone else out in the future, idek..
Edit: comments seem to want to compare StockX to eBay for some reason - as far as I’m aware eBay has never offered any type of authentication service that I know of.. unless I’m wrong. StockX had a reason for selling only NEW listings, not used. With their authentication process as part of their service for the customer.. not sure why some are ignoring this part but I’ll just spell it out here.. if you want to gamble with your money on eBay good for you.. StockX was supposed to be a place to buy confidently. Ultimately - to allow such a fake listing on their platform with unoriginal insoles and disintegrating soles for $200 (dam near retail) with no box is completely unacceptable - especially after informing me that they only allow “lightly used listings” on their used market. I have no idea in what realm this listing qualifies as “lightly used” lmao. Side note: StockX permanently suspended/banned my account (somehow after deletion) from bidding and selling again for raising this matter to them.. if this is how they treat their 10 year old loyal customers it’s no wonder they’re a failing business.
That’s just my picked bone.
Update: StockX unsuspended my account for obvious reasons…
it’s my first time buying this pair for resell and I don’t know if this is already yellowing
Green hoodie on left was purchased directly from Palace website on drop. White tee on right was purchased from stock x. The wash tag is a dead giveaway away lmao. They could’ve at least tried to make the Vivienne logo correct 🤣 idek how this could’ve passed thru quality check. Huge bummer. There isn’t even a second wash tag like the authentic piece lmao
Anyone experiencing delays with verification from the seller's side? Specifically at their New Jersey hub?
Item was received last Wednesday and status was finally "received" as of Monday on the app. No updates on verification.
Usually they are pretty fast with their verifications and payouts.
I ordered the Gold RGN Cristiano Ronaldo Mercurials (around a $500 purchase) and was matched with a seller almost immediately. After a few days, the seller never shipped, so StockX matched me with a new seller. A few more days went by, and the second seller still hadn’t shipped either. On Sunday, I contacted customer support, and the representative told me the seller had until June 30 to ship. If they didn’t, the order would automatically be canceled and I’d receive a refund. June 30 came and went with no shipment, so I contacted support again asking about my refund. This time, I was told the previous representative gave me incorrect information and that the seller actually had until July 1 to ship. conveniently enough, while I was literally in the middle of chatting with customer support, I got a notification saying my order had shipped. The timing honestly felt way too convenient.
Today, I reached out to support again because I wanted an explanation for everything that happened. Instead of addressing my concerns, they just kept repeating that the order had shipped and that there was nothing they could do. Maybe it’s just an unfortunate coincidence, but the whole experience has felt very shady. When you’re spending $500 on a limited item, you’d expect better communication and consistency from a company that’s supposed to be reputable. Being told one deadline, then another, and then having the package magically ship at the exact moment I’m asking for a refund just doesn’t inspire much confidence. Has anyone else experienced something similar with StockX, or am I just overthinking this?
