StockX damaged my Arsham Charizard. Been emailing back and forth for weeks but they refuse to take the blame. (story in comments)

Stockx sale failed verification due to “visual inspection failure” and I was charged $15.
I have a bunch of these. They’re all brand new with tags no flaws or nothing and they didn’t even provide me with any reasoning just this big statement. I see that it’s already being sent back to me but the $15 charge is nonsense.
Sale was “item received at stockx” since Sept. 23rd till Friday, Oct 1st at like 3pm I got the email “failed verification” and this is what I got.
Has anyone dealt with this before. The “secondary verification”
