Goku vs Piccolo
Ok so this is stop motion number 3. I played around with masking and green screen on this one. A slightly higher frame rate and more movement between characters made this one take a bit longer. Natural light betrayed me so there’s a little flicker but I think this turned out pretty cool 👌🏾
Stop motion in my Platformer Adventure game!
I have been working on this game for over 4 years. I have programmed, created claymation, backdrops and puppetry for my multimedia video game, which comes out in less than 3 days! 🥰🥰
Keeping shots consistent!!
Hello! I have been working on my claymation and pretty much doing each video all at once, but would like to make longer ones and obviously this will take more time.
How are people making sets for their videos so that the shots are consistent??
The one time I tried I left my tripod and light in the exact same spots as best I could- but was hard to get my cell phone exactly in the same spot when putting it back in the tripod. There ended up being a very small but noticeable shift in the video of my shot.
Thanks for any advice!! I love this medium but so hard to pick up and put down and pick up again and keeping everything the same 🥲

youtu.beGive me things to animate with the creature
The creature yearns for animations
(Keep in mind, animations may not be the best because articulation is somewhat more limited than i like but ill try to do my best with all the ideas.)

Making a stop motion puppet with silicone?
Hey all! I've been thinking about stop motion and plan on using my iPad and using stop motion studio to do some stop motion. I enjoy the Lego animation but I want something more flexible, which is silicone puppets. I'm looking to dragonskin series by smooth on and some aluminum wires from amazon, however I haven't bought the materials yet. I'm concerned for the materials because I never worked with them before. I seen the process of making the puppets with some material like ultracal 30, but i was thinking if there was another alternative on amazon. For those who have experience, what advice and tips can you give so I can protect myself using this stuff?
I just Created my Fist stop motion video
I know advertising is frowned upon here, but I really put soo much work into making this for you all to enjoy. it took almost 3 months recording 4-6 hours a day at 24fps. https://youtu.be/X1tcmLQWnJU
The puppets and set pieces are going well!
There's something greatly pleasing about watching a project come together beautifully c:

I started ny own studio
I’ve been doing stop-motion for a while, and today I decided to take the leap and set up a small recording studio in my room—all because my SD card, containing 30 GB of photos, got accidentally formatted. I wanted to give it a try, so I connected a camera to my PC and used a free alternative to Dragonframe. What else should I add? I’d also love to see your home studios.
