Double Points Booing
I absolutely love Double Points and how much the crowd gets into it. It’s hilarious how the crowd boos the guests that aren’t story warriors when they try to trigger double points, but it’s so much funnier when there is the 5 seconds of silence after and you see Big Jay and Luis just stare at them and shake their head. Then the pop after they explain double points is that much better.
I always think of the Adam Ray episode when he is building it up, his excitement, and explaining the concept of DP, and when he says it, there is absolutely silence and I’ve never laughed harder.
I’ve seen this opinion before (not sure on here or in the comments - sorry if I’ve stealing this from someone), but want to hear how other people feel about it. I live for the embarrassment and that reaction and that pop.
