We're adding a new rule for r/stripclubs. We're doing so reluctantly and out of interest of protecting our participants from being banned by reddit.

Six months ago reddit updated their terms of service around prohibited transactions. These rules state that it is not allowed to "encourage the transaction" of "in-person paid sexual services." Some examples of rule breaking content reddit cites:

> A post seeking the location of an erotic massage parlor.

> A post seeking a “sugar daddy/momma” or seeking to be a “sugar baby” for an in-person relationship.

The root cause of this rule is legislation called FOSTA-SESTA, a bill signed into law by Trump in 2018, though it enjoyed bipartisan support in congress. The legislation, ostensibly designed to prevent human trafficking, criminalizes speech about prostitution, and holds platforms accountable for such speech. It's the same law that shut down Backpage and caused SeekingArragement to change to Seeking.

Recently on r/stripclubs we're seeing posts getting caught in our mod queue by reddit's AI filters, and more disconcertingly, participants here have had their accounts banned.

We're hoping this new rule keeps this sub out of trouble with the admins, and more importantly, keeps our participants from losing all their karma and being deplatformed.

We'll enforce the rule by removing content but not banning participants. We will continue to ban trolls, spammers, and those who do not protect the privacy of dancers in the club.

Last night, went out to my club of preference. At this point, I kinda know the lay of the land and what is going on. I had been texting with my CF and we had accorded to do a 30 min VIP that night. I was excited because in our last encounter she had actually allowed me a lot of mileage in our lap dances; on top of it, we did 7 songs and she only charged me for 3.

I arrive, and wait about 40 minutes before she shows up. She has drinks with me, and we are discussing daily life and what not. About an hour and a half later she gets called to do her set. I tip over $100 in ones. She comes back has another drink with me and we go get VIP.

Unfortunately all the spaces were being used (should’ve taken that as a sign) and we just decided to do 30 minutes in the semi-private rooms.

She did allow me to do some of the things we had done the first time but ultimately (gently) told me she needed more time before she’d let me keep touching on her, that she only wanted to cuddle, and she ended the dance early (about 7 minutes). I still tipped her and she told me she had a lovely time, that she loved that I wasn’t pushy and loved I was so patient with her, and that she hoped to see me again soon.

I felt rejected even though I don’t think I made her feel uncomfortable (I’m not very pushy and I always ask permission) my mistake was in assuming that because she had allowed something before it was ok to do it again. I get a feeling this is a strategy to get me to go see her more often so I can chase the feeling of the first dance, but if that was true, then it failed. It was crazy because when the 30 minutes started she started talking about going out for a drink and when I brought up OTC (pay for her time + dinner, no extras) she told she’d rather keep seeing me in the club. I think I will have to keep experimenting with different dancers before locking down a favorite. I was pissed off when I left because of the dance duration and her changing her mind in the middle of it, but I didn’t show it and see it now as a lesson learned. Thoughts? Advice?

I went to a strip clubs for the first time. Me and my friend were a bit early to the club. We were the first ones entering. Eventually, they started coming and asking for the private dances. It was a bit pricey (320 euros). We were fending off and we just wanted to have a beer and go off. Fast forwards more and more pressure and we were tying tip 5 for each dancer and accidently tipped one for 15. When the last one that we saw got mad cause my friend chipped her once and I didnt (said I am out of chips) and we left. Did we do something wrong? I think there nothing wrong if the price is high.

P. S. We were trying to be nice and said we might think private dance but not like in a way we have the budget.

I'm a newbie still working on trying to find the most fun vibe, but I'm in a dilemma where my area has a lot of clubs.

What do you recommend to a noob? Try out all the clubs? Or go to one to build up a bit of a regular status?

I am in miami for about a week and went to several clubs so far and none of them do any actual pole tricks. Is that a normal thing for Miami?

I've been to portland and they actually do pole performances.

Turning 21 soon and planning to hit my first real 21+ club solo. I’ve only been to Show Palace before and honestly liked the vibe there because it felt easy to just chill with one girl and do multiple dances without crazy pressure.
Trying to find another NYC club with a similar feel but a little more upscale or different atmosphere.
What I’m looking for:

budget around $200–300

I'm considering going back to stripping. What are the best clubs to work at in Jacksonville? I will be having to drive in from out of town and want to work somewhere nice. If there are better options outside of Jacksonville, where do y'all recommend?

How common is it for your shirt to end up covered in the dancer's fluids and such after a private dance? I usually wear polos and they always seem to catch something from the dancer

Question for the dancers: I'm new to going to clubs and when I go it usually isn't very busy and often one of the dancers will sit and chat with me for a little while and I thought about asking if she would be willing to take off her top while we chatted (for a tip of course).

Has anyone requested anything like that before? Is it weird or against the rules where you work? How much would you want to be tipped to chat topless while you're just killing time (again, there's not many customers and half the dabcers are just hanging out waiting for something to do)?

Usually they come chat shortly after I get there and I want to watch a few stage dances and see who all is there before anything else, so the topless chat wouldn't lead to a dance yet.

Is it really possible to get an std from just lap dances with your clothes on and her panties on? I was reading reviews from my local strip clubs. I've seen several different guys claim they got something from just regular lap dances. Is this possible or are they just some full of shit angry customer?

For those that get extras from dancers, mainly full service. Aren't any of you concerned about getting STDS? I understand the fantasy of being with a stripper. Also getting a nut. But why risk getting infected?

Asking for my friend. What if that friend wanted to engage in sexual acts at a strip club? Would he run risk of them pulling out a badge? Or if they’re already doing illegal things why would they even hire a cop Canada just chill and doesn’t hire literal cops. I really, don’t want this criminal record. In my thinking ok it’s already considered pimping for the owner so why would the owner hire a cop? And if they did what are they gonna show their badge on that one customer? Nice operation right? I don’t know if I’m overthinking things and if there’d be a no chance of getting arrested outside of the club. Right?

I have applied to around 150 jobs and the only one that called me in for an interview was a strip club (part time waitress position). The interview was 5 days ago and didn’t go how I planned. ( they said they were looking for full time, I kept ending each answer with “and yeah” , I forgot to add more days that I am available, the interviewer said that if they could find someone else working part time it could work?) towards the end of the interview I was told they would contact me on Wednesday and it’s Wednesday night.

Is that the end for me?

P.S I also got rejected from McDonalds and Taco Bell.
Also the interview was 10 minutes.

VIP question: is this normal or not?

Went to VIP with a stripper and during the interaction she repeatedly kissed my neck and said she loved the way I was touching/caressing her. We didn’t really get personal, didn’t exchange contact info, and I’m not assuming it meant anything. I’m mainly curious: is repeatedly kissing a customer’s neck pretty normal in VIP, or would you consider that outside the norm?

Recently my fiance and I had our first strip club experience on a trip to NYC. It was life changing for us, and we can't wait to try something like it again.

For our honeymoon, we are planning on flying into Phoenix on our way to Sedona, and we want to visit some of the clubs there.

Does anyone have any recommendations for what clubs will be most worth our time? For context, the nights we will be in Phoenix are a Monday and Sunday.

I usually go to cheetah's, but I had never been to Diamond dolls or booby trap, so thought I would switch it up. This was on a Saturday night, so should normally be a top display of talent. First of all I feel like the doorman hustled the cover and asked for $30, every other club I've been to in Miami area is $20 at night. I don't really care about this part, just simply the girls working here were not very attractive. Looks are subjective, but I'm not even talking about how there is more BBLs here compared to other clubs but just a lot of girls didn't have pretty faces.

For Pros: the normal lap dance rooms are private on the 2nd level with a curtain and way bigger than the 15 min VIP booths in cheetah.

Not sure how big the VIP is or the privacy on those, because there weren't any girls I was interested in. The club is very small but lots of girls were working probably ~30 but personally like 28 of them were 4-5s and two of them were 7-8s but on stage. I ended up leaving because I kept getting approached and didn't want to continue going through that gauntlet waiting for only one or two girls.
