Aeon is killing 30% of my A10 runs. General tips?

I know its hard without looking at specific runs but goodness i just did the math and over ~50 A10 runs Aeon has ended 30% which is just a crazy high number imo. By comparison the next deadliest encounter is Vantom at 7%.

To be clear im sure its a skill issue. I get that the idea is you have to scale faster but it just seems like Im never able to kill fast enough while still handling the massive damage, block, and artifact on Aeon.

Has anyone else had similar struggles and managed to get over the hump? Is there general advice beyond "just scale hard lol"? What am I missing i feel like these losses win the majority of the time against the other 2 bosses which is just slightly frustrating.

Favorite contextual buff from StS1 to StS2?

By contextual buff I mean something that wasn’t changed between games, but became significantly better due to other added features.

For me it’s definitely Dolly’s Mirror. It was almost a never pick in spire 1 for me, but with things like enchantments, ancient cards and even just the amount of innate rare powers I see myself taking it a lot now.

This creation is certainly OP, but is it broken ?

I mean... Yeah, I think it is too broken. Maybe it need just a compensation, like "Each card played cost 5 gold" or something. Or perhaps an adjustment to "in your hand" rather than "in your draw pile". What do you think ?

Dealing with difficulty jump from A8 to A9

Granted, I have only gotten to A9 with Silent so far, all other characters are A2 or A3. However, I have been absolutely stumped for the better part of a week trying to progress my Silent past A9.

I struggle most in act 1, but if I survive it, my deck usually cruises acts 2 and most of 3 before starting to putter out and taking big HP loss a few floors before final boss and eventually losing there (looking at you Test Subject).

I've already watched the YouTube pros and feel like I've taken a lot away from them in the form of prioritizing elites, fires between elites, early shops, etc.

About my play style with Silent: I prioritize block and energy cards consistently throughout the game. I have trouble syngerizing poison and shivs and always seem like I lean completely into one or the other by act 3. Late game damage is a big problem for me.

Is this actually a "get good" crossroads in the game concerning my deck building or is Silent just difficult at higher ascension?

Tips for A10 Regent

By far the character I struggle most with after A8. I can't seem to ever make it to Act 3 because the block is so terrible on this character and it doesn't kill fast enough.

A10... All are good just don't know if I prefer the ez 20 dmg or 2 strength 2 dexterity

In your opinion what are the hardest bosses on each act

I think its Ceremonial beast, Waterfall Giant, Knowledge demon and the Queen.

STS1 option in STS2

Wouldn't that be great? Doest even have to include the watcher imo.

Just an option to play a sts1 run with everything included from the original for clad, silent and silent.

Back to back rare cards offered on A10?

I saw envenom in after the elite fight and adrenaline right after. I though that rare chance got reset to -2% in sts 2 as well after seeing one. Is that not how it works?

Can someone give me some tips?

I’m struggling HARD, I’ve made it to ascension 10 on 2 characters (haven’t beaten it once) and with other characters I’m hard stuck in lower ascensions. It’s gotten to the point I haven’t progressed through the game in over a week and it’s just making the game completely unenjoyable.
