My watch broke twice
Hi folks, I am looking for advice and your experience with the product. I happily bought the limited run "Mantis" 02 model. Received it and it immediately stopped working (loose screw blocking the mechanism). I called it bad luck and returned it for repairs. I just got it back, put it on and after an hour, the same problem is happening (I assume it's the same as it behaves the exact same way). I honestly loved the branding and styles of Studio underdog watch. But twice in a row it feels like something is wrong, and the price of the watch is significant for me. I returned it and am thinking of asking for a refund.
What do you think? Am I unlucky, do they have quality control problems? Even if they repair it... At this point I don't trust the product anymore unfortunately.
What should I do? Cheers.
Note : I live in North America, could the transport break it?
Sub question for the mantis owner, what do you think of the strap that comes with it?
