It’s on the 9th floor of a luxury building. The building has a pool, gym, meeting room, full kitchen and amenities room, package room, as well as a yoga studio. I can transfer our parking space for an additional fee as well.

Secure building requires a key fob for entry and is next to target and Philz in Wicker Park.

The unit has an INCREDIBLE skyline view from the living room and primary bedroom. Laundry in unit as well as utility package included.

Monthly rent is $4,770 with a $205 utility fee. I am buying a place and need to get out.
