Is bud playing the Toronto and Montreal shows ?
He’s mentioned on insta in the last couple of years not being able to get into Canada. Any idea if he’s using a fill in?

It’s usually the Wikipedia picture that shows up first, but in this case, said Wikipedia image shows up 2nd. The very first one that pops up if you google his name (without clicking on images yet) is perhaps one of the worst pictures of him in existence. It’s from the April 15th,1995 show at the Wetlands Preserve Nightclub in New York, when he was newly sober (well, sober from the hard stuff, he was still drinking), and looked absolutely MISERABLE.
Shit, you may as well of just posted the very last image of him ever taken, the night before he passed. And no, I ain’t even gonna post that pic. I feel like that was intentionally done. Which is strange, bc it’s usually famous people’s wikipedia pics that are the most unflattering.
And I know you are out there. Someone with the ability to do that CERTAINLY has a Reddit account. It’s also strange bc if you click on images AFTER you google his name, that image (from the 1995 Wetlands show) is nowhere to be found. The Wikipedia picture is the 1st one. Point being, you are kind of a chode for doing that. Bc someone CERTAINLY intentionally put that image as the first one that shows up when you search his name. Weak af.
Shout out to Reid Clow who uploaded the original VHS version to YouTube
I clipped the video (I cut the interaction with the liquor store manager) and replaced the audio with the most recent high quality version of 40 Oz
Did it from my phone so I couldn't figure out how to keep the old audio and blend in the new audio.
got the sick ass flaming lotus tee and had someone tell me it’s a fake cus it’s on a wild oats tag and martian church never used those in the 90s. doesn’t really matter much to me cuz im still gonna wear but just wanted to see if anyone knew for sure 🤙
# I.
Mother just deceived me
So I can't trust a word
Never had much faith in drugs
But they always worked for her
# II.
Patterns that I recognize
Get harder to ignore
There's a middle man, probably the man, and I swear it's not the spore
# III.
I think someone is out to get me
And I know they’re dangerous
They bug my home and trace my phone
And lace my stanking buds
# IV.
Someone is out to get me
And my Soul is what they Seek
Someone is out to get me
Like a villain of the week
# V.
So I run, gotta run, gotta run, gotta run, gotta run
Gotta crackflash my Pixel ‘till there's blood on my thumbs
Gotta degoogle completely, trust no megathreads. Discreetly dump the drives and stuff the words inside the one place I can hide them
# VI.
Clean files, dirty beat
Cs rin, skin and meat
Phish lot, half a sheet, oh
Feet don't fail me now
# VII.
Tripping as I'm falling, as the universe is calling upon me to be a sad sack of shit ass bum
They're out to get me
And I just can't get away
I’ve shown evidence to confidants
I'm far too stoned they say
# VIII.
Someone is out to get me
And I just can't fucking speak
They’re always out to get me
Like a villain of the week
This is probably my favorite song off the new album and I just now realized and made the connection, is this song possibly about Luigi Mangione?? If so that is awesome as hell
lyrics that really make you think with a beat that just won't quit... simply sublime (not to be confused with my OTHER favorite band). wish it had a guitar solo tho :) rock on
What is everyone's thoughts on feel like that with stick figure
Didn’t record all of it but it’s a good minute video
Was anyone else at the show? I need to hear other people’s opinions before I decide if I’m getting too picky in my old age or not 😅
I thought I had seen almost all of the old-school Sublime videos on YouTube, but I clearly missed one. It’s crazy that this year was the 30th anniversary of Bradley’s untimely passing.
But 15 years ago, the band/someone affiliated with the band, posted this 15 year tribute video, and i thought it was amazing. Unfortunately, it’s only like 6 minutes long, but it still hits hard as fuck, in my opinion. What a tragic loss man…
Just listened to it for the first time, I love it! Sounds so different.
At the Sublime show for GMA in Central Park, NYC. Who’s hereeeee
Done a review of Sublime’s single “Until The Sun Explodes” and figured I’d throw the gist here for anyone who’s been curious (or suspicious) about new Sublime material.

This isn’t a party track. It’s not trying to recreate the “what a time to be alive” chaos of classic Sublime. It’s slower, warmer, and way more emotional than I expected. The hook keeps looping like someone trying to get a message through to one person, not a crowd.
It sits in that softer Sublime lane where the reggae sway does the heavy lifting and the punk attitude is more in the phrasing than the tempo. The arrangement doesn’t overcook anything. It stays out of its own way and lets the chorus do the damage.
The title sounds huge, but the writing is personal. The core idea feels like gratitude mixed with guilt — owing someone your life and not knowing how to repay it.
The hook says it straight:
>“Well it only goes ’til the sun explodes / And I’d only hope that you know I owe you my life”
Then there’s that very Sublime detail that’s tender and gross at the same time:
>“While I was thinkin’ ’bout you at your favorite bar / They were playing old pornos on the VCR”
And the line that flips the whole mood into something heavier:
>“Should have been for you / You instead of me”
>“My only one / My lullaby in a loaded gun”
That’s the whole song in two lines: comfort + danger living in the same breath.
If you want “classic Sublime” as a copy/paste, this probably isn’t that. But if you want a track that feels coastal, replayable, and honestly a bit bruised, it lands. It’s the kind of song that hits harder the second time, when you stop listening for the vibe and start hearing the weight.
Curious what everyone else thinks: does it feel like real Sublime DNA to you, or a new era wearing the badge?
I have been waiting so long to see this show at the BECU. These are some of my favorite bands. They are all so talented. I never complain about shows but we spent a lot of money to go see the guys and we’re so excited. Who ever was running the sound at the place should never run sound. Clearly this person is deaf. The first song of each band was a a reasonable mix. Then after the first song the base got louder and louder to the point you couldn’t even be in the stadium. People were actually leaving. We stayed through the show. All you could hear was base to the point you could barely hear the rest of the band. Dirty heads and 311 we love your music. Please if you come back to Spokane get a new sound guy to run. The sound because this person made it unbearable to listen to. The sound was so loud it sounded perfect in the back of the parking lot.
While they were waiting between segments, they started jamming on Black Sabbath! I couldn't believe it. I am curious if they have done it before. I recorded the whole event, including that jam!!!
I’d argue the photo doesn’t do it justice, may post an update when fully healed!
