Build your own sub question.

When exactly did they phase this out? I went to a subway today and the employee was new and rude about it. Yet the manger said just ring it up as a spicy sandwich… I’ve also asked a few of my friends about it and they said they never did?

App NEVER works!

How does this company have an app in 2026 that seems to never work??? Yesterday and today…no order history, no point, no offers, cannot locate stores…why have an app if it never works!?

Is the new app vibe coded?

This is the worst experience I have ever had using a new app. I guarantee franchisees are losing tons of money due to people giving up out of frustration. This is unacceptable.

Is the app messed up for anyone else?

Like a week ago I went to order and the app just crashes when I open it. Deleted and reinstalled and it’s still doing it 🤦🏼‍♀️

Birthday cookie promo not working

I’ve tried to go on the app, selected different locations and different cookies and I don’t have other deals active but keep getting the message “Offer not applied. Check your items or remove another deal to try again. Offer participation varies.” I’m just trying to get my free cookie before the deal expires today. Anyone able to help me?

Store Manger Refused to Refund Mobile Order

I submitted a mobile order for two subs outside the store.

I come in and tell one worker that I wish to customize them in person. I've been doing it for years at other Subway places. She's like whatever.

Manager overhears, comes out of the breakroom to tell me that's not how it's done and it's against policy. We spend five minutes arguing when the subs could've been made. I ask for the original person to make them. She says she will make them for me. By then my mom who was waiting outside comes in and sees what the commotion is about. I try as politely as possible to inform her of the situation.

My mom has a quick temper and gets mad at the woman/manger for having a stick up her behind. They start to argue another minute. Then she asks for a refund. Manager immediately says no. I very politely ask her again that if I could have a refund because my mobile order charged my credit card and I would no longer like to eat at this place and won't be coming back. I tell her that I despise conflicts and I won't be enjoying the food. She again tells me that she will not refund me and then just stares vacantly at me like she's asserting her power/ego. I again tell her that on a couple of occasions, I've had subway orders done incorrectly or with rough looking ingredients and I've had orders voided in 30 seconds.

Again, she refuses. I immediately bust out my camera (lost my cool) and start filming her. She immediately says in a quiet voice that she does not consent to being filmed. And just stares at me again for like another couple of mins. I narrate on the camera the timeline of events and ask her again for the recording whether she will refund me. Again, vacant stare. Another customer comes in, and she immediately starts helping them and just ghosts me.

What do I do in this type of situation? It's not so much about the money. But there was obviously something wrong with this person. In total she spent 10 mins with me, prepared no sandwiches, and refused a 30 second void.

what the actual hell? App updated now I'm missing all my points

I had about 12-14 dollars worth and now all of that is missing. It made me resign in and I tried both of my accounts (since I accidenally made a second when logging in) Anyone else suddenly having issues? It won't let me log in now since it says my session is expired, or something like that as I tried my other account to see if I signed into the wrong one :/

Alright and now the points are back -_-. Which is a relief but what the heck happened there for a moment?

Getting rid of subkrunch was so stupid

You can talk about it being unpopular at some locations, but getting rid of it RIGHT after giving us new signs was such a stupid move.

Personally it was pretty popular at our location because we sell a lot of spicy nacho's. I also really liked it myself. Now our regulars are getting upset because we have subkrunch advertised as an ingredient on our signs for another month+ but subway discontinued it.

I just wish they'd take like, 2 seconds to think these things through.

I wonder if this means the spicy nacho will be leaving the menu? I suppose it still has nacho cheese, but I feel like the krunch was a big part of it.

I work at Subway Korea and we actually just launched a "Cucumber Sub" 🥒

Yes, it is 100% real lol. There are actually 3 variations:

Egg Slice Cucumber

Tuna Cucumber

And literally just... Cucumber.

Surprisingly, the Tuna Cucumber is super popular right now!!!

What do you guys think? Would you give it a try?

The Anti-Jared

so i eat a lot of jimmy johns, like probably too much, 3 maybe even 4 giant sandwiches a week, depending on the week. i’ve also been wanting to lose some weight for a while now, and over the past few months, i’ve finally dropped around enough weight (around 25lbs) that i even look thinner in the mirror, all while still eating jimmy johns 3-4 times a week. i currently work in anti-financial crime, and the bulk of my work is reporting potential CP/CSAM sales to the government. it struck me today that between eating all these sandwiches, losing weight at the same time, and hopefully preventing the sale of CP/CSAM, I have become the anti-Jared, the legitimate successor to Jared Fogle’s large-pants-based empire. just wanted to share, enjoy your sandwiches my brothers

This lady is gonna make someone sick, right?

I took this pic at 5:19pm. I asked the worker if she was still gonna keep serving the meatballs today, and apparently she didn't understand English so I never got an answer. So basically the answer was Yes.

Is compliance@subway.com the best place to report this to actually have something done?
