Southern Terrace/HOA Las vegas

Anyone else here getting notice to paint exterior house and thinks HOA is being very unreasonable? To give you the story, I initially got a notice a picture of my window area be painted, and because their photo is very vague, I asked for clarification-- the basis why this is being treated as violation, the deficiency, and how to correct it. After multiple email exchanges, these were NEVER clearly answered. Instead, they went their way out to reinspect my property again and ADDED more unrelated alleged violations. Most importantly, they went back to me and demanded to paint the whole 2-storey exterior house without giving me the basis of this violation. I am not sh*tting money nor the other homeowners and here they are expecting everyone to repaint their houses without a clear explanation of the house condition that justifies their decision. I feel like I'm being targeted here only because someone got upset of my repeated clarification that never got answered. Anyone else having the same experience?

First time vendor at Festival of Arts - payment processor question for other vendors

Wasn't sure where to ask this, so hope this is the place. I'll be a vendor for the first time at the Festival of Arts in downtown Summerlin this year. I've attended in the past so I know that I gotta have a way to take credit cards in my booth. Ideally I want something that works on my iPhone or even something that has a QR code I can put on a poster for people to pay. I'm pretty new to all this and wondering what other local vendors use for credit card processing at this art festival. A friend suggested that I look into Kurv for the cheapest way to accept credit card payments. What do you all say?
